Hotel vicini a The Gardens a Koh Samui

Senza la piscina, questo hotel non sarebbe una sistemazione ideale, almeno per me. Nessun set di cortesia e servizi di base e. cuffie da doccia, bicchieri, asciugacapelli, ecc. Il pavimento della stanza ti farebbe sentire come se dovessi indossare sempre le pantofole. I miei asciugamani avevano macchie che avrebbero potuto essere pulite. Il personale non era affatto interattivo. Ho chiesto a qualcuno, una cameriera, una cuffia per la doccia, invece di dire ”Non forniamo cuffie per la doccia qui”, ha semplicemente scosso la testa. Quando sono passato davanti a loro per pulire le stanze, nessun saluto. Anche l'accoglienza, poco disponibile. Nessun ”sawaddee” quando siamo entrati nella reception. La posizione è un punto di forza di COSI, anche se è proprio accanto al Central Department Store, che si trova nel cuore di Koh Samui. Nonostante la zona residenziale e il punto turistico, era così tranquillo. Anche la piscina è un'ottima struttura. Resta qui solo se hai bisogno di una stanza per una notte o giù di lì, immagino. Non è una vacanza ideale. Probabilmente non sarebbe nella lista degli hotel di ritorno

Away from the hustle of central Chaweng, so is a good spot to be based for quiet times and used as a base to explore the island. Beachfront pool villas are nice, large and great views of the ocean. Private pool is a bonus and well worth the upgrade. Hotel was busy when I stayed and everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. The pool isn’t the largest but plentiful for the amount of rooms. Don’t forget, there are the villas with private pools, so a fair number of guests will be in their own area. Access to the beach is not directly in front of the hotel, but that’s a good thing otherwise I would be hearing everyone in front of my villa each day. Access is the side of the resort just past the restaurant. Along this stretch of beach has a few other hotel bars and restaurants to eat and drink in and if you head to the furtherest headland point, and head inland, you will come across a handful of bars and restaurants. As many people have said, the hotel is next to a road - but like most hotels in Samui, it’s just the design of the island. You can avoid the main road for your walk to the local area by going along the stretch of beach. And when you are on the island, why wouldn’t you want to walk along the beach?! So don’t listen to those comments about nothing nearby. If you want the hustle of the nightlife, Chaweng central is 15 minutes away. Get on the shuttle or order a taxi for 300thb. It’s a 4 star hotel, trying to get back to some kind of normal after covid and over time, I am sure the owners will reinvest their money to make improvements where some other guests have commented about in other posts but I do think it is dependent on the room type you book and/or are assigned as most of them are fine. Give it a go, it is worth it. I’ve been to many hotels over the years - more than the average Joe - and it’s only recently where I’ve checked in and out of two hotels on the same day in all these years.

When we arrived at Ko Samui airport, the transfer service from the hotel worked perfectly. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and were given our room straight away. The room (Grand Deluxe Room) far exceeded our expectations. It's less of a room and more of a small apartment without a kitchen. The hotel complex is absolutely paradisiacal. Lots of beautiful plants and very well maintained. The beach was amazing, the most beautiful beach we have seen on Ko Samui (we explored the whole island by motorbike that we also rent from the hotel). The sea - turquoise blue clear water. The great thing is that it is a private beach so only accessible to hotel guests and therefore not overcrowded. The food was fantastic. There is a very large selection and there really is something for everyone. The pool area directly on the beach with an included pool bar is very beautiful. And the cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent. What particularly impressed us and what we have never experienced on our many trips... was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was always helpful, funny and good organized. Friendships developed in this short time, for which we are very grateful. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us. You gave us a wonderful honeymoon and organized such a beautiful candlelight dinner that we will never forget in our lives. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Fair House for couples, families and singles. We look forward to being with you again soon. Big hugs Andi and Sabine

Questo hotel 3 stelle ha una grande posizione sulla spiaggia, molto tranquillo, bel brindisi e vista. E 'molto vecchio e ha un'atmosfera classica del tempo buona, non nuovo lusso 5 stelle. I bungalow e le camere deluxe sono buone. Colazione sobria 3 stelle. Le letti sono un po' duri, ma non c'è problema per noi. La spiaggia può essere un po' piena di gente, perché l'hotel è principalmente completamente prenotato. Per noi questo è un paradiso con grande valore per soldi, con un grande personale bello.

