Ci sono molti hotel in cui ho soggiornato per centinaia di migliaia di dollari a notte, ma solo una manciata di loro ha scritto recensioni. Questa potrebbe essere la prima. La posizione di questo hotel è molto remota, in un piccolo angolo, e la vista dalla camera è davvero indescrivibile. La camera non era pronta quasi alle tre del pomeriggio. Mi è stato detto che in tutto l'hotel c'erano solo quattro delle mie determinate tipologie di camere, il che mi ha dato un po' di speranza una vista dal tetto, ahah. Quello che dice di più il personale di servizio dell'hotel è: devi pagare di più. La sera ho scoperto che non c'era lo spazzolino in camera ho fatto due chiamate alla reception per sollecitarmi avrei dovuto aspettare quasi mezz'ora. La toilette non è ventilata. . Sai. Infine, lascia che ti mostri un hotel che costa 1.000 RMB a notte.

L'hotel è molto scadente e l'igiene è un disastro. Sono apparsi grossi pezzi sulle lenzuola e sui cuscini. Ho chiesto a Xiao Hei di cambiare la biancheria da letto nel cuore della notte. Xiao Hei ha ritenuto che fosse normale vedere delle macchie l'ho cambiato immediatamente, ma era ancora sporco dopo averlo cambiato. Roba

L'esperienza peggiore è equivalente a quella di un hotel di una catena a tre stelle in Cina. Se non si dispone di un servizio di trasferimento, è necessario camminare in salita fino all'hotel. Il minibar in camera è quasi tutto a pagamento , e non c'è nemmeno acqua minerale o pantofole. Te li ho appena dati. Ho dovuto comunicare con l'hotel tre giorni prima per annullare a causa di problemi di viaggio rimanere per una notte per non sprecare soldi è stata un'esperienza molto, molto brutta.

Gorgeous design of the room, super attentive, friendly and professional staff, excellent, delicious and very varied breakfast, walking distance to Bukit Bitang; EXCELLENT stay!

Simply amazing! The best experience we could ask for in KL. INDIGO is the perfect fusion between tradition and modernity. The staff is just incredible, specially Rome, who welcomed us and made us feel so special. The location is ideal, just 15 minutes away from the Petrona towers.

Excellent experience, beautifully decorated surroundings. Colourful breakfast options with many local fares.

Strategic place. Room is well maintained & super clean. Breakfast spread is just nice with some local selections that is rare - cempedak fruits, jambu air. Parking is valet, no self parking.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood hotel. Had a pleasant stay, arranged it for my husband's birthday.

Very impressed with the nostalgic setting in the hotel, using the authentic materials to design the hotel. Things happened after the 1st night. We came back tired after a day outside. Our room was not made up instead they placed flowers on the side table. We called the manager to investigate the matter. The hotel manager apologized for what had happened. The housekeeping manager came to our room to explain why the flower was placed there. The next day, the housekeeping was done and decorated. The amenities were not placed anywhere in the room. You need to scan QR codes to get your amenities. We don't like to wait for such service so we get our own. Thank you Mr Philips the hotel manager for the prompt responses.

Very good facilities, staff are being also nice, especially at breakfast, location is super convenient. So, would love to stay here once again someday.

Excellent hotel in all respects: cleanliness, great location (safe and quiet street, just 15 min walk to Petronas and Pavilion), friendly staff, comfort. We stayed for 7 nights, good soundproofing in the room, nice bed and pillows, so we slept very comfortably. Cleaning was done every day. Thanks to the Hotel Indigo staff for hospitality!

Room feels posh and welcoming. A very nice blend of modern and local culture. Big bed, plush pillows and linens feel great! Wish that the extra pillow provided are the same size with those on the bed and not as small as a cushion. It will be a plus point if there are variety of pillow choices for hotel like this. Also, there are no other parking than a RM20 valet parking, so take note if you are driving to the hotel.
