I stayed here 2 weeks ago for the first time. I insisted to see the room before making the booking and I was given a nice room. So I booked again for 2 more days this trip and the room was not that great. I requested the previous room but was told that it was taken. They promised to change the room the next day but did not do so. The air condition was bad on the first night and after I complained they send the technician to change the filter. So it was ok the second night. Overall an average stay this time around.

価格を考慮した場合このあたりではここ1択だと思います。ただ窓無しの部屋でしたのでちょっと暗い感じがしました

L'hotel è molto migliore di molti altri a Mahipalpur. La camera era pulita e silenziosa e il personale era gentile e disponibile. La mia unica lamentela è che subito dopo il check-in, qualcuno ha chiamato la stanza e ha offerto un massaggio completo a mio padre: sembrava che ci fossero altri servizi impliciti in questa offerta. Questo non è appropriato, ma onestamente preferirei affrontarlo piuttosto che la sporcizia di altri luoghi di Mahipalpur.

Overall the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. No problems with transfers to and from the Airport. Friendly attentive staff made our short layover stay stress free.

I booked a Deluxe Double room but the room assigned was quite small which made it difficult to move around. The other major problem is the area has poor mobile network connectivity. The wifi provided by the hotel also has a weak signal which does not make it ideal to stay at this hotel.

I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable with a spacious, well-appointed room and modern bathroom. A pleasant dining room and very tasty food. The staff was very helpful, and the proximity to the airport with a driver available made the transfer there and back very easy. I would stay again.

It was unfortunate that the AC was not working and as usual the WiFi was poor. We were given a voucher for two free breakfasts because of these faults. We always enjoy the restaurant.

Perfectly adequate travel/transit hotel handy to airport. Comfortable and in line with expectations

When first checked in, they gave us a room without window. However, after we asked they gave a room with window. Breakfast was very good. Shower wasn’t convenient.

bath room stinked (smell). No AC and room temperature very hot and complained but no action. No view from the room. Food at the restaurant was good.and waiters well trained. overall it was not worth the money spend.

The reception here is always very helpful. Dining room and food always good too. We wished there was a window with clear glass in our room. No view so window covered by nice picture!

Close to airport, easy transfer, they a range taxi transfer, rooms are clean, have a fridge in room restaurant has great food and serves beer and cocktails

Pickup service from the New Delhi station and drop off to the airport was great
