Servizio fantastico, personale cordiale, disponibile, gentile e professionale. Veloce ed efficiente, e anche premuroso. L'hotel è sulla spiaggia, la loro parte privata della spiaggia è pulita e molto bella. Il cibo è gustoso, prezzo molto onesto, diverse varietà, così come le opzioni alla carta sono belle ed economiche. Altamente raccomandato. Soggiorno molto piacevole, posizione perfetta, attività, palestra, golf, bar sul tetto con vista fantastica, bar anche sulla spiaggia. Ottimo soggiorno, letti comodi, ho anche dormito molto bene. Grazie a tutti per la fantastica esperienza, apprezzamento per tutti i membri dello staff, dalla direzione, al concierge, al personale della sala da pranzo e alle receptionist: comportamento e professionalità eccezionali! Bravo! P.S. Mi dispiace, mi sono goduto così tanto il soggiorno, ho dimenticato di fare foto. Niente vacanze al telefono, mi sono semplicemente goduto l'ambiente. ❤️🙏👍🥳

I booked the hotel for my 5th wedding anniversary which falls on 2/2. Upon checking in, we let the front desk staff know about this and we're excited to stay there on our special day. Ms Ying upgraded our room! We had a memorable stay at the hotel.

Despite being an older property, the recent renovations have transformed its exterior into a modern and stylish design, giving it a fresh and appealing look. While the rooms retain their classic contemporary charm, they are still very comfortable. The food is outstanding, and the golf course is absolutely fantastic. However, there is a drawback. Since the rooms maintain much of their original state, some fixtures, like faucets and water taps, were not functioning properly. I had to call for maintenance, and unfortunately, it took almost 20 minutes for assistance to arrive, which was a bit inconvenient when trying to use the bathroom. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, but a bit more attention to room maintenance would make the experience even better.

Beautiful sunset view and outdoor area and marina. Clean room and comfy bed. Room overlooking beautiful course . I would stay there again

The hotel is lovely and well-maintained, but its secluded location makes it necessary to take a taxi if you want to dine outside the hotel premises.

Stayed two nights in a seaview room. Room was clean, mattress and pillows fresh and comfortable, and the view was outstanding. Food and service at the hotel restaurant Cafe Boleh and the poolside restaurant was good. We had thin-crust pizza by the pool both days. Only disappointment, Cafe Boleh ran out of fish for "fish and chips" on the 2nd day when we tried to order it for dinner.

It was a great stay. My kids really had fun at the hotel!

Old hotel Furnitures and floors are not new & clean but have regular maintenance Some facilities are old, like gym room Skybar and morning buffet both are good quality Overall, a bit pricey.

The room was a bit dated but fine and clean enough. We stayed for the beach but next time would probably pick magellan next door. Their pool is bigger and the chairs have mattresses on them and their pool restaurant was actually very good. You can walk to town but its a dark unpopulated road so we took grabs. The breakfast was really bad and SO many people. They clearly cater to asian tourists and had barely any western food available.

Wonderful resort! Staying in Sutera I finally understood that Malaysia has beautiful sea.
