Hotel davvero moderno e ben designato. Probabilmente il più moderno a Khon Kaen. Ristoranti sono decente e non troppo prezzi come altri hotel nella zona. Rimango qui perché è nuovo e ci è probabilmente il miglior giardino della città a 2 minuti a piedi da lì chiamato Mega Gym. L'unica questione che avevo era per un hotel super moderno le camere hanno vecchi schermi piatti che non sono HDMI compatibili. Molto strano essere onesti, poiché gli hotel più anziani di Khon Kaen hanno tutti TV intelligenti. Questo mi ha fatto muovere durante il mio soggiorno di 2 settimane in città. Oltre a questo hotel molto bello e grande personale.

Dopo un grande aperto, volevo rilassarmi un paio di giorni prima di tornare a casa. La stanza è fantastica, e il cibo è incredibile (consigliavo cibo italiano). Sono ansioso di tornare. Nel 28° piano, l'accento è un ponte di vetro di 105 metri di lunghezza. Godetevi l'atmosfera romantica serale.

The check in was flawless, everything went went. Came with 1 welcome drink. Breakfast spread was substantial, taste ok. One of the biggest hotel in Khon Kaen and every Grab or Taxi driver will know. Room is spacious, but a little dark and old. All furniture looks 10-15 years old. Bed is comfortable, aircon fan a little loud but can switch to lower fan speed but not as cold. Location is centralised and easy to move around.

Il prezzo è molto buono per il cuore, mamma ❤ ha prenotato anche il giorno sbagliato. L'hotel cerca di aiutare il loro meglio. L'equipaggio di supporto di viaggio ha chiamato per aiutare a cambiare il giorno molto rapidamente (19.00 ore.) @Anni Grazie mille per il vostro sostegno. L'alloggio fuori sembra vecchio, ma nella stanza non è male. 👍 Mi piace di più e forse meglio di molti posti. Il posto è ”matrix” spesso, morbido, pulito, molto comodo per dormire. 🌹 nuovi asciugamani, fragrante, pulito, camera prezzi eccessivi 📍 Roma Hotel, Klang Muang Khon Kaen Road 🍜 A fronte dell'hotel è il mercato alimentare a notte. Bella hotel molto pulito nulla di cui non piacerebbe rimanere di nuovo descrizione necessità aggiornamento dice hotel solo 0.4 chilometri dalla stazione di autobus ma questa stazione di autobus ora chiusa così abbiamo dovuto fare il nostro cammino dal nuovo terminal di stazione di autobus circa 8 chilometri di distanza Altrimenti non si presentano denunce

Vecchia camera, ma bene, vale la pena ottenere una stanza dove la TV è rotta, l'immagine è piccola, il plug ha un buco nero, la luce è in flash quando si aggancia, rischiando la corrente di alimentazione ha cambiato sia la TV che il plug trailer. Ma alcuni non possono essere utilizzati, alcuni dovrebbero preparare il vostro proprio piatto di rimorchio.L'acqua calda non funziona. Venga la prossima volta, devi controllare la stanza prima. Così non sprecherai tempo

The bed is comfortable, everything works, access and parking are good, rooms are very clean and well serviced by efficient, helpful and friendly staff. BUT . . . .Funky (though irrelevant) decor can never overcome basic problems with any establishment. There is no possible way this place deserves the high rating received. I was unfortunately forced to extend my stay so can write with some experience. First, the noise: the building has a U-shape design facing the street so it cleverly collects all the street noise and directs it into the front rooms, and what street noise. All night bikes and cars, even loud conversations exacerbated by a further design feature, the balconies, which require opening doors and therefore exclude the possibility of well-sealed windows. Then there is the white tiled floors which carry internal sounds nicely ensuring various knocks, loud TV and cleaning activity are clearly audible. Those same white tiles throughout also ensure plenty of reflected glare from sun and downlights as well. It all probably looked good in the plans! More importantly there is the kitchen, or rather lack of one. How a large modern hotel believes it can operate conveniently for guests without any kitchen or even dining area is a mystery. Again, worsened by the lack of reasonable equipment and utensils in the rooms - no sink, few cutlery/crockery pieces, no microwave which you would think a hotel without a kitchen would provide. Enquiring of desk staff what to do the answer was mostly of a shrugging nature. They didn't say eg that across the road was the hotel Le Cassia with a very pleasant dining area and breakfast for 150 baht. A walk around found some recompense in street food and a couple of fancy restaurants but they were a fair walk and not much good for breakfast. So location, also nah! To go anywhere you need a lengthy walk or a vehicle, and there isn't the ready availability of tuk-tuks or cabs as there is elsewhere. All-in-all this adds up to a pretty poor experience, despite any good points the hotel has, and it does have some as described. Value is just as available in other hotels without the drawbacks. The desk staff could be a little less sullen and more forthcoming also, and have some English - it is the hospitality industry after all. Most of this of course cannot be changed by management but more effort to overcome the problems would go a long way to improvement.

Il servizio dell’hotel era insoddisfacente. Ho qualcosa da chiedere, quindi vado al primo piano e vado al posto dove si trova il proprietario, e mi sto occupando di dire che non è un lobby. Era circa 5 minuti tardi il giorno del check-out, ma ho colpito la porta dicendo che il check-out era 5 minuti dopo ^^ La posizione sembra ambigua.

Originally booked as part of test and go scheme for day 5 but with the rule change it was a more regular stay in the end. Have to say the staff here are amazing. This is a Thai owned hotel and complete respect to the owner who didn’t lay his staff off during the pandemic, choosing to stay open and adapt to the changing climate. Hotel is central, traditional and clean and our children loved the swimming pool. The bed was super comfortable. We are breakfast, very good, and at the end of our stay the hotel had a reasonably priced transfer service to the airport. Overall, an excellent experience and just wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back.
