The room is a bit small, i didnt get any toothbrush but there are soap, shampoo n bodywash. The room is service everyday which is great. Loved staying here, would totally stay again.

Malaysia has many cheaper hotels compared to Singapore. Excellent hotel service quality is unique.

Hotel staff is friendly with a spacious lounge to sit over, alongside a nice cafe. The internet at this room was much better compared to my last experience at a different room in this hotel. You may ask for a window room with better internet availability. If you’re only looking for a sleepover, some hostels around are also considerable options. Remember to book online, over the counter rates are higher and may also charge you extra if you’re using cash such as transaction and bank charges.

The price is reasonable for the room. The reception staff is lovely and provides good service.

Average standard below wifi so ******* suck room small and the reception Indian female we request 2 room card for our convenience but she's refused to give us just give 1 room card make us very trouble when going out and back to hotels because the lift needs cards acces to goings levels 4 our room

Be careful of this hotel just check out they 2 Indian reception asking need to pay 20 ringgit tourists tax then I say I booking use trip. Com the tourists tax is included already then they ask me to show to them then I let them see and at the final they return my deposit money 50 ringgit without deduct tourism tax 20 ringgit

One of the best hotels (if not the best!) that I've stayed in in South East Asia; excellent value, great room (comfy bed, great bathroom with walled-in shower and good water pressure, good soundproofing, elevator) , lovely staff, fantastic location (walking distance =Indian temple 1 minute away, Chinatown 3 minutes away, Jalan Alor street market 10 minutes away).

Location so strategic. Basic amenities provided such as drinking water, coffee but no tea. New hotel. Request to check in early, able to check in after 12.00pm

Good service and clean room

Place is bit quite but need to walk extra a bit to reach the metro stations.

Overall quite good, just the water dipping sounds from the washroom is a bit annoying.

The hotel was fine, good location and big lobby with decent rooms. Despite that, the bed sheets and pillowcase were very nasty, with many yellow and red steams. I bet you could improve this because it’s not nice for guests to find a nice bed but after one night finding out that it’s actually dirty.

Good hotel good restaurants close to many good things i recommend it ,
