Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Ascott Star KLCC. The room was complete with everything you need, from iron to coffee machine and even umbrella! The facilities especially the rooftop infinity pool and level 6 swimming pool were huge and awesome. The infinity pool faces the twin tower so great photo spot! Not forgetting to mention, there is a starbucks station at the lobby. You can simply select your preferred drink (there were plenty of choices) and the prices were cheaper too! Downside, I had to shift room twice due to aircon issue and ceiling leakage. But the staff handled it professionally and found me a room and even provided me a free upgrade with great city view. They even accommodate my request to 3pm late check-out. Location was not the best and the lift for hotel guests were kind of slow. Other that that, I truly enjoyed my stay in Ascott! Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel with great facilities and near twin tower!

Hotel enorme nel centro di Kuala Lumpur. Strutture superbe con un centro commerciale sotto / annesso. La camera era molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Bella piscina, con un ristorante italiano a fianco. Executive bar all'ultimo piano (34) C'è molto da fare dentro e intorno all'hotel. Se vuoi un taxi scarica l'app Grab è geniale. La colazione è ottima e soddisfa tutte le nazionalità, probabilmente la migliore che abbia mai avuto. Le torri Petronas sono a 20 minuti a piedi. Il personale è adorabile ed educato. Felice di tenere i bagagli se parti più tardi nel corso della giornata.

Il posto più vicino per fare la spesa è il supermercato di Ben a D Linc (meno di 100 metri) e Jaya Gricer a Intermark (+/- 100 metri)

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

Ci siamo fermati una notte. Il parcheggio è gratuito. Grande posizione, a piedi da KLCC e ponte Saloma. Aggiungi al centro commerciale, il camion ”Urban” è facile da mangiare, vicino al centro commerciale di Avenue K. La pulizia è ok considerato questo è un hotel piuttosto vecchio. Le piscine sono abbastanza grandi e belle. Il personale è eccellente, dal desk front, il ragazzo della campana anche a casa di tutti è amichevole e utile.

Mangiare in tutto il luogo così non c'è problema se voglio mangiare a Stalls o Café. Per un breve vacanza questo è il posto per soggiornare. In generale, sono molto soddisfatto. Se Ai ha un altro viaggio a KL, questo hotel sarà il mio posto per soggiornare

Love the stay at Element. It’s quiet place, away from the busy streets yet not too far from KLCc and KL tower. The room is clean and pleasant. View from room is very nice. Only thing is the car park is beside the hotel so it’s a little more troublesome to pick the car and the car park is operated by third party so we need to validate the card whenever we drive out. Overall experience is good w the hotel.

Amore questo hotel. La mia prima scelta è di rimanere qui ogni volta che viaggia a KL. Il check-in era regolare.Il loro personale era amichevole.Ha bisogno di un deposito per il check-in e lo restituirà durante il check-out. Parcheggio facile B1 o B2. Libero per ospite. Solo tenere la carta di parcheggio e mostrarla al personale al conto alla check-out. Questa è la mia prima prenotazione di una camera da letto Deluxe. Questa stanza è alla fine della strada. La camera da letto era così grande con un letto regina. Cucina, tavolo da pranzo, divano e un piccolo bagno all'ingresso. Puoi guardare la TV nella camera da letto o nella sala da soggiorno perché ci sono due TV. La colazione è sempre stata buona. Controllo rapido.Ricevi il deposito. Tutto è tutto a posto.Torneremo. We spent six nights here in a Premium room on the 15th floor. The room was spacious, well laid out and comfortable apart from the rock hard bed. We asked for the bed to have some softening layers added to it which helped but it still wasn’t great. If the mattresses are so hard now I shudder at the thought of what they’ll be like in a year or two… There were some teething issues with the hotel being so new. This was to be expected as it’s only been open for a couple of weeks. Probably one that was unforgivable was that our door was left unlocked all day by housekeeping. We reported this to the front desk but I was made to feel at fault as I didn’t tell them sooner. A little hard to do that considering we’d been out all day… this simply can’t be allowed to happen to anyone. The biggest issue for us centred on catering. We ordered room service one night and it was disgusting and almost inedible as it dried out, overcooked and tasteless. The main gripe was around breakfast as the food was never hot and you couldn’t get a decent coffee as the machines either produced luke warm beverages or only half a cup. Very frustrating. The staff were well aware and were full of apologies and mentioned they are having lots of issues with the induction heating. I hope it gets sorted as there is potential for a phenomenal breakfast to be offered as it was a good spread. Hygiene was also a concern when it came to the breakfast cereal as you had to dig the spoon out and I watched staff using their bare hands to shove the spoons back in. Gross… I made the suggestion of leaving the spoons in a bowl at the front but the staff member wasn’t having it. Apart from that, I could see the staff are trying very hard to make the breakfast better. Similarly, I let the swimming pool attendant know there was a broken tile on the side of the pool that I nearly cut my arm on. I’m not sure he cared less or perhaps he didn’t understand. I’m leaning towards the former. The location of the hotel is okay and it’s about a 10 minute walk to KLCC and 20 to Pavilion. Many of the Grab drivers didn’t know where the hotel was as it’s so new. We had to guide them. The biggest asset to the hotel are the staff who were super friendly, especially the lively security guys out the front. I hope they manage to get the opening issues sorted soon. Best of luck to the team.

