Hotel in zona Chenggong New District, Kunming

I booked this hotel as it is very near to Kunming South Railway Station. Noemally I would like Crown Plaza , but I found this hotel better. I came around mid night, mainly because i took the wrong exit from the metro station Kunming South , it should be the west exit. The receptionnist gave me a small bag with food,. The room is spacious with large bathroom.All is there. The distance to railwaystation is little more than one kilometer . I would recommend to use this hotel if need take a train.

Ambiente: Eccellente, la stanza è molto grande, molto comoda, i fiori freschi che attraversano la sala conferenze e la reception sono molto profumati, con acqua calda concentrata e aria condizionata centrale, luce notturna piccola e armadi disinfettati sono lodati. Sono venuti a Yunnan per giocare al miglior hotel. Il costo della vita di Nana è ancora molto peggiore. Posizione geografica: ci sono molti cibi vicino, vicino al metro e alla stazione meridionale Suggerimento: aggiungere un cappotto, la porta del bagno è molto scivolosa, quasi caduta diverse volte

Il parcheggio dell'hotel è conveniente gratuitamente, l'alloggio è molto veloce, la stanza è molto confortevole e l'ambiente è molto caldo.Il servizio dell'hotel è buono e pulito e l'entrata è molto conveniente e conveniente vicino alla posizione dell'hotel. Staff: The hotel staff is attentive amazing n superb. Even though they cant converse in english, we communicate thru google translate and they can attend to our concerns and give fast response. They go through extra mile to answer all your queries. While in the room we converse via trip.com platform Hotel room: New Beautiful clean smart house loft. All 2 rooms are on the 2nd level. Fit my family of 4 adults. Each bedroom has 1 double bed which is big can fit 2 medium sized adults. 1st level has a toilet and big sofa can use as bed too. Night view is nice when all the buildings infront lighted up. 2 tvs one on 1st level and second one at the main bedroom. All are chinese programmes. It be good if the hotel can have some english speaking programmes or movies. Unit comes with washing machine but not dryer. There is a self serving laundry at 26th floor for guest use that comes with ironing facilities, dryer and washing machine. Location: There are few malls around but we didnt have time to explore all. Visit Laoyuhue wetland park (20mins drive). It was crowded but huge park. everyone has space for photoshoots and photography. Beautiful lake and yellow trees with seagulls. Took lots of pictures here. We went to visit Kunming Chenggong huihuiying mosque(20mins car ride) and meet the friendly muslim community there. We tried the flavorful muslim local beef noodles. Bought big bag of delicious caramel popcorn from a streetvendor. Amenities: At level b1 has a huge new supermarket. U cn get ur groceries here. Complimentary drop off The hotel was nice to provide us a free drop off to Kunming South railway( 15mins drive). Its not a normal car. In fact its the inhouse limousine for inhouse guest. Amazing. Note: the lift is a shared lift with other tenants and other hotel guests. Jun’an hotel units are on the top floor 26th and 27th floor

第四次入住了，可見我的喜歡程度，每個房間都住過，設計很獨特很有品味，非常新，洗手液的味道特別好聞…..交通便利離南站打車10幾分鐘，樓下就是地鐵口，做一站就到斗南花市，去撈魚河濕地公園也很近，位置不錯，樓下花千坊吃的很多….

Very pleased with the hotel room arranged for me on 40th floor with a panoramic mountain view. A great experience to see both sunset and sunrise in Kunming. Location wise, the hotel venue is more convenient for travellers going to or coming from XiShuangBanNa, and intend to do a stopover (for a night) before proceeding to other scenic locations such as DaLi or LiJiang. During checkout, the friendly hotel staff also gave me a gift package. So sweet!

我去過國內很多地方，這家酒店可以毫不誇張地説是到目前為止綜合來説最滿意的，沒有之一。首先酒店硬件環境很好，我們訂的家庭房面積不小，有兩個衞生間，是裡外套間，住起來很舒服，有滑梯帳篷小孩子很喜歡，歡迎水果有西瓜橙子哈蜜瓜火龍果很豐富，早餐也不錯。此外最重要的是服務太好了，有奔馳商務車免費接送站，特別要説的是酒店的宰經理人非常好，接送站都幫我們搬行李，還熱情地向我們介紹酒店附近好的餐廳、交通出行、鮮花市場的情況等，聽説我們要去版納還向我們介紹了他們在版納體驗過的值得推薦的美食，這樣的員工真是為酒店加分不少。非常值得推薦的一家酒店。

Might just be the greatest value for money I have ever experienced. First off great location as it is near the subway station Lianda. The place is also surrounded by several supermarkets, hotels and restaurants which together create a calm and cosy tourist area. The room itself was fantastic. Very clean and everything you may need is provided and readily available. Loved the view on the outside area through the bathroom window. The tv was in fact a big screen and a projector was used to render the video. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has made plans to visit Kunming. The only downside perhaps is that, while it's located near the subway station, the hotel is located in the south of the city which means the main tourist spots are not nearby. It will therefore take a rather long metro ride for you to arrive there.
