Nice and quite place room was big with big shower room , sofa L and office work and extra bad as well Was good place

Great service, cozy room and really calm environment, worth the price

The Wangsa Hotel in Nusa Dua is in bad need of total maintenance. Rooms are of poor quality, every wall is dirty and chipped, furniture chipped, bathroom is mouldy, and dirty, toilet did not flush and blocked, Drains block and smell, Bull ant nest in our 1st room. 2nd room, bed sheets had blood on them and urine stains. Pool is like 30 degrees Celsius and is so hot it makes a person feel sick if in there for more than 10 minutes, deck chairs are all busted, no mattresses or beach towels available as per their website pictures. Sun shade umbrellas won’t open and fall apart if you try to open them and there was only three left. Pool decking is all buckled and pieces are broken off around the side of the pool and are very sharp. Food quality is horrible, pancakes are like manholes covers they are so tough. Everytime we attempted to order, they got it wrong, and most times they couldn’t supply what your ordered or the kitchen was closed. Only half a toilet roll given each day and two bath towels, absolutely a rip off. And we had to pay Christmas prices.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE NOR RECOMMEND!!! We stayed here for the our wedding weekend at villa 108. It's a two bedroom villa. I was so embarrassed having both the boys and girls apart of the bridal party getting ready here and photography and videography done. Our feet were black from walking the floors, felt like they never cleaned it. There was dust, dirt and cobwebs under the lounge, on the bed side tables and on ledges. Inside the cupboards there was mould and dust also. THERE WAS GECKO POO ON THE LOUNGE! The door knob in one of the bed rooms fell off as soon as I touched it to open the door and it fell on my foot. We paid $700AUD for 2 nights...previous to this we stayed at D& G villas in Nusa dua and paid $1000 for 4 nights and 5 days and it was an absolute dream. Then we moved to this place for our actual wedding which was a total let down and OHS. Please don't consider staying here it is beyond disgusting. I have stayed at places for $50 for 2 nights and it was nicer and cleaner than this.

I stayed at the Wangsa for about 2 weeks during my last trip to Bali. I had one of the condos. The room was quite nice looking and very spacey. I was excited that I had gotten such a good price on Agoda. Problem #1. They turned the water off on 4-5 separate days , only notify me once because they were fixing a leak somewhere ( although another person told me it was because they are putting in the new pool), #2 WiFI - off and on all the the time. Night shift has no idea how to reset it. #3- breakfast in the room, either came early or late or wrong #4 - They knock on your door ALL the time...seriously!! Like 3-4 times a day they are at the door wanting to do something. The most serious though is #5- The day that I went to check out my $450 Go Pro with all the goodies was missing. I called and spoke with the management on site who told me none of their staff would ever take anything and that I should question my long time boy friend ( who is a local man) about it. Later that day, we were sorting though my bags and another camera ( that I thought was in the case) was missing as well. That camera was meant to stay in Bali with my boy friend. The lack of responsibility and caring from the hotel was amazing. Basically blew me off. I would have called the police but it happened about 2 hours before my flight and as I am not back in Bali for 2 months I chose to spend the time with my BF. They also agreed to comp me for the shut off water and literally comp'ed me one club sandwich for 4-5 days of no water for the majority of the day. FAIL Wangsa!!!!! You have been by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in and I stay more in hotels these days then my own home. I rather find a Motel 6 in Down town Los Angeles. Shame on you for having staff that steals and shame of you for blaming a innocent person for your bad deeds. Shame shame shame!!!

This place has a great pool Unfortunately there are no decent restaurants except in major hotels the rooms were needing repairs. Aircon kept stopping had to be moved and then the same problem. Shower was disgraceful water poured around bathroom and was not hot. Stayed one night instead of three. No kettle even though there was a kitchenette. I did however after time receive money back for other nights. Personally this area is not good for tourists except in larger establishments.

We were enticed by the cheap price of Wangsa located just opposite Conrad Bali. The online reviews were also not too bad, according to our research done. However, we were in for the greatest shock of our lives. The resort was spacious and there were 2 rooms , 1 living rm and a jacuzzi. We were impressed at first glance. However, closer inspection revealed dirty walls, lizard droppings were everywhere, towels they gave us were spotted. We arrived at around 10pm the first night and the rainshower was trickling...it was more of a drizzle. We could hardly bathe. The second night, there was no water for us to use. We could not flush the toilet, could not bathe and were greatly inconvenienced. The manager was no where to be found and the hapless staff could do nothing. We were left stranded without water. Although we could bathe the next morning after enduriing a night without water, the resort quickly ran out of water by 10am... The cook even admitted that she used mineral water to cook. Truly a terrible experience and please do not patronise this villa and be tempted by the relatively cheaper price. We would have rather paid more to ensure a comfortable stay.

