Gudian Banshan Hot Spring Hotel

房間衞生差，圖片的小飛蟲一般衞生間不乾淨才會有，房間很多衞生死角；園區大，但都是很普通的綠植；房間隔音太差，電瓶車過路在房間都能聽到；晚餐菜品一般，牛肉鹹的不行，鮑魚不新鮮；早餐服務員態度很好，前台小姐姐服務態度一般；

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. 臟亂差，服務差，床單有污漬

Sooo nice and peaceful and the hot springs are nice the staff are very friendly and helpful

酒店住起來很令人驚喜，所以第二天直接續房，每天兩次免費換洗消毒私湯池水，公共區域的池水有 72個，貌似也是每天換水消毒的。每個房型一個獨棟私密性很好，都帶私湯，獨立汗蒸房，可以公共温泉也可以私湯，現在是淡季，客人不多，體驗感很好。早餐在山頂，估計入住客人不多，菜品不多，但是中餐這塊味道不得不誇，且兩天早餐不重樣，説明用了心思的。預訂的套房户外風景絕佳，能觀滇，看落日，離歡樂世界就一個十字路口。十字路口還有一個小美食街，餐飲不多，但裏面昭通燒烤味道還可以。總體來説這次住這個酒店非常滿意，正在計劃第二次什麼時候去了！
