Fantastico, non sono mai stato in un hotel così buono. Che si tratti del servizio di reception o della colazione, è molto caldo e commovente, soprattutto le loro arance sono davvero deliziose. Altamente raccomandato, la stanza Molto intelligente ed economica 🚉 Consiglierei ai miei amici di tutto il mondo di vivere, hahahaha, fantastico

Everything was awsome from housekeeping aunties to location to facilities etc except the front-desk staffs on duty when we check-in. Inexperience young chaps on duty and not very keen in providing solution when we asked them about the airport trensfer due to super early flight back home and we were not familiar with the transportation condition. By the way, they provide good quality toiletries and room is spacious. Anyway, a great stay to end our 11 days Yunnan trip....

Very good hotel! Well organized, clean room, good balance of breakfast (my opinion is suitable for Asians who drink coffee for their breakfast). But traffic in this area is heavy during peak hours so plan your route to the airport earlier.

My 2nd stay here was perfect! I asked for the room facing the community instead of the opposite side facing bars and malls. Had a perfect night sleep! The front desk was very helpful and they gave me free room upgrade. The breakfast food was delicious and the bed was superb! Thanks for the great hospitality!

Very near to Kunming Train station for those who are taking the high speed rail to other parts of Yunnan. The room is very comfortable and there are shopping malls just across the hotel. Staffs are great and very helpful!

This hotel is so great! The staff are nice. We arrived around 1 am, and the check-in process was so fast. They even upgraded our room to a bigger one. The room is clean and smells good. The location of the hotel is also great; it's located right in front of a mall, so it's very convenient.

Great location with lots of food shop around. You can grab cab outside hotel. Hotel allow us to check out 2pm.

It's close to bars so there are a lot of drunk customers that would be really noisy or bang on doors

The counter reception staff were very good in providing services. She even came up to my unit twice and demonstrates how to operate the television and Aircon. I forgot her name.

Robot delivery was cute. Amenities in their laundry room was great. Good Breakfast spread.

Friendly staff. A bit noisy in the rooms facing the PartyPlanet. Nice to have washer and dryer available. Breakfast is average. Rooms are clean, but bathrooms need more detailed cleaning to get rid of the urine smell. Otherwise very satisfied.

Room was ok, tv did not even have any free channels working. Receptionist was cold and unhelpful, disappointing.

Fantastic experience. Very clean hotel with super friendly staffs that offered us early check in, room upgrade & deliver afternoon fruits to doorstep. It’s outside appearance is not grand. But it’s location, cleanliness and service stands out.
