Dirty bedsheet, toilet smelly, aircond function well. Easy to find the place and food outside the wawasan plaza only. Kk centrel terminal(bus station) only across the road. Cheap price.

Affordable and nice place for short stay. You can walk to near interesting place, such as Anjung Kinabalu during evening or night, mall and store nearby. The room quite ok.

Clean and spacious room. The location was at the city centre. It's just 10 minutes walk to city centre point and Filipino market.

I like the location of this hotel because it is easy to find budget food, but the amenities are not satisfactory because the dirty towels are placed inside and the TV broadcast does not work well.
