In generale, è molto soddisfatto, anche un po'sorpreso, equivale a che durante il periodo di ordinazione al negozio e al punto di partenza, le cose all'hotel sono gratis. acqua nella stanza, bevande, caffè, forbici, ecc. Per la prima volta, vivendo in Ayahu, è davvero superiore alle mie aspettative, l'ospite è fondamentalmente business o genitori. Perche' mi sono alzato tardi, ho prenotato senza portare la colazione, ho mandato la colazione alla reception, e ci ho dato la colazione in stile tranquillo, in base a Lijiang. Non mi aspettavo la colazione, ma ho saputo che la colazione era alle 11:00, Sono andato alla scena e sono ricchi di tipi. Alcuni zia del servizio del ristorante sono molto entusiasti. Mi ha sempre chiesto se volevo prendere qualcosa di più. Temo di avere un colpo di merda.In generale, è fantastico!

Appena ho fatto il check-in alla reception del vostro hotel, un cameriere mi ha portato due bicchieri di acqua per cucinare. Quando sono arrivato in camera, le strutture e l'igiene erano buone, soprattutto i camerieri qui erano sorridenti ed educati. La sera veniva offerto un vassoio di frutta e ogni giorno venivano messe qualche bottiglia in più di acqua pura nella stanza 8903. Al mattino la colazione a buffet era ricca. Grazie ancora per il vostro servizio cordiale. Visiterò di nuovo il vostro hotel la prossima volta!

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono. Ho prenotato la loro piccola stanza. Quando sono arrivato alla reception, mi sono ricordato il problema della dimensione dello spazio della stanza. Non mi preoccupo di quelle. La salubrità della stanza è molto pulita. Anche se la piccola stanza è completamente attrezzata, la stanza è molto tranquilla e finalmente ho dormito bene la notte. Da giorni di viaggio, c'era una lavanderia nel primo piano, e dopo averla lavata, c'era qualcosa che usciva. Ha detto alla reception dell'hotel che li ha chiesti di aiutare a ripulire. DDexter50000I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel over the first week of September 2024 and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning aesthetic design. The blend of modern elegance with unique architecture created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and welcoming.
The hotel is conveniently located next to a luxury mall with a supermarket in the basement where you can buy international groceries, pastries and fruits. Guests may also venture to other malls around the area or a night flea market that opens late into the night.
Buffet breakfast featured an extensive selection that included pastries, fresh fruits, pancakes, eggs cooked to order, and an array of dishes like congee with Yunnan spices. Food was good for a buffet spread, with staff ensuring that the buffet was well-replenished and clean.
What truly sets the hotel apart is its service. From the moment I arrived, staff was warm and attentive, ensuring that my every need was met. The front desk team was knowledgeable and eager to help. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience for their guests.
Special mentions to Mila, who helped to facilitate the courier of my daughter's medicine, which I left behind at the hotel. Mila went out of the way to made sure that the medicine reached us on time. She kept us updated throughout the process. Communication was prompt and reassuring, which alleviated our worries.
Overall, I want to thank the hotel staff for making my stay a memorable one and I look forward to my return in future.

