Questo è l'hotel più confortevole in cui abbia soggiornato in questi giorni. Ci vogliono 10 minuti per raggiungere a piedi il centro commerciale Pavilion sul lato della strada, e a pochi minuti dall'acquario, dalle Torri Gemelle Petronas e dal centro commerciale KLCC dall'altro lato. , ma dal Padiglione è semplicemente lontano dalle Torri Gemelle Petronas e dall'altra parte dello sky bridge o qualcosa del genere. È molto vicino alle Torri Gemelle Petronas dall'hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel è super buona È comodo raggiungere le attrazioni circostanti e i centri commerciali Se hai troppo sole, prendi un taxi. Quando sarai pieno, tornerai lentamente in hotel. C'è parecchio cibo in giro, tra cui Bak Kut Teh, pollo al latte di cocco...

C'era anche un uomo di Kint che ci ha aiutato con le procedure di check-in e bagagli. Un ringraziamento speciale.

Hahahaha, l'ambiente qui è molto bello, la posizione è ottima, molto vicino alle Torri Gemelle, a 10 minuti a piedi. È stato molto divertente viaggiare con i bambini. Vale la pena consigliarlo,

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, molto vicino al Pavilion e alle Torri Gemelle Petronas, a pochi minuti a piedi. Non è necessario recarsi alla reception al momento del check-in. Il personale dell'hotel ti aiuterà con il processo e ti consegnerà il passaporto. Devi solo sederti e aspettare nella hall. Un ringraziamento speciale alla bambina dell'hotel che è bellissima ed entusiasta. Ci ha aiutato a prendere un taxi e ci ha dato indicazioni. Anche la camera era molto buona e l'acqua minerale era in una bottiglia di vetro, il che era molto buono. Ci sono anche bevande gratuite. Tutto il personale è gentile ed educato! Sceglierò di soggiornare qui la prossima volta che verrò!

5 star hotel. fully lives up to its ranking. Plus extra attention paid to decor, and the electronics down to the light switches. Service by the staff also top notch. Welcome drink served upon check in. Too bad we didn't have the chance to try their breakfast. Note on our photo of the two bathroom lights - fantastic attention to details on creating this effect.

Excellent service! amazing breakfast with exceptional service. cosy and aesthetic. very warm, friendly and professional staff! bed was so comfortable and soft that we missed breakfast on some days hahah would definitely come here again! totally recommended. staff accommodated request for late check out too :)

Room a bit smaller than expected. The bed quite low, itd be better if got higher mattress. Food is nice, service also nice. Recommend breakfast buffet, many choices

I enjoyed every single time there. I booked for my parents. The staffs are friendly and considerate. Got the room decorated as I emailed them to decorate for my parents’ anniversary. They’re very responsive. The staffs there are so well trained and warm. The Ruma Hotel & Residences deserves to be famous

Super nice hotel, all staffs very friendly, I am a female solo traveller, and 2nd time I have come back, rooms a big, clean, has everything you need, mini bar is free, they even have memory foam Pillow, emails you when you need to checkout, willing to let me check in early after my polo,

I had the pleasure of staying at The Ruma Hotel & Residence last Thursday and I must say—it was such a lovely experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome drink (which was so good, by the way!). The check-in process was smooth, and all the information shared was clear and helpful. And when it was time to leave, they even helped send my luggage to the car—such a sweet touch! Oh, and the pool with a view? Stunning. Not to mention the breathtaking view from our room—it made the whole stay feel extra special. If you’re looking for a relaxing, pampering stay in the city, I’d definitely recommend The Ruma.
