The villa was so beautiful and clean, close by tops and Starbucks, so if need anything can walk out. however there were alot of dog ard our villa as construction ongoing hence we abit scared to walk at night. The villa do not have halal breakfast just a basic breakfast with less variety. Some staffs can't understand us well so it's make us hard to communicate to them. We will get free entrance to rawai park which has indoor playground and watermark suitable for kids below 7 years old. Do take note,They are very strict on number of pax, if the villa stated 8 adults only 8 adult can stay if additional have to pay aroud 1500 bhatt, the adult age 12 and above. The buggy service end at 8pm, however the staffs are still helpful to bring us back if late or we can inform the reception to allow the car that picking/ dropping us they will let the vehicle in. One must place to go in rawai is the market, which u can choose the seafood and the shop will cook for u and really worth it.

Super duper nice villa. Newly built private pool villa near Rawai beach Phuket. Suitable for big families. Pool is spacious got 2 rooms 3 bathroom. Can refer to the photos uploaded.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rawayana Central Park Villa! Location is few minutes from Rawai Beach, Starbucks, Supermarket (Tops). We are also able to find Halal food (Three Pyramid, Banana Nutella Pancake) nearby. They have amazing amenities for kids (Rawai Park) which has already been included in the package. The Villa is clean, service is superb (room service everyday), pool is well maintained. Room have microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove. I would recommend this Villa to those family with children that is visiting Phuket and want some time away from busy streets.

What a place to stay in Rawai! Villa was fully equipped, personal swimming pool was so nice! Rawai Park was the favorite place of my kids. Yummi breakfast is proposed with new dishes every day. Great support from reception desk to help us to organize our activities!

Affordable price for those who wish to stay in villas with private pool. Clear and cozy room. The only thing can be improved will be the shower water pressure is not high enough. Overall is recommended! Location is in Rawai so for everyone who wants to stay in popular area in phuket, then this villa may not be your first choice.

I am very satisfied with the arrangement of the hotel. The service attitude of every staff member is very good, very enthusiastic and smiling. The hotel is very clean and tidy, very comfortable, and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel is at the region of Rawai Beach, where you could find out many local tours for the island-hopping. First, I have to appreciate the incredible services provided by Jub and Nah who have offered us sufficient helps and advices. The Hotel is formulated by many independent villas where you could find out the appropriate one for you and your family. In terms of the price, the Hotel is so competitive that you could find out the 2-bedrooms or 3-bedrooms villa with relatively lower price. The bedroom is not big enough, but it's quite well-equipped. The facilities, including the laundry, refrigerator, bathtub, shower and living room are uniquely useful. The hotel is not really quiet, because it's very close to the street, but far away from the pubs. It's only 200 meters from the beach, so it's simple for you to look for restaurants, convenient stores, massage shops or other leisure facilities. Overall, the location is not too bad, particularly when you look for something with competitive price in the market. However, the breakfast is quite simple with limited options. The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately, the breakfast is the weakest link. Furthermore, the swimming pool is 140cm, which's fine for us. However, if you have children under 140cm, you'd better look after them carefully. Last, although there's a kids park within the hotel, it's fairly old-fashioned one. It's only proper for those children under 9 years old. There's a bigger indoor kids playground next to the kids park which you need to pay first. I was a bit surprised to pay for the indoor one. The kids park is really hot where the air-conditioning has something wrong.

Outside of hotel is still under construction, little bit messy. Inside of villa is okay, the swimming pool was good, 1.4m deep is correct for kids. The breakfast was little bit poor, the quality of food is not suit with the hotel. Position of hotel is ok, close to the main road, have supermarket “TOPS” close, but the price is quite expensive, even more expensive than Shanghai! The service is just normal, the water only 4 bottles per day, if you need more, have to pay. Check out time is 12:00, not like in China can prolongate till 14:00 for free, here need to pay extra like 1000baht. Conclusion, it’s a quality/price correct ressort hotel.

This resort was very nice and close to Rawai. The living room the highlight and was very spacious and beautiful. My only dislike is that the rooms werent directly connected to the living room and we need to walk outside to each different room. The rooms were quite small actually, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

New villa, hence everything is quite clean and new. Service was okay as well, but we would hope they'd not keep such a high amount of deposit.

Really perfect villa, everything seems new. All my family members like it. The location is good and close to beach.

Очень прикольная вилла, давно хотели попробовать жить на вилле.....очень понравилось. Обслуживание на высоком уровне, каждый день приходила уборка, все было чистенько. Расположение достаточно удачное ,в 3 минутах езды на велике, который есть в каждой вилле находиться круглосуточный магазины, набережная прикольная, много кафе....цены чуть выше чем например на Кате. В самом комплексе очень тихо, тихое семейное место....дают браслеты для прохода в детский парк, но он для самых маленьких.

挺滿意 周圍有超市 離海鮮市場很近 每天都去吃 還有自行車可以借 房間小了點 有個衞生間洗澡沒門 其他都很好 超市樓上還有一家吃日料的

房間很新很乾淨舒適，很適合一家人。舒服我們都沒有特別出外吃飯，都是買外賣😂步行10分鐘出海灘邊很多餐廳，有一間我們還吃了兩次😂超市也有很多選擇 路口就有tops, 但選擇不算多。其實在往左下5分鐘就有大tops. 也有7-11，mini big C. 但villa太舒適，都不願外出。海灘邊也有按摩，和巴東差不多。不過酒店其他設施有點舊，兒童遊樂場很大，但感覺也有10+年。
