UUtente anonimoLa posizione era perfetta. Ci sono molti negozi e centri commerciali nelle vicinanze e la stazione ferroviaria è a 15 minuti di macchina. Ho apprezzato molto la colazione a buffet. Anche l'hotel è molto pulito. L'unica cosa che direi è che mi sarebbe piaciuto se avessero avuto anche gli accappatoi in camera.

Ttravelbug123Great airport hotel. Awesome rooms, beautifully designed and have everything that you need and more ! I appreciate the free airport shuttle which operates every half an hour from 4am to 2pm. You do need to let the front desk know you need this service in advanced as seats on the car is limited. This service is very handy especially when I have elderly parents travelling with me. Great shout out to the driver who was very helpful with the luggage and he was friendly and polite. Reception had prepared packed breakfast for us which was very thoughtful, eggs, bread and milk, however our milk were all confiscated at the airport custom as we forgot we could not bring liquid across. This is something for guests to take note of and maybe the hotel can help remind guests about this. I have to highlight a few quirks of this place though that can hopefully improve the experience. There is a steep flight of stairs between the main road and the hotel building, it's a weird urban design if you ask me but this seems to be out of the hotel's control. That means if you have heavy luggages and elderly with waking issues to manage, this is problematic. Reception pointed to us a slop along the steep flight of stairs but is just as steep that is might as well not exist in the first place. We asked if reception has anyone to help, perhaps a porter or a young lad around but there was none. They were also not very helpful in suggesting alternatives ways of getting into the hotel. We realised ourselves much later there is a back door on ground level although it could mean a longer walk around to get to that. but it's better than not providing any suggestions. While I don't expect the ladies at the reception to help with the heavy luggages, I thought the management could have some protocols to help guests who have issues with the steep flight of stairways. In 21st century, it is important to consider inclusivity design of service offering to achieve a more international level of standards. Just a suggestion for management consideration. Overall, it's a good hotel with awesome hardware, but the service training could be better. The reception at the front is great at doing the standard basics but could do with some improvement of being a little more sympathetic to guests reaching out for support and help. I think this hotel has great potential to compete with other big international brand names with a little more service improvements. Ibis is just literally next door but I hope Chinese brands will thrive even more in the near future. I will keep a look out for this Chinese chain in the future when visiting China ! :)

SSaipulusicaoxueqinParliamo innanzitutto della posizione. Si trova al secondo piano dell'aeroporto. Il primo piano è per gli arrivi e il terzo piano è per le partenze. L'hotel si trova nel mezzanino del secondo piano. L'ingresso è relativamente vicino dal gate di partenza n°1. La camera è molto pulita e, poiché è all'interno dell'aeroporto, il prezzo è più alto rispetto ad altri hotel in tutte le stagioni. Le ragazze della reception hanno un servizio molto buono ed entusiasta.

UUtente ospiteÈ stato un soggiorno molto apprezzato.
1. Parliamo prima della camera: ha una sorgente termale privata indipendente/piscina indipendente, la camera è spaziosa, la distribuzione degli spazi è ragionevole e la privacy è ottima. Peccato che piovesse quando sono arrivato questa volta. I servizi sono lelabo33, che hanno un profumo molto buono.
2. Parliamo di cibo e bevande: il tè pomeridiano, la cena e la colazione del giorno dopo sono stati tutti consumati in hotel, e la zuppa di noodles di riso era da leccarsi i baffi. La torta al prosciutto e la torta ai fiori per il tè pomeridiano erano entrambe buone.
3. Infine, parliamo del servizio. Ci sono più di una dozzina di sorgenti termali private nell'area pubblica, alcune con vista sullo Yangzonghai, e il panorama è molto bello. Quel giorno, siamo stati gli unici ad aver potuto godere di tutte le sorgenti termali. Dopo l'immersione, ci siamo sdraiati sulla superficie di pietra vicino alla sorgente di acqua termale per asciugarci lentamente e allontanare la stanchezza. La ragazza è stata molto puntuale, tenendomi un ombrello e versandomi acqua calda, e mi ha persino aiutato ad aprire l'acqua della doccia in anticipo dopo aver finito di immergermi.
È un posto dove porterò di nuovo la mia famiglia in vacanza la prossima volta.

XXileliangyaoSembrava che il capo ricevesse parenti da lontano, guidando il treno ad alta velocità per prenderlo e lasciarlo. Quando entrò nella stanza, sembrava che fosse il suo nido confortevole. Era ben attrezzato, pulito e igienico posto tranquillo nel mezzo del trambusto. Era circondato da vivaci strade per gli snack e il trasporto era conveniente. Era a circa un chilometro dalla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità. Il servizio della coppia di capi è così premuroso! Eccezionale! Grazie capo per aver dato una ”casa” confortevole alle persone che vagano lontano.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, proprio nel centro della città, non lontano dalla Nanping Pedestrian Street e dal Cuihu Park, il che è molto comodo per i miei viaggi. Anche l'atteggiamento del capo nei confronti del servizio è molto buono, ed è gentile e premuroso con gli altri. Grande! Il letto era molto comodo e lo stile dell'arredamento era proprio quello che mi piaceva. Accanto alla stazione ferroviaria Nord passano tre linee della metropolitana, rendendo comodo raggiungere qualsiasi punto. La prossima volta tornerò qui.

Clean Room & Smooth Check-in: The room was very clean, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free.
Excellent Location: The hotel is located right on Nanping Pedestrian Street, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and plenty of local activity. It's super convenient for both exploring and grabbing a bite to eat.
Breakfast Coupons: Instead of a traditional hotel breakfast, they provide breakfast coupons that can be used at partnered restaurants nearby – including KFC and a few local spots. It's a unique and flexible option.
Cons:
No Air Conditioning: The room does not have air conditioning. However, if the weather isn’t too hot or cold, this might not be a major issue. Still, something to be aware of depending on the season.

PPsymondDespite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note:
1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival.
2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room.
3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised.
We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.
