The location is perfectly awesome, which locates one the top of the mall, and the street vendors are across from it. There is a supermarket nearby as well. The room is clean and most of the things are fine. Of course, it’s not spacious but enough for a couple to stay for a few nights.

It was a awesome stay at Koko Hotel Premier Kumamoto. We parked our car at the multi story parking building opposite and just walk over with our lugguage. As I have already read some reviews in advance, we have no problem finding the hotel but I must say the sign board is a little not eye catching and can easily miss it. (can see my photo below). Everything is comfortable there and I just have to make space for my luggage opening which is not much of an issue. The location is so convenient and can easily walk over to the shopping area for our dinner with many choices. We enjoyed our stay and there is also drinks vending machine on the level we stayed. Will definitely recommend it for it super convenient location :) btw is near to the Kumamoto castle too!

Great location. Great views. Nice service. Room is relatively big compared to other Japan’s hotels. Quite. Whole hotel feel fresh new and stylish. Love the beds.

Located right above Sakuramachi bus terminal, walking distance to kumamon square and Katsuretsu Tei Shinshigai if you are interested.

very nice location, but the entrance was a bit unusual , needa go thru the front door of the shopping mall then to the 2nd, floor, then a bit more and you can find the hotel lift. apparently they have parking redemption to parking lots near it, we only knew that when checking in, which i parked just outside the front entrance shopping mall and that parking outdoor parking area isnt included.

Great location but the lobby is hard to find. Free amenities which is great and reasonable price

Hotel is new n clean,both the hotel n it's parking is very difficult to find. It is located in a mall but there is no sign outside the building or in the directory as how to get there, make it very confusing.

Central location in Sakuramachi (note that parking in the same building cost 1,800 yen per night). The hotel lobby is located at 14/F and there is another lift that takes guests from hotel lobby to the rooms. The room is clean, and the staff were helpful in resolving issues.

It’s very difficult to locate the hotel and they don’t have any signs or anything to lead us. I can’t see the Hotel name in the building’s external. It took us extra 15-20min to find the hotel. You need to take 2 escalators to reach your room. The hotel is second floor of the mall and linked with bus station. Other than that room is ok, quite spacious.

One of the better hotels we stayed in…located within the shopping mall, across the street from all the izakayas & yakinikus, bus terminal within the mall making it convenient to travel (Aso Mt). Hotel very nice & tidy, great staff, and amenities. Will sure to stay when visiting Kumamoto.

Great locatiom and attach with shopping mall. Great varieties of amenities. Breakfast is good.

Double bed room is so small u cannot even fit a baggage. Don’t be fool by the building, room below 10 floor can barely see any view.
