Hotel is kind of new, all furnitures and facilities are new. Very clean hotel and staff is always helpful and smiling. Breakfast is good and products are fresh. Don't except luxury brunches from a pretty and small hotel but all of the options are sufficient and enough to be full and to enjoy. They don't sell alcohol but you can buy and bring or order from market which is so close to hotel your alcohol and can drink in the upper garden at nights (I suggest that). They serve glasses, ice cubes upon your request. Hotel owner is a nice and talkative guy He always check the pulse of the customers and getting feedbacks. Reception is also so helpful they can communicate with you in 4 different languages which are Russian, English, Turkish and German. Housekeeping staff is very kind and they are doing good job. In every hotel you can find something if you put your negative glasses but ensure that even you put it you can find less there. We spent 1 week with my huge family and enjoyed there. Couples, friend groups and families can prefer that hotel.

We stayed in a ground floor room with balcony. There wasn't much of a view other than greenery and the path way was used by the staff. But it didn't bother us as we very rarely sat out. The room itself was very spacious with a double and single bed, a TV and fridge that was stocked daily with bottles of water. Air conditioning was good but only works while the patio doors are closed and the hotel key card is in the electric slot. There was a large bathroom with toilet, a powerful shower, hairdryer and shaving point. The fixtures and fittings were a bit tired looking and could probably do with updating. But all worked well overall. The food was ok. If you are a fussy eater, you might struggle to find something to eat. Also, none of the food is labelled, so it is anyone's guess as to what it is you are eating. We didn't starve, but felt the food was quite limited and very repetitive. Across the way from the restaurant, there is a hut where at breakfast, you can get fresh pancakes, omlettes, fried eggs. Next door is also a hut that serve gozlemes (pancakes filled with potato or cheese). There are a number of coffee machines, fruit teas and juices. On day 4 I discovered there was a tea urn that had something resembling English tea, but is very strong. The entertainment was on twice in the week. It was Turkish night on Saturday which we really did enjoy. There was also entertainment on Tuesday which we missed due to going on an excursion. The pool, you get the usual suspects that put their towels down at the crack of dawn but there appear to be plenty of sun loungers. There is a slide (although the water that runs on it, get switched off at certain times of the day, which makes it unusable). There is a pool bar where you get your drinks throughout the day/night. Alcoholic drinks are very limited on the all inclusive. One type of beer (tuborg), red/white wine, vodka or gin. Soft drinks were soda water, pepsi, lemonade or fizzy orange. After 10pm there is an option to buy your drinks which I am guessing are branded, but not too sure. The town centre is a 20 min walk away with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars. Not too sure how far the nearest beach is but there is a mini bus that takes you to both the town centre or local beach free of charge. The hotel arrange excursions. We only did the land of legends night show which was very good. Wifi is chargeable in the rooms. If you try the WiFi around the reception area or pool, it is extremely slow. There are no room safes, you can hire one at a charge. These are located in the reception area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all worked extremely hard and very long hours to keep the hotel clean and tidy at all times. Even when they encountered rude customers, they still managed to keep a smile on their face. Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday at the grand viking hotel. The positives for this hotel, out weigh the negatives.

Abbiamo riposato in hotel per 3 notti e siamo contenti di non essere rimasti più a lungo. È più probabile che l'hotel sia 3 * per i seguenti motivi: 1. Dipendenti. Fin dall'inizio, la guardia di sicurezza non mi ha fatto entrare in hotel per il check-in, perché non ho portato valigia e braccialetto quando sono arrivato, il che è semplicemente impossibile nel suo mondo. Parla solo turco e non abbiamo modo di risolvere questo problema fino a quando alcune persone che parlano inglese e turco non ci aiutano. Inoltre, poco dopo la registrazione, siamo stati beccati da un imbonitore nel locale bagno turco, Ruslan o Rustem. Proprio come gli asciugamani da bagno, non ha dato pass per tutti i giorni di permanenza. Una volta siamo dovuti andare al bagno turco con lui perché ci hanno fornito i teli mare e lui non ce li ha dati fino a quando non abbiamo prenotato il bagno turco. Quando abbiamo deciso che era meglio sdraiarsi sui nostri asciugamani, si è degnato di darci una camera d'albergo. Poi, ad ogni riunione, chiedeva quando venivamo e faceva un commento sull'ultimo giorno, come ”Perché sei andato lì con così pochi soldi?” Un tipo molto disgustoso. Dopo aver parlato con lui, non vorrai nessun hammam. Avanti: Cameriera. La nostra porta aveva sempre un'etichetta ”Non disturbare”, ma ciò non ha impedito loro di bussare 3 volte e di irrompere nella nostra stanza due volte, una volta nel pomeriggio e una volta alle 9 del mattino. Abbiamo dormito entrambe le volte ed eravamo molto svegli. 2. Cibo. Perché c'è un buffet covid con consegna a domicilio. Non solo il cibo è oggettivamente poco gustoso, ma bisogna comunque fare la fila davanti ad ogni ”bancone”. Di conseguenza, stai in 2-3 file per ogni pasto, con in mano un piatto, proprio come le razioni. L'alcol viene diviso in due metà e versato in piccoli bicchieri, quindi spesso bisogna andare al bar per fare la fila. Ha chiesto un bicchiere pieno di vino, e il barista ha mormorato qualche parola a riguardo, ma non ha chiesto molto. 3. Intrattenimento. Dopo le 21:00, ogni sera ci saranno spettacoli di musica dal vivo. Feste con più di 50 anni. 4. La spiaggia. La spiaggia è molto bella, puoi sempre trovare lettini e il mare è pulito e caldo. Il bar della spiaggia è a pagamento. In una parola: a loro non interessa molto il servizio e l'ospitalità. Altrimenti, per soldi, un hotel è come un hotel. Ma non ci torneremo.

