Hotel in zona Chenggong New District, Kunming

Servizio eccezionale dal personale dell'hotel. Check-in e check-out smooth. Abbiamo avuto particolare influenza dal gesto del free take-off colazione. Abbiamo fatto un check-out al mattino per prendere il treno ad alta velocità al posto Kunming e abbiamo ricevuto sacche di cibo, frutta e bevande al concierge.

過年期間帶小狗入住了這家酒店，真的是一次非常滿意的體驗。酒店實現了全屋智能化，從燈光到空調，都可以通過語音或手機APP輕鬆控制，極大地提升了居住的便捷性和科技感。 特別要提的是酒店的床墊，非常舒適柔軟，躺上去彷彿置身於雲端，讓人一夜好眠，醒來後精神煥發。這對於經常出差或旅行的人來説，無疑是一個極大的福音。 衞生間的花灑也是一大亮點，水流強勁而細膩，洗澡時感覺非常暢快，彷彿全身的疲憊都被沖洗掉了。再加上熱水供應十分充足，無論何時打開水龍頭，都能享受到温暖舒適的水流，讓人感到無比愜意。 總之，這家酒店在智能化、床墊舒適度、花灑以及熱水供應等方面都表現得非常出色，讓人留下了深刻的印象。強烈推薦給需要優質住宿體驗的朋友們！

Staff: The hotel staff is attentive amazing n superb. Even though they cant converse in english, we communicate thru google translate and they can attend to our concerns and give fast response. They go through extra mile to answer all your queries. While in the room we converse via trip.com platform Hotel room: New Beautiful clean smart house loft. All 2 rooms are on the 2nd level. Fit my family of 4 adults. Each bedroom has 1 double bed which is big can fit 2 medium sized adults. 1st level has a toilet and big sofa can use as bed too. Night view is nice when all the buildings infront lighted up. 2 tvs one on 1st level and second one at the main bedroom. All are chinese programmes. It be good if the hotel can have some english speaking programmes or movies. Unit comes with washing machine but not dryer. There is a self serving laundry at 26th floor for guest use that comes with ironing facilities, dryer and washing machine. Location: There are few malls around but we didnt have time to explore all. Visit Laoyuhue wetland park (20mins drive). It was crowded but huge park. everyone has space for photoshoots and photography. Beautiful lake and yellow trees with seagulls. Took lots of pictures here. We went to visit Kunming Chenggong huihuiying mosque(20mins car ride) and meet the friendly muslim community there. We tried the flavorful muslim local beef noodles. Bought big bag of delicious caramel popcorn from a streetvendor. Amenities: At level b1 has a huge new supermarket. U cn get ur groceries here. Complimentary drop off The hotel was nice to provide us a free drop off to Kunming South railway( 15mins drive). Its not a normal car. In fact its the inhouse limousine for inhouse guest. Amazing. Note: the lift is a shared lift with other tenants and other hotel guests. Jun’an hotel units are on the top floor 26th and 27th floor

環境：非常棒，房間非常非常大，很舒服，路過會議室和前台的鮮切花很香，有集中熱水和中央空調，小夜燈和消毒過的拖鞋好評，是來雲南玩住過最棒的酒店了，西雙版納那住的貴了兩倍還差得遠 地理位置：附近也有很多吃的，離地鐵口和南站都近 建議：增加馬桶套，衞生間門口很滑，好幾次差點摔倒

Per un po'di tempo, devi dare un grande elogio a questo appartamento!La disposizione della stanza è ragionevole, lo spazio è super, anche se non grande, ma caldo e confortevole.L'elettricità domestica dei mobili è piena, e è molto nuova, utilizzata con super mano. Le misure di sicurezza dell'appartamento sono particolarmente presenti, le porte sono rigide e vivono in modo molto sicuro.La vita intorno è anche molto conveniente, i negozi, i supermercati e le strade di cibo sono vicine e soddisfano tutti i tipi di esigenze di vita.La cosa più importante è il personale, l'atteggiamento entusiasta e intimo, e i problemi di resistenza possono essere risolti rapidamente. In breve, l'esperienza di vivere qui è piena, e si raccomanda fortemente ai piccoli amici che stanno cercando la casa!

Very pleased with the hotel room arranged for me on 40th floor with a panoramic mountain view. A great experience to see both sunset and sunrise in Kunming. Location wise, the hotel venue is more convenient for travellers going to or coming from XiShuangBanNa, and intend to do a stopover (for a night) before proceeding to other scenic locations such as DaLi or LiJiang. During checkout, the friendly hotel staff also gave me a gift package. So sweet!

我去過國內很多地方，這家酒店可以毫不誇張地説是到目前為止綜合來説最滿意的，沒有之一。首先酒店硬件環境很好，我們訂的家庭房面積不小，有兩個衞生間，是裡外套間，住起來很舒服，有滑梯帳篷小孩子很喜歡，歡迎水果有西瓜橙子哈蜜瓜火龍果很豐富，早餐也不錯。此外最重要的是服務太好了，有奔馳商務車免費接送站，特別要説的是酒店的宰經理人非常好，接送站都幫我們搬行李，還熱情地向我們介紹酒店附近好的餐廳、交通出行、鮮花市場的情況等，聽説我們要去版納還向我們介紹了他們在版納體驗過的值得推薦的美食，這樣的員工真是為酒店加分不少。非常值得推薦的一家酒店。

房間乾淨衞生 很大 阿姨人很好親切和藹 酒店附近很多吃的 雖然衹住了一晚 但體驗感很不錯忘記 拍照片啦 值得一住！祝老闆生意興隆呀🎊（衹有一張圖片是在酒店拍的哈哈哈哈第二張是附近的雲南菜 第三張是昆明的晚霞）

早餐有新鮮的米粉，種類不算太多也還行 早餐7-9，不建議8點半去，人多到沒有餐具… 房間很大，阿姨的服務態度很好 去撈魚河公園相對近

Hotel is nice. Room is good. Washroom is good. Breakfast is great. Everything was digital. Looks good in most things except the noise. Elevator 🛗 noise is too much in whole building and it sounds like metro 🚇 train passing through station after each 5 minutes. This hotel is on 2nd floor so 3rd floor people make noise till midnight and early morning. Which is very common here in China they shut doors hardly and not care for other humans sleepy. Also the cleaning lady start cleaning on 8:00 🕗 I think it’s not good they should start cleaning after 9:00. Because they make more noise during cleaning. So, if you noise sensitive then it’s terrible place to stay. If you don’t care noise then it’s amazing place to stay. The choice is yours. Thanks
