Hotel in zona Tokkozan Inorinooka Memorial Park, Kumamoto

A pochi passi dalla stazione. L'edificio sembra rinnovato da un anziano presso le strutture interne sono standard. Mi piace sempre il colazione dove comprendono piatti e materiali locali.

こちらのホテルはチェックイン時から、スムーズではありませんでした。 レンタカーでホテルのタワー駐車場に入庫しようとすると、ホテル正面にタクシーが停まっていて入れない状態。やむなくタクシーの脇に停車させると、タクシーの運転手が降りてきて「ここはタクシー乗り場なので入れないよ」と。 ホテルに泊まる宿泊客なのにホテル前に車がつけられないなんてどうなってるの？ 妻にフロントまで聞きに行ってもらうと、タワー駐車場は現在使用していないので、離れたところにある提携駐車場に１泊900円で駐車してくれと。 タワー駐車場の表示は「満車」となっていますが、「満車」ではなく「使用していない」そうです。 提携の立体駐車場に車を停めて、スーツケースをがらがら200ｍほど引っ張り、ようやくチェックインとなりました。 お部屋は最上階の角部屋。少し広めの部屋でした。 入口はいると左手にトイレ、右手に洗面所とお風呂、２つに分かれています。 分かれているのはいいのですが、それぞれのドアが引き戸ではなく開き戸なので、干渉しあって使い勝手が良くありません。 それと、通路から部屋に入ると、部屋全体が右にドッグレッグした状態（右横に広がった状態）なので、空調の吹き出し口から出た冷気が右奥の方へ行きわたらず、手前は寒く右奥は暑いという環境でした。 朝食はB1にある「雑魚屋」という居酒屋で食べることになります。有無を言わさず和食でした。 内容的には、辛子蓮根と高菜はありましたが、そのほかに熊本らしさはなく、いたって普通の和食でした。 東急ホテルズには馴染みがあり、いろんな都市で利用しているのですが、次回熊本滞在の時にこちらを選ぶかどうかは微妙です。

Dopo colazione, il personale pulito Le sedie e la tavola, siamo abbastanza felici e impressionati da L'amore e la dedizione!! Colazione Spread abbastanza buona anche mia figlia gode dei Pickles Salted (Penso che Ciò che è chiamato Il servizio è anche molto buono, e l'hotel è vicino al ristorante TonKatsu - Il cibo è semplicemente fantastico e delizioso e vicino al terminale degli autobus

L'hotel è situato vicino a una stazione ferroviaria, ma più importante, vicino al castello di Kumamoto e Sakura Machi, quindi la vista e la cena di gratificazione non sono stati problemi. Non si prega di andare in questo hotel con bagagli su un tram, perché ho trovato l'esperienza molto spaventosa. I tram a Kumamoto non sono progettati esattamente per i turisti con bagagli ricci. Il personale parlava inglese molto decente nel regno degli hotel giapponesi, le camere sono pulite e di dimensioni insopportabili anche in termini di Giappone. L'unico punto in basso è che non c'è bagno, ma questo è molto compensato dalla spaziosa camera da bagno con bagno spazioso e doccia pioggia. In tutto, l'unica cosa che devi pensare è se viaggiate in questo hotel con bagagli sul tram, altrimenti questo è un posto perfetto per soggiornare a Kumamoto! The location of this hotel is very convenient. Just take the airport bus to Sakuragicho Terminal. The upper floor of the base is a large department store, which sells clothing, food, housing, international brands, local specialties, etc. It only takes 6-8 minutes to walk through the Shinmachi Street shopping street. To the hotel, you pass by various shops and restaurants. The hotel is newly built and has a simple style. The lobby is fresh and comfortable. The staff are very polite and you can check in by yourself. The customer floor is bright and clean. The room area is about 20 square meters. It is equipped with 2 chairs and a small dining table for easy shopping and eating back in the room. The room is fully equipped with daily supplies. The best thing is that the room has independent air conditioning with cooling/heating provided! We stayed for 5 nights and both of us said we were really satisfied and liked it. Hope to stay again in the future!

My wife and I stayed at the Nikko Kumamoto from 1/5/2023- 3/5/2023 on our second leg of the kyushu trip after a disastrous stay at Nikko Huis Ten Bosch( that I posted on another review). The hospitality was a complete turnaround . We arrived by taxi from the kumamoto station and upon arrival at rhe entrance, there was.a guest officer to help us unload and wheel in our luggage to the check in lobby. Throughout our stay whenever we stepped into or walked by the guests officers, they would greet us and acknowledge us. Despite the language barrier, I was especially touched by the sincere efforts of one of your male guests officer who wore glasses. I had intially wanted to visit Mount Aso but did not know how to go there using public bus. So one one evening I walked to the guest relations desk and stated my intentions and request for more info. I could tell the officer had difficulty trying to communicate in English but he was trying very hard to get the information across. Throughout our stay were given maps and shown by pen and drawings whenever we had questions to a location ie ramen restaurant while waiting for check in, where to shop for sneakers etc I really appreciated the hospitality and guidance despite the language barrier. We hope to be back in future and keep up the good work! I hope the nikko mgmt team can transfer this consistency to your other chains ie( nikko huis ten bosch which clearly lacks such direction ). I really hope when ever I'm in japan I can go back to a nikko

La posizione è buona, vicino alla strada degli shopping, e ci sono pochi negozi confortevoli vicino. La vista della mia stanza può vedere il castello Kumamoto! Non è una grande stanza, ma troverai tutto quello che ti serve all'interno della stanza. Buona per un paio di persone o per un viaggio d'affari, un ambiente molto confortevole e pulito per rimanere.

数回利用させていただいています。昔からあるホテルでやや古さは感じますが、清潔で落ち着いて過ごせるホテルです。朝のバイキングは10Fのレストランなので朝日を浴びた熊本城が目の前に見えます。バイキングも変わらず美味しかったです。「熊本ラーメン」があり、最終日に朝ラーをしてしまいました。 お部屋の広さ、ベッドの硬さも満足ですが、お部屋の明かりが少ないので、スタンドライトがもう一つ欲しいことと、バスルームの蛇口が温度設定ができるタイプだとありがたいかな。ということで星4つのしました。 落ち着いた感じで快適な時間を過ごせたので満足です

A lovely hotel to stay in close to Kumamoto Castle. The rooms are nice and clean with friendly staff who are very helpful. Bath areas on the 12th floor are also quite nice and have a range of offerings inside. Breakfast was included with the price we paid, however, all the food was a little tasteless, if paying for breakfast, it is easy to go downstairs and get something but I’d probably go somewhere else if paying.

L'hotel è molto nuovo e comodo. Siamo auto-conduttori. C'è un parcheggio gratuito qui. Il personale è molto amichevole. Inoltre, ci introduce il ristorante vicino per mangiare. Molto bene.  è l'hotel che vi riserveremo la prossima volta!
