Check in process went smoothly but a bit disappointed bcz when i got there the room service still clean it up. Around 10minutes they finished but the floor still did'nt dry properly. Also not even a single sachet of coffee is provided as complimentary to the guest. Room also facing the other service apartment which is not nice view. Overall so so only.

The service is terrible. No one come for cleaning. Even they don’t pick the calls .staff is not professional Too much irresponsible .

Contact numbers don't replying for 90 minutes, waiting in lobby like hostage. No WiFi password, time wasting trying passwords they sending me. Management problems simply. The place was clean etc., but if you waiting 90 minutes for replying is a lot of frustration. Sorry 🙏

No complains on the location (about 10mins walk to KLCC) Room is neat, comfy. Friendly receptionist and security guards
(Didn't enjoy the facilities so can't comment but the pool is nice)
The drawbacks :-
1) The car park. Require skill and care if you're driving a big car (Vellfire, Hilux, SUV)
2) The elevators. Waiting time at least 5 minutes when there's a crowd (and there's always a crowd!)
Parking fee @ RM5/- per entry, not per day as stated on some websites
Overall, will return :)

Rm 5 per entry for parking. There is ev charger too but need bring own cable. Good stay overall

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this place! It's worth every penny. The facility is modern, and its central location makes it even more convenient. No complaints whatsoever – a perfect choice!
