Used to stay here when the hotel name was Avangio Staffs are still the same Rooms smell good, added new humidifier inside the room and outside. Still a very pleasant stay Thank you

Nice stay. But need to check on the towels. Kinda smells like dog. Everything else is great.

Everything okay.just a bit disspoint coz not mention kids pool under repair...my baby cannot swim ...she is very excited go to swim

We are happy staying The Avangio Hotel. The place really clean and well-managed. Bravo to the owner and all the hotel staff.

room & toilet was clean. no netflix just tv channels. no iron in the room but maybe can request. parking is free but kena rajin sikit la before go out kena pergi kaunter lobby give your parking ticket then they will chop your ticket then you have to go to another counter ticket parking outside the hotel to verify your ticket then baru pergi ambil kereta.

Very nice room n clean.. With swimming pool.. Staff friendly.. Will come again 😄

Clean room, easy check-in and check out, friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking available. Location is abit out of city center unless you have your own transport.

Location a bit far away from everything although it's near to city mall. Free parking is good but need to walk to another building to get the ticket deemed is a bit of uneccessary...room is nice but you need to improve your maintenance team!

The place looks clean & well managed The lighted signs in-front of the reception counter are very bright & glaring The receptionists are all very friendly & well dressed / well behave On the 2nd day, the room was not provided with complimentary coffee They must have forgotten (this needs for improvement) The only disadvantage is the hotel entrance where there s no space for "waiting" transport for the guest The lobby aircon was not cold enough (i stand there sweating)

1. Terrible housekeeping as usual 2. Unfriendly reception (the junior), Senior were quite good
