Hotel con parcheggio a Hull

È la mia prima visita e sono assolutamente sorpreso dal cibo e dal servizio. Le viste dalla mia stanza erano sorprendenti, vista sulla Marina e il personale sono stati davvero gentili e utili. Certamente prenoterò questo hotel per il mio prossimo viaggio a Hull. Molto consigliata!

Il personale era utile e carino, il cibo era buono, il servizio era eccellente, le camere dovevano essere aggiornate, le tinture sul muro, il telaio era rimosso, il bagno era molto perso, ogni volta che l'avevi usato, si sentiva come il serbatoio sarebbe caduto, tinture insidiose nel bagno la TV sul muro era molto piccola, la foto accanto a lui era più grande, letto e asciugamani erano puliti

Pleasantly surprised. Rooms were spacious and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Hotel is located right next to the retail park. Breakfast buffet was very affordable with a great selection too.

The instruction on access to the hotel carpark could do with being highlighted at the time or soon after the booking because we had stopped in front of the hotel entrance at street level which is a bus lane and bus stop and we are a little worried right now for getting a bus lane ticket. The sign for the car parking arrangement is a small plaque next to the hotel entrance we can see from the car at the kerb side but we had already gone onto the bus lane. Another slight moan is the bed being a little too soft and in these day and age it should be a king size bed…. However, we are happy with the helpfulness of the staff both at reception as well as during breakfast.

A hotel where the staircases and corridors are external, making it a merandah featured appearance. The hotel is surrounded by high fences, making it as if a compound, although it continues to look attractive. The view from our room overlooks a main road with big buildings, which induces a nice big city ambience.
