Great location, easy to go around kota kinabalu Town area with grab car. Hotel a bit old, but you get what you paid. Overall, good for short stay.

For a convenient short stay near the airport, this hotel is fine. Cheap, bit clean. For a longer stay, I would not recommend it

Ample of parking spaces, near laundry, restaurants, groceries and pharmacy. Airport is nearby. A very convenient place to stay in.

My 2nd home every time I fly to Sabah. Nearby to tg.aru beach, 10 mins to the airport, 10 mins to the city. Easy parking, quiet place and the crew member was so helpful. Highly recommended i say!!

strategic location, near to tanjung aru beach..love it so much

location is good for transit, got Kettle for boiling water for drinking.

Good and big room but room is a bit dirty especially the bed and under the bed.

-The hotel price is affordable. -Breakfast is served as a set not buffet and the portion is quite small. -Limited parking space. I need to park outside the hotel area. -I would rate the hotel 3/5 because of the less parking space and portion of food is small. -Overall I still would recommed this place for a small group due to the small dining area.

Place so good and nice near airport

Location is near the airport and Tanjung Aru beach. Food is quite convenient here whereby you can get Mamak, Malay and Chinese food. There are self laundry around this areas and you could do it yourself. The room which I stayed was ok except the towel needed to change cos it's too old and you have to request for a hair dryer which we have not been told. The taps needed to change cos the hot water was not delivered when you turned on the tap. The hotel provides free car parking which was a thumbs up.
