Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Niigata

Siamo rimasti qui per 1 notte, ma purtroppo l'aria condizionata nella mia stanza è stata rotta, abbiamo informato il personale dell'hotel e invece di fissare ci hanno detto di vivere con e cercato di sbarazzarsi della questione... seriamente anche se siamo rimasti solo 1 notte non dovremmo essere trattato come questo

Ski in ski out. Have hourly shuttle to and from train station, but you need to find way to book, can be full. Can get very crowd for ski rental during peak.

Location relatively close to Niigata train station. Price was good for a last minute stay. Room was big and even had a massage chair. Bathroom was smaller than the Shinjuku hotel but still decently sized.

Location was a little far out from the JR station. Shopping district was about 15-20mins walk from the hotel. However, there is a nearby bus stop with is quite convenient should you want to take the bus. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable and a great port view.

1. There’s pickup and dropoff for Echigo stn  2. No shoes allowed beyond the hotel entrance 3. Front desk have a local Japanese staff that can speak English. Pretend to be nice not. Anything else , he will tell you don’t know. Go find yourself. Besides selling tickets that he will earn money. You’ll get no information from him 4. 1st day check-in, my in room hot spring tub is slimy n dirty stained wil algae. I scrub a lot out and took video. Same Japanese man came and nothing. Till I show him the algae I’ve scrub and the video, he kept quiet. Housekeeping do scrub off within 30mins 5. Breakfast is same everyday 6. Dinner, slight changes but still 99% same. 7. Child meal is hopeless.  Stayed for 5nights, same meals daily.  8. Want to bring a cake to dinner to celebrate my Daughters Birthday, we were forbidden to do so. Nothing besides what they bring to you.  9. Onsen was good 10. Basic ice cream treats.  11. Simple ramen in the evening Hotel is too rigid. It’s really expensive during our visits. The rules at dining and the same meals daily, it’s unbearable. Kids have nothing much to eat For the price, I’ll not stay in this rigid property. Many other Ryokan resort for lesser price and better options. It’s not ski in ski out and yet price are too high.

Hotel room was good and massive,facilities are abundant as well. The onsen is super spacious and it's thru the night. Food selection are quite a few but do try to get to Eki for more selections... Just take note of the last shuttle bus back to hotel. In all the stay was good, just need to take note that this hotel is only allow SKI in / SKI out... But NOT SNOWBOARDING.... That you have to take shuttle bus to other resort location thru its skiing shuttle bus services...

Hotel with hot spring and others facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Room are big enough for 3-4 persons. Location a bit far from town if with car no issue at all. Hotel do provide bus but time limited till 6pm. All staffs could not speak English so communication was an issue if you request something.

こちらのホテルのリピーターです。駅から歩いて7〜8分、周りには飲食店、百貨店、スーパー、コンビニがあり、食事には困りません。フロント脇には、アメニティと、ドリンクのティーパック類、コーヒーマシンがあり、24時間利用できます。室内はきれいです。連泊では、清掃なしで、タオル類のみ毎日交換してくれます。快適に過ごせます。

Very bad experience, my husband placed his glasses into the ski-googles packing box, then we go out skiing at the morning, when we back after dinner and hot spring at night. we found the packing box is lost in the room. But we surely haven’t brought it out. We asked the staff, the staff help to ask the cleaners, but they just said have seen it. So we lost the glasses mysteriously. And we haven’t found it at last.  My husband love this glasses very much and it lost unexpected in the room.

I recently stayed at Hotel Okura Niigata, and my experience was delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attentive staff. Al tram, quindi è molto conveniente. Tuttavia, la mia stanza si è trovata di fronte all'opuscolo di Isakaya, così ci sono state voce e risate tardi alla notte. Anche il suono non è il meglio. Inoltre, tutto il resto è buono! Connessione Wi-Fi e camera moderna.

ロビーやレストランの雰囲気が老舗のクラシック感があって素敵でした。朝食もとても良かったです。立地も良く、また利用したいです。シャワーヘッドの黒ずみだけが気になりました。新潟市内の某高級シティホテルにも宿泊しましたが、このホテルがいいですね。

La posizione è molto buona, meno di tre minuti da Xinjiang.Ci sono negozi di cibo, bar e biscotti vicino alla città.La stanza dell'hotel è molto comoda. È meglio avere un grande divano, o un singolo. Ma, dato che l'aria condizionata è l'aria condizionata centrale, non posso regolare la temperatura, solo in una stanza molto fredda, quindi il mio corpo si raffredda.Anche se il grande bagno pubblico è piccolo, ma soddisfacente, ma se hai un bagno da sauna, è fantastico.C'è un caffè di cartoni animati al terzo piano. Non ho colazione all'hotel, ma sembra molto popolare, quindi se hai un po'di gustoso di mattina, perche'non provare?Lawson è direttamente collegato al negozio conveniente dell'hotel, quindi non devi preoccuparti di niente.

