房間很大，一個雙人床和一個單人床，小孩子很喜歡。離StiftMelk很近，走路十分鐘不用。
非常乾淨，這點真是很滿意。酒店很舒服，我小孩還想住多一晚，可惜後面行程的酒店定了不能退。樓下酒店自己的免費停車場停車位還是很多的。離酒店走路十來分鐘有個中國酒家，浙江青田人開的，看到中國人會用國內手法，很合我們口味，我小孩吃了三碗飯。餐館老闆娘很健談很nice。

We had a lovely time here. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location, right by the very cute main ***** of shops and restaurants, and just steps from Melk Abbey. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the shower had hot water and good water pressure. And, despite there being no air conditioning (apparently it just doesn't exist in this town), we were able to sleep well at night, as there are big windows that open, they gave us a fan, and the overnight low was fairly cool. The free breakfast was extensive and good, and there was a few parking, which was a plus. Highly recommended!

Avoid. No WiFi in rooms, no drinking water in rooms, no air conditioning and a weak fan provider to compensate. Plastic covers on the mattress. Hammering on the door at 8am by housekeeping. Cash only payment of city tax. An above all, the rudest receptionist who phoned my daughter at 9am (while we were having breakfast) to tell her to get out of the room by 9am. Breakfast runs until 10am and we were not advised of any requests for early checkout. Really rude behaviour from the staff. Very unpleasant place. Melk is a lovely town, avoid this kip.

Friendly staff a lovely welcome. Nice comfortable large room with fan and fridge. They have attention to detail which is good for this star level hotel. A power point beside the bed for phones would top it off. Breakfast was excellent quality and numerous options with fresh fruit etc

Sehr gute Lage neben dem Kloster Melk, Radfahrer können Ihre Räder in einer Gitterbox abstellen, E-Bikes können aufgeladen werden.

Hatten eine Nacht im Hotel übernachtet. Wir sind eine Gruppe mit 4 Radfahrern auf den Weg nach Wien. Auf unserer Tour das beste Hotel. 5 * sind noch zu wenig! - Ausgezeichnetes Zeitgemäßes Ambiente. - Hilfsbereite, freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter Hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstücksbuffet! Eine 12 von 10!! Frische regionale wahre! Nichts aus der Tüte! Geschmacklich ausgezeichnet!!! Für einen Zwischenstopp oder einen längeren Aufenthalt - für uns die erste Wahl!!

Waren 2 Tage dort. Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Eine gute Familien Atmosphäre für Entspannung. Essen ist sehr gut. Zimmer ist sauber. Preis/Leistung ist prima. Lage ist gut, im Altstadt aber mit großen Parkplatz. Man kommt nach Stift und Hauptlatz in ein paar Minuten.
