Servizio fantastico, personale cordiale, disponibile, gentile e professionale. Veloce ed efficiente, e anche premuroso. L'hotel è sulla spiaggia, la loro parte privata della spiaggia è pulita e molto bella. Il cibo è gustoso, prezzo molto onesto, diverse varietà, così come le opzioni alla carta sono belle ed economiche. Altamente raccomandato. Soggiorno molto piacevole, posizione perfetta, attività, palestra, golf, bar sul tetto con vista fantastica, bar anche sulla spiaggia. Ottimo soggiorno, letti comodi, ho anche dormito molto bene. Grazie a tutti per la fantastica esperienza, apprezzamento per tutti i membri dello staff, dalla direzione, al concierge, al personale della sala da pranzo e alle receptionist: comportamento e professionalità eccezionali! Bravo! P.S. Mi dispiace, mi sono goduto così tanto il soggiorno, ho dimenticato di fare foto. Niente vacanze al telefono, mi sono semplicemente goduto l'ambiente. ❤️🙏👍🥳

Booked for Sea View Room.. got the same level as the lobby .. prefer higher level for best view. Request for late check out and allowed till 1 o’clock only without additional payment. Appreciate that. Overall, best experience and will consider to come again for my next vacation.

Easy gateway to the islands around the Sutera harbour. The hotel has good facilities but breakfast can be improved.

The hotel is only 5 minutes from the city centre and easily accessible using grab mostly. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is good and got many choices such as plain/chicken porridge, breads, soup and salads. But better go down early as there is so many visitors.

First, all the check in counters were open but still the check in queue was long. I was queued for almost 1 hour just to check in. Need to better system in check-in. Second, hotel policies stated no outside food. If guest order food outside, food rider only able to delivered until guardhouse and guest need to walk out and take the food themselves. To minimize the hassle, we opt for in-room dining for our 2 nights stay. First night was good. Second night some of the menu are OOS such as pizza and even mushroom soup. Third, another incident on our 2nd night, fire alarm was rang on 12+am. Lift was unable to use as well and fire symbol was shown on the lift panel. Guests started panicked and going down using stairs. Me and my family (along with my 7months pregnant sister) decided to go down to lobby using stairs, since there are no staff was seen to inform us what has happened. Once we reached lobby, only there is a staff informed is a false alarm. For this kind of situation, staff should be act faster since its related with safety. Other than that, we've enjoyed the view from our room, the facilities that are offered. We're enjoyed the pizza on our first night, thats why we want to repeat on 2nd night and too bad its not available. Sutera Harbour is one of the well known resort in Kota Kinabalu, a place to catch good sunset view, and I hope they're able to improve their services and better safety/security.

Very clean room and the hotel staff are very helpful. The most disappointing thing about the hotel is lack of breakfast choices .

I was really impressed with the room and services. Friendly staff from the receptionist, kitchen and Housekeeper. Salutes. Im sorry that I accidentally broke the glass. The Housekeeping and kitchen staff took care of it very well . God bless. Keep up the good work. Who ever attended to my room 206 on 23/5 please give them an excellence service

Great view with a variety type of breakfast . I enjoyed every moment here , the most recommended place to stay for newlyweds 🫶🏻 . Best place for honeymoon also 🥰🥰

There are not many resorts in the mainland. It’s a good compromise for balance a bit of everything. Going to downtown, visit remote places, and his land hopping. The sunset is nice for the hotel. A key point is that you can use this hotel facility + the sport center facilities + the Magellan hotel facilities. Downside. U can’t order food with Grab, as you will need to walk about 10-12 minutes to go take it down the road to the guard spot (third photo). What it could be improved: 1. The SPA price is out of range. 2. Family Night time activities. The only activity/bar is on the top floor which doesn’t allow kid below 18 YO.

The view from the resort is nice,rooms is clean and the staff is friendly

Very good location! Private beach. Golf club. Reasonable price. Surely will stay here during next trip to Kota Kinabalu.

The location is good , near the airport and easy for transportation. Many facilties like spa, gym ,swimming pool and beach, provide snorkeling activities. Enjoy the stay here. But for the room service, if they can top out those daily essentials by putting it in front of the door in case they can not enter the room for room service. The sunset view there is stunning!

Very nice hotel with good facilities and cafe. The golf club view is amazing. Will looking to stay again in future during vacation.