Art hotel in Niigata is great. A very accessible location in many restaurants around especially the main station of Niigata. The hotel is clean and they have a very welcoming staff. We stayed there for one night only but we will definitely stay again.

Prima di tutto, è vicino alla stazione di Xinjiang. 10-15 minuti di cammino. Ci sono ancora molti ristoranti o cantine vicino, e naturalmente ci sono anche negozi convenienti.Il secondo piano è la reception, quindi l'ascensore deve fermarsi al secondo piano, sia in alto che in basso. Un po'senza parole. Quando sono andato a casa, sono arrivati al secondo piano per trovare molte persone che si riuniscono con i moduli, e sembrano essere i popoli dell'Asia sudorientale o sud-asiatica. Pensavo che il soggiorno dovesse aspettare lentamente, ma poi ho scoperto che sembravano un'intervista e così via. A proposito, c'era una persona davanti a me che si occupava del soggiorno. Dopo aver finito, erano ancora seduti a scrivere e firmare.La stanza non è grande, è la configurazione normale dell'hotel veloce commerciale giapponese. Non c'è niente che non abbia a che fare con la notte.Potete immagazzinare i bagagli gratis dopo aver lasciato la casa il giorno dopo.

非常周到的服務，有中文前台，用車超級方便，接站送站去雪場，司機師傅特別熱情，我們第二天從雪場出發新幹線去東京，電話前台直接幫我們把行李送到了GALA雪場，太方便了。 房間很大，雖然有點老舊，但是保存維護的非常好，一樓的大浴場温泉還有免費的酒糟面膜使用，第二天早上皮膚很滑嫩。咖啡，雪糕也是免費提供，泡湯結束特別爽口。書房的傢俱都是老樟木結構，坐在那裡看書，一陣陣香味，特別治癒。 我們週一到的，原本想預訂第二天的晚餐，可惜廚師週二休息。直接在温泉街就餐，湯澤車站也可以滿足，幾乎都不踩雷。週一，週二，雪場稍微人少些，體驗感會好些。 再次感謝高半的各位服務人員，帶給我們特別愉快的一個假期體驗。下一次，我們還會再來的。

The hotel is on the East side of the station which we hadn't stayed before. Its quieter then the West which was nice but still close to some restaurants and the main bus stops for ski resorts. Its about a 5 min walk from the station. We arrived and nobody was at reception and even dinging the bell we had to wait a while. It is a bit of a mess downstairs in reception with the owners clutter but that has nothing to do with your stay so not to worry. We did request a Japanese room if available but nothing was ever mentioned about that and we just got a western style twin. The owner didnt know much english so we didn't want to bother trying to explain. It was clean, neat and every day we got new towels, yukata, new tea, bed made etc. There is a dry room downstairs for your skis and boots and gear and everything was toasty and warm in the morning. You leave the key in the box when you leave each day and get it back from reception once you return, though if we went out for dinner again later or to the konbini we would just keep it on us. You have your own bathroom but they also have 1 Japanese Onsen and you can use it for private and lock the door. It was so nice to have private Onsen as we have rarely been able to have Onsen together in Japan as a couple. It is also a close walk to a Lawson so you don’t have to fight the other tourists for food at the 7 Eleven on the west side. Or you can go to Matsumoto KiYoshi at the station East side. The hotel was quiet when we were there. Perhaps there wasn't many guests or maybe they were just considerate and quiet people. I would stay here again for sure but would like to get a Japanese room next time.

Possiamo usare il serratura gratuito per mettere le valigie e poi andare a sciare. Il colazione è fantastico. C'è l'hotel amico del bambino perché mio figlio può giocare con molti cani di gomma in primavera calda.

Ottimo luogo, vicino alla stazione di Echigo Yuzawa. Nessun autobus alberghiero al resort sci (GALA), che è un po' deludente, come abbiamo provato un altro hotel che offre un servizio gratuito di pick-up/drop-off. Il cibo era normale, ma non mi piaceva molto. Mi piaceva di più quella zuppa di miso di maiale. La donna era un po' di merda, non era nemmeno calda e aveva sete. Tutti, tra cui me, passavano solo un minuto e tornarono a casa, uno era buono. La ricezione era solo un interno, e mentre era utile e gentile (grazie), non era molto familiare con le informazioni e le procedure dell'hotel. Forse sarebbe una buona idea assegnare un membro del personale superiore a lavorare con lui e fornire formazione all'OTJ, piuttosto che affidare solo sul personale.
