I love the onsen with it, which are at two different floors in the hotel, on at the rooftop, another at the middle.

Location is good for view, but better stay if you are driving. Rooms are very spacious. Front desk service when check in was not too friendly In room mini fridge is those that detects usage and pay, leaving no room to store personal drinks

best hotel i stayed in kansai - it was private, beautiful, large and clean with a first class onsen. We didnt want to get out of the room.

food is good , osen is perfect , free shuttle bus so sweet front desk guy is very helpful

This is the second time we visit this hotel. Both booked via trip.com. This is an adhoc trip but overall the booking is smooth. This hotel serves good breakfast and have great onsen. Walkable to Kobe port and aquarium.

Great hotel in a fantastic location! We had a lovely time here and were well looked after. The onsen was glorious in the evenings also. Wasn’t too happy about the added cost of being given a second key for the room (which we didn’t ask for, but were given and had no idea we would be charged). Aside from the added cost at check out, it was lovely!!

Cannot find food nearby. Thankfully there is a hotel shuttle to Sannomiya.

I was assigned to a very dusty room. When I opened the room door, I smelled something unpleasant and stuffy. There was dust everywhere, on the lamps, on the wall in front of the bed, on the door to the terrace...so I had to clean the room by myself. I really wonder if the room was carefully cleaned before it was ready for use. The mattress looked like 20-year old and the bed sheet was outworn, making me doubt if the hotel was really built in 2017. It was the most expensive hotel I booked in Kobe - over 400 USD per night. It was not worth the money. Strongly recommend visitors not to select this hotel.

Absolutely recommend this hotel! For the price and facilities, it was a great deal. Very spacious and clean rooms with very clean onsens that are available to both public and private. The public onsen was much bigger and looked nicer than the private one. Great for couples and / or families with kid older than 7 year olds. Would recommend families and friends to join. They do have a shuttle bus to & from the hotel to Sannomiya station.

Great view and vibes from the room, too bad when we visited the main outdoor bath was under maintenance, but the rooftop bath was excellent

only allow 17:00 check.in but Japanese all can check.in by 15:00, ask for earlier check in but replied required additional charge, finally paid, check out time too, asked to.leave by 10:00 am but Japanese can check out 12:00pm , asked for reason n replied need another additional charge ?? the room are not facing the perfect view ( located on the back facing a renovating terminal ) while front side are facing a yacht & a sightseeing tower..