UUtente ospiteOverall, I like this hotel chain in general and would stay there again, both at this location and in other cities. This was not the first location for this chain that I have stayed at.
Location: The hotel is located in a fairly central location. It is very close to Green Lake, though you'll need a map in order to know that. It's across the street from a KFC, 711, and Starbucks, and around the corner from a Burger King. There are also quite a few shared bikes (both electric and not) available from several different companies in front of the hotel.
Amenities: Breakfast is available for an additional charge, and there is a laundry room. I used neither of these. The hotel room has a refrigerator and more than the standard two bottles of drinking water plus an electric kettle, tea set, two packets of tea, and some candy in a dish (that looked like it had been there for a very long time). This hotel chain is generally very good about giving you more water if you ask. The bed is very comfortable, the tv is huge, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the room is clean overall. There were ink stains on the sofa, but no problems with the bedding. Some of the furniture/walls were starting to be in need of repair, but it's not a problem unless you're super picky.
Safety/Service: The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions that you have, but you'll need to speak Mandarin or have a translator handy. English is limited or non-existent. I felt safe in my room, and I didn't worry about leaving things in my room that I generally keep on my person in other hotels. The maid was also very kind and helped me when I saw her in the hallway and asked for help with a small problem (that was totally just my ignorance and too embarrassing to mention!).
WIFI: Wifi is available, but there is no information about the network or password in the room that I could find. I went down to the front desk and the woman there put the password on my phone for me.
Quiet: Well, there were some very loud and very rude guests staying in rooms near me. I don't know what the hotel's response would have been as I didn't all the front desk to complain. It definitely could have been quieter. There was no noise from outside the hotel, though.
Problems: I stayed at this hotel three nights total but two times (one night at the beginning and two nights at the end of my trip). My second room at this hotel (when I stayed for two nights), there was a blinking light inside a grate in the ceiling that can only be seen when all the lights are out. It was really bothering me, and making it difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk at approx. 12:30 in the morning, and they didn't quite understand my problem (completely due to my sub-par Mandarin), but they sent someone to take a look. The maintenance guy who came said he knew exactly what I was talking about once I pointed upward. He didn't need me to turn off the light and show him. He said there was nothing he could do. If they turned out that light, I would have no electricity in the room. He also said that it's like that in every room. I didn't remember seeing it in the first room I had stayed in at the beginning of my trip, and I also didn't remember it from when I had stayed for three nights at a different location. Whether it really exists in every room or not is here nor there, though it ought to be obvious that a blinking light that doesn't turn off when you turn all the lights off is a bad idea, and something ought to be done). It is possible that it exists in every room but that it's not visible from the bed in every room due to the placement of that grate.

KKevan KeeganUna posizione strana all'inizio camminando per 15 minuti dalla metropolitana diretta all'aeroporto, all'interno di un finto centro commerciale antico. Una volta all'interno, la lobby è un'oasi di calma e sofisticata serenità con servizi moderni.
Dall'ingresso principale sono solo venti passi fino a una bellissima piazza nel centro di Kunming e dieci minuti dai vivaci punti ristoro e da alcuni ottimi ristoranti specializzati, bar e negozi notturni. Una mezz'ora a piedi dal Lago Verde e dal principale tempio buddista zen è il luogo ideale per esplorare Kunming.
La camera era compatta ma elegante e con una fantastica cabina doccia e un bagno privato, oltre a una favolosa TV con tutti i film e le opzioni TV. La colazione viene scelta il giorno prima e ci sono cinque combinazioni tutte presentate magnificamente e personalmente a qualunque ora si scenda.
Più di ogni altra cosa, il personale dell'hotel è meraviglioso: nonostante le barriere linguistiche, hanno fatto ogni sforzo per soddisfare le mie esigenze in modo molto gentile ma efficiente, incluso mostrarmi come funzionava la TV e cambiare il telecomando mentre ero fuori, poiché la batteria era chiaramente scarica .

My stay at the Mercure Kunming Changshui International Airport was a comfortable and convenient experience, perfectly suited for travelers needing easy access to Kunming's main airport. The hotel’s location, just a short drive from Changshui International Airport, is a major plus, especially for those with early morning flights or brief layovers.
The hotel itself is modern and stylish, featuring a welcoming lobby and well-maintained facilities. My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with contemporary decor. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch for blocking out any daylight, perfect for adjusting to different time zones.
The staff at the Mercure Kunming were friendly and attentive, providing a high level of service from the moment I arrived. They were helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport, which added to the convenience of the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, which I appreciated given my tight travel schedule.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its dining options. The on-site restaurant offers a good selection of both local and international cuisine, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day.

UUtente ospiteWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

Coming to the hotel is easy, you can take the subway from the high-speed rail station, Line 2, Kunming Subway Station, pass 3 stations, change to Line 3 at Dongfeng Square Station, then continue 1 more station, get off at Wuyi Station. Exit this station and find a shopping area. Walk 2-300 meters to the hotel.
There are 2 medium-sized bedrooms, and the bathroom shares a door. It's quite stiff and doesn't move very well.
