Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Kumamoto

Anche se è zuppa artificiale, l'acido cianuro è buono, la piscina di zuppa di cianuro è anche molto buona. L'altro lato del ristorante ha un caldo naturale e non voglio andare. La sensazione di combinazione tra la stanza e il giorno o l'ovest. Il letto è un letto di latte, con mais. Dormi molto comodo una notte. Durante la strada, è il più comodo di dormire.

The hotel's location was the main reason why we booked the place. It was close to both Kumamon Square and Kumamotojo, the 2 things we wanted to do in Kumamoto. However, note that even though it's right next to Kumamotojo, it still takes a 15~20minute walk to the entrance because it's on the other side of the castle keep during it's repairs. The staff are wonderful and very helpful, standard level of service in Japan is just one step above every other country. The staff did valet parking for me without extra charge, and was quite helpful in helping us to get to different attractions and restaurants. Overall, the hotel is very dated and the rooms are in dire need of a full renovation. I think that is why the rates were quite reasonable. For a hotel this caliber (probably 5 stars when it was first built), we only paid around 10,000 yen per night. The issue is the rooms are really old and the carpet looks dirty and ripped. parts of the washrooms were so old the faucet looked like it's from the early 90s and with small amounts of molds in the creases. Because the hotel is old, the ventilation isn't the greatest either. One of our rooms although was non-smoking, we could smell other room's cigarette smell in our room. Overall, I don't really recommend this hotel because it's really dated, but if you are on a budget and want close amenity it's worth a shot. The staff are nice too so I feel bad for not recommending the hotel, but at the end of the day, there are just better options in Kumamoto today.

L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione Kumamoto, dalla stazione JR b è a sinistra, vicino al negozio Bic Camera vicino. Vi è anche un fermo stradale/tram così vicino all'hotel che si può usare per esplorare i luoghi turistici della città! Il lobby è molto spazioso e mi piace molto il set intimo e l'illuminazione. L'iscrizione è stata veloce e 3 ascensori servono bene con i viaggiatori + bagagli. La progettazione della camera è piuttosto standard e abbiamo chiesto di un letto x2 singolo, la dimensione della camera è rispettabile. L'hotel ha fornito alcune strutture e un'acqua bollente, sufficiente per noi. L'hotel è molto in Going Green, non ci sarà nessuna custodia a meno che non venga richiesto. Questo potrebbe essere il modello che si muove avanti, per tagliare i rifiuti. Abbiamo avuto il nostro colazione al vicino Pronto. Il fiume Kitaoka è a circa 400 metri, in direzione opposta della stazione JR, quindi consigliamo di scendere se il tempo permette. Una buona esperienza di soggiorno. J

We stayed for 3 nights. The service was outstanding. All staff were very polite and professional. The room was very clean, nice size, and super comfortable with a river view. We had a guest and they gave a parking validation. The breakfast was amazing with various choices. The location is convenient to the downtown and also JR train station. We will definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed at the Nikko Kumamoto from 1/5/2023- 3/5/2023 on our second leg of the kyushu trip after a disastrous stay at Nikko Huis Ten Bosch( that I posted on another review). The hospitality was a complete turnaround . We arrived by taxi from the kumamoto station and upon arrival at rhe entrance, there was.a guest officer to help us unload and wheel in our luggage to the check in lobby. Throughout our stay whenever we stepped into or walked by the guests officers, they would greet us and acknowledge us. Despite the language barrier, I was especially touched by the sincere efforts of one of your male guests officer who wore glasses. I had intially wanted to visit Mount Aso but did not know how to go there using public bus. So one one evening I walked to the guest relations desk and stated my intentions and request for more info. I could tell the officer had difficulty trying to communicate in English but he was trying very hard to get the information across. Throughout our stay were given maps and shown by pen and drawings whenever we had questions to a location ie ramen restaurant while waiting for check in, where to shop for sneakers etc I really appreciated the hospitality and guidance despite the language barrier. We hope to be back in future and keep up the good work! I hope the nikko mgmt team can transfer this consistency to your other chains ie( nikko huis ten bosch which clearly lacks such direction ). I really hope when ever I'm in japan I can go back to a nikko

Love that! we are 3 person stay only one night. cozy bed! Walk to the mall only 5 minutes far! Staff very very friendly, fair English you can understand. I thing need to attention, we drive our own but the car park only for small car 1.55m tall, so u need to pay yourself and park at outside parking lot which just behind the hotel. Staff will point to you and how to pay. We parked around 15 hours, ¥1500. Overall Great stay for us. If next time we will come again, would definitely stay here again!

Penso che questo sia il miglior hotel con sauna a Kumamoto. La colazione è servita in piccole ciotole, posso godermi il cibo di Kumamoto, è così delizioso! Sarà utile cambiare il tappetino della sauna più frequentemente. È una connessione corona? Vedrai che il cuscino anteriore è calpestato con i piedi e incasinato, altrimenti è antigienico. Camera giusta, bagno funzionale, buon buffet per colazione con una vasta gamma di scelte anche per non giapponesi. Requisiti perfettamente rispettati. Nessun parcheggio all’hotel . I parcheggi in faccia sono fuori prezzo, ma la ricezione ha accordi con un partner che si trova un po 'più lontano per 1200 yen in 24 ore. Ringrazio le due persone che hanno cercato di risolvere una richiesta di prenotazione di ferry, che non potevo fare da solo su due siti web completamente in giapponese.

È vicino alla stazione. Molto bello e conveniente quando si viaggia in altri luoghi di viaggio come Aso il giorno prossimo. L'hotel è meraviglioso e il personale è stato molto bello e utile! Amu Plaza ha offerto molte scelte per cena e non si preoccupa mai di questo. Resterò qui, quando tornerò a Kumamoto!
