The ShellSea Krabi I Luxury Beach Front Resort & Pool Villas

Hard to know where to start… bitterly disappointed is the phrase I’d use. Everything from start to finish wasn’t great. Most of the issues centred around poor quality of service with what seems to be badly trained staff. The rooms are designed nicely but cleaned poorly, multiple occasions where surfaces were not wiped and products not replenished. The service at the bar and restaurant was bad with food coming out at different times, forgetting orders or it taking 40+ mins. The shuttle times are limited so that if you want to go out to the town for dinner or lunch you need to pay for a taxi, which are also over priced compared to other areas of Thailand. Items were placed on our bill that were included in our stay, after asking confirming several times that these items wouldn’t be an added extra. We booked a snorkelling tour with the hotel which was very poor. Due to multiple reasons we felt unsafe and asked the hotel to tell the boat driver to take us home. She then proceeded to tell him to ignore us and sail further out to sea in the hood we’d change our mind. It took us 6 times of asking to be finally taken back. When we made a formal complaint at the hotel we weren’t given an apology or refund, not even a bottle of gesture of good will… nothing. We were asked to pay nearly £200 per person for the NY event, on top of our stay, which I felt was outrageously overpriced. There is a real sense of over charging guests and not providing service or products that warrant the high fees. Overall very unhappy with our stay. The staff need some thorough training and a duty of care for the guests needs to be given priority. It’s important to note that the hotel wasn’t even half full yet the team seemed overwhelmed and unprepared.

Quando ho cercato di trovare un hotel che fornisca la colazione islamica, il viaggio felice di Dammi ha raccomandato l'hotel e hanno organizzato una stanza di scena del mare a prezzi molto economici.L'hotel è in molti bai e può vedere il fiume Ammi dalla stanza. Raccomandare l'hotel a coloro che vogliono vivere in luoghi tranquilli non è consigliato per coloro che vogliono vivere in luoghi ricchi di vita notturna.Piccoli suggerimenti: una vista di alto livello occidentale è migliore.

I did not stay at this location as there was an urgent need to go to the airport and I was recovering from a bad flu. Trip.com did not allow me to cancel despite my urgent needs. However from looking through google maps, the hotel does not seemed to have anything much around the area. I am not able to best review this as I did not stay there

Devo essere stato qui per la prima volta circa 10 anni fa quando l'hotel era ancora abbastanza nuovo. Vengo spesso fino a poco prima di covid. Che piacere essere qui di nuovo! La maggior parte degli hotel ha davvero sofferto molto e sono stati mal negli ultimi tre anni - non così Dee Andaman e la qualità alta costruita ora paga. La camera è bella, molto, grande comoda letto, fantastico servizio e la posizione è sicuramente in cima e a piedi di distanza dal fiume e dal centro. Il mio preferito in Thailandia! Eva

Hotel was very nice to accommodate to my early check in and early check out with the same about 22hours per night. Managed to speak well to hotel staff about some problems that occured at other hotels. Seamless experience at hotel without much difficulties except there are some literal insects and Mosquitoes especially when opening the balcony window.

La stanza non è grande ma non sembra sovraccarica. Ci sono strutture che dovrebbero essere disponibili, e il bagno è anche pulito. Il personale di guardia verrà due volte al giorno.Se uscirai di mattina, si prenota la stanza per cambiare il vestito.Se non uscirai di mattina, verrà di nuovo.L'atteggiamento è molto serio e pulito. L'acqua potabile è confezionata con due bottiglie al giorno Il letto è molto comodo, ma è un po'soffocato (stimato per poter dormire con la copertura di aria condizionata) L'aeromobile esterno è leggermente inclinato, ma può essere accettato. La posizione è lontana dal centro della città, molto tranquillo. Non lontano è un parco e due marine che possono uscire dal mare. Il WIFI dell'hotel può rapidamente vedere il video della stazione B 60 1080p (e il rapporto tra pochi abitanti) video di chat Una o due persone possono vivere in una stanza molto comoda, e il prezzo non è costoso
