Sto soggiornando in questo hotel 4/5 stelle, in questo periodo. Grossa delusione . La struttura è in parte fatiscente e non curata , in parte stile thai molto carina. La reception è inesistente e arrangiata( personale che non parla inglese e non capisce) . Ho aspettato per avere la camera un sacco di tempo senza capire quale fosse il problema, mi hanno fatto vedere una camera nella zona fatiscente che ho rifiutato, pretendendo la de luxe che avevo pagato, poi mi hanno dato una camera suite con affaccio sulla piscina, grande, carina e comoda. Ma non l'hanno pulita oggi. L'acqua calda ci mette 10 minuti per arrivare. La colazione è essenziale per non dire triste. La pulizia generale lascia a desiderare. Insomma le 5 stelle non so dove le abbiano prese. La posizione è abbastanza vicina al centro, e alla spiaggia , ma ha un tratto di strada buia . Forse due stelle sarebbero troppe!

Abbiamo appena tornato dalla più sorprendente vacanza di 2 settimane a Saifon Villas. E' tutto e più il sito dice e Michael e Fon e tutto il loro personale sono brillanti. Abbiamo entrambe le villa per una vacanza intergenerazionale e ha funzionato un trattamento, ma potremmo vedere che si potrebbe facilmente rimanere in una privata se il numero è più piccolo. Le villa sono molto ben presentate e dotate e il condizionamento d'aria, che era necessario a questo caldo periodo dell'anno, ha funzionato molto efficacemente. I terreni sono semplicemente belli e così ben mantenuti. Il punto di vista delle villa sopra il lago e la montagna dietro ci sono state le piscine e un grido speciale per il tipo di piscina che guarda così bene. È stata una vacanza di vita con favolosi viaggi di barca e viaggi di vista nella zona. È circa 15/20 minuti al fronte della spiaggia di Ao Nang e ci piace il contrasto tra le aree occupate e il silenzio e la calma delle villaggi. Non possiamo raccomandare le Villas Saifon abbastanza.

I went to this place 2 times but is it a destiny I could not make my c/in and get my room for booking. When I went there first time no one was not in the reception and hotel area even they informed 24 hours reception. Second time also when I went no one was in reception staff but I met with a foreigner guy at the pool area I ask are you owner or working he do not say anything and he told me he can help me. But sorry man you could not help me. Because when I called by phone before I come o the hotel and ask about pet friendly ? Hotel staff told os ofcourse you are welcome to there with our lovely pet. The staff welcomed us so friendly on phone and I went to this hotel. But the foreigner guy which I met in pool area he do not accept us with our pet to the hotel even their staff informed about out pet can stay with us. I am so sorry to hear that because I made around over 500 KM to go this hotel after I got confirmation from phone about my pet can stay with me. And when I was moving from this place he asked me did I find a place for accomodation ? Are you kidding on me man do not be rude for your next costumers if you can get. Thats why I never waste my time to visit your nice hotel again and never reccumend someone to waste their time ......

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

What can i say ? absolutely incredible staff, friendly, unobtrusive, polite and courteous. Kate the manager literally saved my life (or that's how it felt at the time and for that I'll be forever in her debt. I was on my last night in Ao nang, a place I've visited many many times, i have a friend who used to own a bar quite close to the lucky beach hotel but sadly he's had to move his bar to the other end of town as his landlord wished to build a hotel where his bar sat, directly opposite Noppharathara beach, this was in 2020 (nothing has been built there yet) anyway i caught a tuk tuk into town for my last night and asked the driver to drop me off at the MacDonalds so i could withdraw enough cash for my last day and also pay him, It's a really busy street, he pulled over and the cars behind him were beeping for him to get out of the way as he was taking up a lane of the traffic, so i made the fatal mistake of withdrawing my cash and forgetting my card, because of the traffic backlog, i didn't notice straight away, went to my friends bar and he dropped me back into town later. I then opened my wallet to get my card only to discover it wasn't there, i retraced my steps and quicky realised what had happened, I'd spent all of my money and didn't even have enough to get my to the airport on the morning, bearing in mind that I'd booked a taxi at 07.45 in the morning to get me to Krabi for an 09.25 flight to Bangkok to connect to Heathrow, my Barclays banking app had crashed so i was in a real predicament as i couldn't source any cash either, I sat up all night waiting for reception to open and explain to Kate what had happened (bear in mind I'd already woken her at 12.30am one morning because I'd left my key in the room) when reception opened at 07.00 i spoke with Kate and explained my situation, she was absolutely incredible, way above and beyond the call of duty, she loaned me 600baht for my taxi and also loaned me 500baht for a snack at the airport !!! I couldn't believe it as without her help i would of been in the worst situation, i would of missed my flight, had no cash to get a later flight, i was so so grateful you wouldn't believe it, i'll never ever forget the help you gave me Kate, you probably saved me the best part of £600 by your trust and your generosity towards me xxx