My experience at the Wangsa was an utter disappointment. The owner of this property is not willing to pay for quality building materials and staff and it shows. The rooms in the villa are looking worse-for-wear, despite the property being only 5 years old. Staff lack the ability to manage a crisis well. During my stay, the entire resort ran out of water while I was in the midst of a shower. Staff were at a complete loss as to how to manage the situation and we, as guests, had to offer them possible solutions. I understand that the resort's water shortage is a result of unpaid water bills. This property is facing SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH MANAGEMENT and I would advise anyone considering this hotel to give it a miss.

Stayed in a 2br villa pool. The villa is large open plan 1 king bed in living area down stairs and 1 king bed up stairs (stairs not suitable for children) no privacy. The private pool is lovely and large but very difficult to get in and out- no rail and large steps. 1 toilet and 1 outdoor shower - very open (we did have a neighbour look down into the shower area).excellent full size fridge. The out door kitchen had no matches to light hot plate, 1 frying pan, no bowl or teaspoons or tea towel. Had to ask for toilet paper 2x- they leave 1 small roll in the villa. No breakfast offered. I had asked about breakfast prior to arriving and was told it could be arranged- then on arrival told not available. Small shop nearby to buy some groceries. Reception is not 24hrs as stated on website, no transfer offered. Problem with air conditioner upstairs- dripping water and smoke coming from. We asked for it to be checked. Power out in villa for 1 night- with no reception we could not get anyone in to fix- it was an electrical short. Hot night no aircon/fridge defrosted our food spoiled, water all over the floor from defrosting. I sent email to hotel and phoned to try contacting with no luck until we found a staff member (gardener)who called maintenance at 7am. My email back from office said sorry but we’ve fixed the problem now. The hotel made no further contact with us or offer to compensate for loss of our food. I use medical device for sleep and could not use this without electricity. On checkout we had no assistance with luggage- I had informed office the day before that we were leaving at 7.30-8am; I collected my deposit from office and handed key back at 7am. Locals say it looks like the Wangsa is very old now and not well maintained. I have visited Bali 13 times and love the Benoa area this was the worst villa/hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I did not expect 5 or even 4 star facilities for the price I payed but I expected what was advertised on web site and other sites to be offered. I understand Covid has made an impact-but be honest in advertising and communication with guests and follow up when problems occur. Luckily this experience hasn’t affected my view of Bali and I’ll go back- just not to The Wangsa

Забронировав отель на 3 дня, не захотелось в нем остаться даже на день, но бронь уже было не отменить. Начиная с долгой регистрации и выбора наконец нормального номера, более менее чистого. Отелю срочно нужно менять сантехнику, на вопрос почему так жутко выглядят туалеты персонал разводит руками и говорит "да, мы знаем, что у нас с этим проблемы". На второй же день сломался туалет. Ну ладно, починили. Общее состояние номера никуда не годиться, всё бельё в желтых пятнах, полотенцами если честно страшно вытираться, да и вообще стоять в душе без шлёпок как-то боязно. Сверху зеркала в ванной паутина...мне попалась прожжённая окурком наволочка. Диван тоже весь в непонятных разводах и пятнах. Отдельная тема-это завтраки, которые приносят с получасовым опозданием или кому то одному, хотя в номере зарегистрировано двое; еда холодная и невкусная. Да, понятно, что цена за номер довольно низкая, НО это не оправдывает жуткую грязь и запятнанные простыни! В заключении хочу пожелать путешественникам никогда сюда не попадать. Надеюсь мой отзыв кого-нибудь убережет ;)

Las imágenes que vi yo del hotel antes de contratarlo no tenían nada que ver con el estado actual del hotel. Yo creo q hace tiempo habría sido un muy buen hotel pero no lo han mantenido y ahora está en un estado horrible. Nosotros nos llevamos una gran desilusión. La habitación cuando fuimos estaba sucia, la bañera llena de mosquitos muertos, después de ducharte olía el baño a tuberías, la pared estaba llena de humedades, las sabanas tenían manchas, el wifi un desastre. En fin una experiencia que mejor olvidar.