Hotel fantastico. Il colazione era il migliore che abbia mai avuto. Champagne e succo fresco quanto volevi. Ho un roll di lobster e uova Benedict. Amazing! La stanza dell'hotel non poteva essere migliore! La perfezione del bagno del jacuzzi. L'hotel non poteva fare più. Abbiamo anche comprato i vestiti e gli ingranaggi erano così confortevoli. In generale l'hotel era lussuoso. Sarebbe rimasto 10.000%. Le piscine e la spiaggia erano così tranquille che era fantastico.

Il soggiorno è buono, ma il secondo giorno non abbiamo avuto il servizio di manutenzione della casa.Credo che il tempo del colazione sia un tempo per fare la cosa di manutenzione della casa,come tutti gli altri hotel e resort che ho soggiornato prima.Dopo aver chiamato il desk front, Mi ci è voluto più di un'ora per portarmi un po' d'acqua e di raffreddamento del minibar. Inoltre, il soggiorno è piacevole e spero di vedervi presto!

The Mercure Samui, is hands down one of the most spectacularly positioned hotels on the beautiful Chaweng beach. At just one year old it is also the most beautifully landscaped and furnished of the many hotels we have been so lucky to stay during our travels. The team who maintain and care for the hotel and clearly understand the importance of guest services is outstanding. From the wonderful management of Nat and Nina, to their beautiful staff of whom there are too many to mention and the amazing reception team of, Sira, Bella, B and Daris, there was nothing that they didn’t do to make our stay as perfect as possible. We wish we could name them all. Everyone was wonderful! We had planned a seven day stop over here on Koh Samui as we came to the end of two months travelling in Europe. We chose the Mercure and Koh Samui on a whim as hopefully a restful place to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for more! We only wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast each morning was a buffet with a chef station for selecting items that could be made on request. The restaurant team at meal times and at breakfast was cognisant of my wife’s gluten intolerance and catered for her with excellent alternatives. They were brilliant! We had not considered a return to Koh Samui before our arrival but all that has now changed. We will indeed return to the Mercure for the pure joy this wonderful hotel provided us during our stay. The beach is one of the cleanest and calmest of the beaches we have visited in Asia. Travel too and from the Samui Central mall or down to Lamai is inexpensive and extremely well serviced by small buses that pass by the hotel at least every five minutes and cost just 100 THB. The rooms are beautifully furnished as you would expect from such a new hotel. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. A fabulous shower! We stayed in pool access room, 2005. It was a real treat to be able to walk into the beautifully clean and well appointed pool whenever we felt the need for a refresh. Access to the pool and the beach was easy from all rooms with plenty of shady deck chairs available. The three bars, on the beach, in the pool, on the rooftop of the restaurant, offered happy hour times that varied between venues. As you can see from this review, we loved the Mercure on Koh Samui. We are already planning a return visit!

Partiamo dal fondo: per quel che si spende (nel mio caso attorno a 60€ a notte per una doppia standard) si ha più che ci si aspetta. Struttura rimodernata nel periodo covid, e per essere un 3/4 stella offre davvero molto. Personale sempre gentilissimo, ristorante/bar buono ma un po’ caro (soprattutto su alcolici), migliore posizione per il mare di Chewang. Pro: qualità prezzo imbattibile, posizione, personale, mare, piscina, Contro: manca servizio massaggi (almeno a luglio 22), costo alcolici del bar alti, colazione buona ma migliorabile lato dolce, chiusura bar troppo presto (mi sembra 10). Complessivamente però è un 5 stelle convinto

Personale di servizio molto buono. Impressionato ❤️ L'atmosfera circostante è molto buona. Camere comode, pulite, vicino al mare, possibilità di ritrovarsi.

Il posto è un po’ fuori mano dal centro città a piedi,ma ottimo per chi vuole andare in spiaggia (la struttura fornisce scooter per chi vuole muoversi liberamente e sarebbe la scelta migliore perché non tutti i taxy sono interessati a venire lì a prendere qualcuno)la mia mini suite con piscina era davvero fenomenale,se dovessi tornare a koh samui sicuramente ci ritornerei,(naturalmente dopo aver preso la patente internazionale per usare lo scooter in Thailandia 😜)la colazione per la gran parte delle volte era preparata a buffet!!Comunque se andate a koh samui con la ragazza,prendere in questo hotel la villa con la piscina privata e non ve ne pentirete
