Mi scuso sinceramente per il ritardo nella ricezione dello spazzolino da denti e per l'interazione non proprio ideale con il nostro team della reception. Sebbene forniamo servizi standard nelle camere, alcuni articoli come rasoi, spazzolini da denti e articoli simili sono disponibili su richiesta. Il nostro tempo di risposta standard è di 15 minuti e mi dispiace che ciò non sia accaduto durante il tuo soggiorno. Ci occuperemo di questo con il team per garantire un servizio più rapido ed efficiente in futuro.Per quanto riguarda la disposizione della camera, capisco che il design del bagno potrebbe non essere stato di tuo gradimento. Mettiamo a disposizione informazioni dettagliate sulle dimensioni della camera e sulle planimetrie su tutti i canali di prenotazione in modo che gli ospiti possano fare una scelta informata prima di prenotare. Per quanto riguarda gli articoli da toeletta per bambini, vogliamo chiarire che, sebbene non disponiamo di prodotti dedicati ai bambini, i nostri servizi sono progettati per essere adatti sia agli adulti che ai bambini. While our team was actively investigating the source, the smoke level was high enough that it re-triggered the system at our security office, overriding the manual reset. Although our fire alarm is designed to prioritize guest safety — and in this case, it was being especially cautious — we recognize the disruption it caused.Following this incident, we’ve worked closely with our alarm system provider and security company to update the system logic. Moving forward, even in cases of high smoke detection, our team will be able to safely override and silence the alarm once the situation is confirmed and under control — helping prevent unnecessary disturbance to other guests.We’ve also taken note of your feedback regarding the reception experience and will follow up with the team to ensure consistent warmth and professionalism across all guest touchpoints.Thank you once again for your thoughtful review and understanding.
