As an accommodation, it is really a good choice. As a place to rest, you shouldn’t miss this place because there are many food and fruits. The host is also nice. Good facilities, reasonable price and eco friendly are the best qualities of the guest house. I’m happy to have a nice experience with L3 guest house in Seoul

I had a pleasant 3 nights stay here. Its close to hongdae street, and just few minutes away from subway and bus stop. A lots of restaurant and convenient stores nearby.

Nice and clean rooms with very comfortable beds! The location is great, right in the area where you can go shopping and go out for good food and party. Subway station is just a few minutes walking away, which is very convenient. The hostel has a self check-in system which works well but I missed the social contact. Also a bit difficulty to connect with others in the hostel because of the rooms being separated into two floors and the common area is small and not really used by others when I was there. All in all, I would stay here again! Good value for money.

the location is very convenient to hang around Honjik University area, and the staff are very kind to answer my questions via whatsapp 😀 they provide simple but good breakfast and snacks, though no hangers in the shower room( i am ok with this😂 I will book again for my next Seoul trip😉

The guest house is very clean and tidy. Although there is no frontdesk service, once added the WhatsApp of the host, clear guidelines will be provided. The communication is clear and good. Very nice option for solo travellers!

The place has a great location, the facilities are clean and the room was comfy. It was a bit noisy at night during the weekend.

It's located on the approach road to Hongik University, so it's very easy to access from Seoul Station or Incheon International Airport. In addition, the room where I stayed was quiet, located away from noise sources such as Sul-jib(술집). I was able to sleep soundly until the morning.

No complaints; easy self-check in, superb cleanliness, excellent location. As a girl with long hair, I appreciated the hair dryer in the room, it would've been nice to have some conditioner in the bathroom though, along with the shampoo. I liked the breakfast selection because I have a sweet tooth but maybe it'd be nice to have some more variety of foods for people who want to start the day off with a savoury breakfast. I'll make sure to recommend this guest house to people going to Seoul, thanks for the great stay!

New furnished accommodation. Very clean and tidy to make me feel like home. Really appreciate the air conditioner cooling function well in the hot summer.

Randomly pick this hostel as I have a morning flight in ICN airport, and the room is cheap. It overs my expectations, the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and there is food in the kitchen for people to share! The location is convenient that it is in the middle of Hongdae and there are some 24-hour restaurants and convenient stores around! Met some nice people in the hostel, and the female only room is very comfortable! Would stay again if I have another solo trip to Seoul^^

Easy to get to from the airport, close to transport, good communication and easy check in. Would stay again. Good value.

I come to Seoul often and want the best location. As this is in the heart of Hongdae it’s perfect. Private and easy to access as well as clean and accommodating. Perfect for a traveller who wants to get about but be at the heart of it all.

Very good location , we could get to the shopping street & restaurants within 3mins . It’s only 5mins away for metro . Good place to stay .