Consigliatissimo se sei turco o comunque dell’est,se sei Europeo è sconsigliato. Eccetto il personale della reception nessuno parla inglese o altre lingue europee, facendo così diventare impossibile chiedere informazioni essenziali per il soggiorno. La struttura è divisa in due palazzi Annex ( dall’altro lato della strada, no fronte spiaggia) e il Beach ( direttamente sul mare per la quale si paga ovviamente di più ). Tutto si svolge dal lato della struttura Beach. Noi siamo arrivati in tarda serata a causa di continui problemi con volo / auto e al nostro arrivo notiamo un errore di camera : ci avevano posizionato ad Annex quando noi avevamo pagato e prenotato per il beach. Il personale di quella sera è stato odioso e irrispettoso nel momento in cui abbiamo fatto notare l’errore l’uomo dietro il pc ha fatto spallucce e ha detto che non era un suo problema, che l’indomani avremmo parlato con il manager che forse avrebbe fatto qualcosa. Il tutto comunicato tramite un traduttore, perché nè lui nè l’altro ragazzo parlavano inglese.. per fortuna l’indomani dopo aver fatto vedere tutti i documenti ci hanno spostato nel main bulding. La camera è pulita il minimo indispensabile, cupa e con pareti sottilissime che sembra dormire tutti insieme con i vicini di camera. E con i vicini dell’albergo di fianco che ti vedono in camera. Il cibo è servito per la colazione dalle 7 alle 10; pranzo 12 alle 14 e la cena dalle 19 alle 21. È a buffet, ma è tutto freddo. Ci sono delle cose cucinate al momento ma vengono cucinate e posizionate nei contenitori scarsamente riscaldati. La zona viene preparata all’incirca una mezz’ora prima del servizio.. quindi lascio immaginare. Per la qualità nulla di eccezionale, passabile. Cocktail non prendeteli, fanno tutto con la soda al limone e versano all’interno una bottiglina di alcol. Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia molto comoda, appena fuori dalla sala ristorante. Unico neo è che o ti svegli alle 7 e scendi al mare a posizionare l’asciugamano sul lettino o al mare rischi di non trovare lettini perché gli altri ospiti mettono gli asciugamani e poi scendono al mare nel pomeriggio. Non esistono ombrelloni singoli ma un solo enorme ombrellone che copre tutti i lettini.. comodo ma fa si che tutti i lettini siano uno attaccato all’altro senza un minimo privacy. La piscina non l’abbiamo mai potuta provare, pochissimi lettini e ombrelloni attorno ad una piscina troppo piccola per la quantità di ospiti. Animazione esclusiva per turchi: nessuno si sprecava a parlare in inglese, anzi da uno con la targhetta dell’hotel ho sentito addirittura dire “ nono european” quando qualcuno ha provato a vendere qualche servizio. Ultimo appunto per gli ospiti non perché meno importante : se siete in coppia lo sconsiglio vivamente, tanti bambini che urlano a squarciagola; molti ospiti provenienti dall’est egoisti al punto tale da non rispettare neanche una fila per la doccia al mare.

Отдыхали конец октября начало ноября 23. К сожалению, очень очень грязно. Грязно везде: в номере, в ресторане, в бане, на пляже. В номерах такой душ, что нет желания мыться, в бане так же. В ресторане, грязные полы, стулья, столы, к бару подойдешь, а там вонь, что-то брать пропадает желание. Что творится на кухне остаётся только догадываться, но мы все переболели ротовирусом. Такое красивое море и горы и так неприятно это видеть на пляже, где ржавые зонтики, раздевалка из старых тряпок, бар грязный и вонючий, а туалеты хуже, чем на вокзале. Из плюсов: персонал в отеле дружелюбный и отзывчивый, пытаются помочь в любой просьбе и проблеме, заселили моментально (приехали в 10.00 утра), меняют полотенца и бельë.
