Hotel in zona Kunming Northern Bus Station, Kunming

Everyone is really helpful and nice. We had a lot of travel plans and questions and they resolved them with a smile and knowledgeable expertise. The hotel is new and extremely pleasant to stay in. We highly recommend this hotel for all travellers

遠超期待！唯一不滿意的地方就是攜程上的圖片沒有還原酒店本身的美，大堂餐廳光潔大氣，花美綠植多。房間裝修風格老派但空間非常大，吹風機配的徠芬輕便好用。 服務：服務好的沒邊了説實話，出行前管家小楊主動聯繫詢問房間喜好，添加微信。説實話，這個價位有這個服務，真是有點受寵若驚。入住後對房型不太滿意，一個電話過去，酒店馬上就來了人帶我看了其他兩個房型，做了免費升級。我提出想看看花園房型，也熱情的帶我去了。早餐種類繁多，對品種不熟悉詢問廚師和服務員也得到了詳細的介紹，味道也非常好。 總結一下，這個價格配這個服務真的是太太良心了！早餐比昆明君悦好吃很多，管家服務比瑞吉的更加貼心即時熱情！有機會再來昆明一定再來！

Andare in un altro posto per andare in questo lato. La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, vicino all'uscita della stazione auto, e alla stazione metropolitana. Ho ordinato la vendita e il piccolo robot. E' davvero una sorpresa. Quando si lascia la stazione, voglio andare in città per cambiare. Il bagaglio non è molto conveniente per prendere, e anche il bagaglio è conservato, Molti luoghi superano le mie aspettative, davvero fantastico.

酒店位置很好找就在客運站旁邊，出了地鐵站2分鐘就走到了，第二天去野生動物園也近，前台服務很好很熱情的介紹附近吃飯的地方，房間衞生也很乾凈

Location of hotel is decent, but please note that as stated on the information page - that this hotel is situate within 'no car zone'. Taxi, cars are not allowed. You will have to drag your luggage for about 150m or so (but the staff helped us with the luggage). No lift, and the escalator between the 2nd and 3rd floor was not working (and seems not to be working for a long time) - but then again the staff helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was mediocre, had made to order noodles. Rooms were clean, had abit of bathroom issue (but the staff was prompt in reply, but nothing can be done). Corridors reek of smoke (but I suppose most Hotels in China do not have designated non smoking rooms / non smoking floors. Over all, decent experience for the price. Front desk service, and reply via Wechat was prompt and good

The location of the hotel in the center of Kunming is excellent. The building is designed in a lovely warm style, not an anonymous cold chain hotel. There is a cafe on the top floor with a roof terrace where a small breakfast is served. Our spacious room was simply and modernly furnished, let's call it Mubi style. Unfortunately, the noise from the water pipes in the neighboring room was a bit disturbing at times. I would stay here again anytime.

Una posizione strana all'inizio camminando per 15 minuti dalla metropolitana diretta all'aeroporto, all'interno di un finto centro commerciale antico. Una volta all'interno, la lobby è un'oasi di calma e sofisticata serenità con servizi moderni. Dall'ingresso principale sono solo venti passi fino a una bellissima piazza nel centro di Kunming e dieci minuti dai vivaci punti ristoro e da alcuni ottimi ristoranti specializzati, bar e negozi notturni. Una mezz'ora a piedi dal Lago Verde e dal principale tempio buddista zen è il luogo ideale per esplorare Kunming. La camera era compatta ma elegante e con una fantastica cabina doccia e un bagno privato, oltre a una favolosa TV con tutti i film e le opzioni TV. La colazione viene scelta il giorno prima e ci sono cinque combinazioni tutte presentate magnificamente e personalmente a qualunque ora si scenda. Più di ogni altra cosa, il personale dell'hotel è meraviglioso: nonostante le barriere linguistiche, hanno fatto ogni sforzo per soddisfare le mie esigenze in modo molto gentile ma efficiente, incluso mostrarmi come funzionava la TV e cambiare il telecomando mentre ero fuori, poiché la batteria era chiaramente scarica .