Siamo arrivate alla reception con una camera prenotata mesi prima. Avevamo prenotato su Agoda. Star Residences Art Apartment KL, proprietario Alexander Polyakov, 5 notti. Alla reception che non è una vera reception ma una postazione per le guardie del controllo, ci dicono che dobbiamo chiamare l'host. Gli mandiamo un messaggio su whatsapp e non risponde neanche dopo la visualizzazione. Chiude pure le chiamate. Grazie alla gentilezza della guardia alla reception che ci ha prestato il suo telefono abbiamo immediatamente contattato Agoda. Neanche a loro sembra che l'host risponda. Morale cancellazione della prenotazione. L'opzione proposte il rimborso o altro alloggio. Chiediamo di trovarci un altro alloggio. Nel frattempo il tempo passa e si sta facendo sera. Non prenotate con questo host, non è per niente serio. In attesa apro l'app di booking e trovo una camera in un residence che in mappa sembra molto vicino a dove eravamo. Pagamento in contanti e prenoto. Residence klcc che per fortuna sono appartamenti nel solito palazzo del primo. Quindi non c'è da spostarsi. Incrociamo le dita nella speranza che questa volta l'host risponda. Ha risposto, è arrivato immediatamente e ci ha salvato la situazione. Essendo il giorno stesso alle 17, il prezzo è stato davvero scontatissimo. Agoda ci ha immediatamente rimborsato. Appartamento, carino, spazioso, pulito. Mitiu ( non so se il nome si scrive cosi) è stato molto disponibile, ci ha persino procurato una pentola per cuocere la pasta. Le petronas in vista, piscina panoramica sull'attico, zona centrale. Consiglio questo residence ma mi raccomando non prenotate appartamenti di proprietà di Alexander in residence star one perché rischiate di dormire per strada. Optate per residence klcc e possibilmente con Mitiu che è una garanzia.

No complains on the location (about 10mins walk to KLCC) Room is neat, comfy. Friendly receptionist and security guards (Didn't enjoy the facilities so can't comment but the pool is nice) The drawbacks :- 1) The car park. Require skill and care if you're driving a big car (Vellfire, Hilux, SUV) 2) The elevators. Waiting time at least 5 minutes when there's a crowd (and there's always a crowd!) Parking fee @ RM5/- per entry, not per day as stated on some websites Overall, will return :)

Apartment mewah yang sangat Besar. Boleh muat 10 orang. Tapi kalau bawak Topper Leyna Dan bantal Leyna, 20 orang pun boleh masuk. Security padu. Ada parking. Tuala ada 6 jer. Yang lain bawak sendiri. Sabun basuh Baju pun kene bawak sendiri. Ada mesin basuh dgn dryer disediakan.
