Hotel a Kemer, Turchia

Были в отеле конец апреля 2023г. Приезжали на выходные на 2 дня. В своей ценовой категории отель просто 🔥🔥🔥. Мы много где были. Девочки на ресепшен умнички. В отеле чистота и порядок, еда просто отличная мясо, курица, котлетки, рыбка красная на гриле, тушения в сливочном соусе и т.д. Находится на первой береговой, пляж хороший. В общем советую, каждый день в отеле есть анимация и днем и вечерами. Конечно если ехать сюда на 10 дней не знаю может кому то показаться скучновато, но люди отдыхали полный отель и все довольны. В Sneak баре очень вкусная пицца, гюзлеме, нагитсы, фри, шаурма. Пиво, коктейли, напитки и т.д весь день на пролет. Мороженое качественное и вкусное. Приедем еще раз при возможности🤞🏼

I would probably rate this 3-stars based on the areas where this resort falls unnecessarily short, but the overall food quality and the attitude of the staff members merits another star. For the positives, as many reviewers have stated, the atmosphere, set among about a billion older trees (they're even numbered), is relaxing. The 5+ minute walk to the beach is nice, with the road and sidewalk actually built around many of the old trees. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food selection is good, and the preparation is definitely above average. The Tchibo coffee bar in the middle of the park was very nice. The negatives were disappointing and generally unnecessary. We were initially shown a room (M-6) with two single beds. When we initially asked for a room with a full size bed, we were told that the beds could be pushed together. On our second request, we were moved to room M-16, which was better. Better, but old (the main building is old and feels old). I have read that the 'annex' building is newer - it looks it on the outside. Our room was conveniently located, a short walk down one flight of stairs to the lobby bar and main restaurant - down two flights to the spa. A couple disappointments: the bathroom door didn't latch. The drinks in the fridge/minibar were never replenished. While the shower wasn't bad, the shower head had some issues, and the hot water temperature fluctuated. The evening 'entertainment' was well below average. ”Live music” on Sunday consisted of a single singer basically doing Karaoke. He wasn't bad, but it was below the quality of other resorts Other nights, including their ”Miss Armas” competition we're pretty forgettable. Bottled mineral water was not carried. They ran out of things (like ayran) at thr bars. The beach bar and snack bar seemed like hastily assembled substitutes (when compared with other resorts). The beach was rocky whereas that on the adjacent Nural resort (admittedly more expensive) was largely cleared of rocks and sandy. The ”beer house” near the Tchibo coffee bar was never open - apparently closed for the season. The sheet we were provided with times said ”ultra all inclusive”. We have been to both all inclusive and ultra all inclusive. This was definitely not ultra. Sorry for the long list. We gave this 4 stars because of the positives. The disappointments are submitted for management review and for future guests to set their expectations. We are happy that we went - it was a relaxing five days - but we are unlikely to return.

Abbiamo riposato in hotel per 3 notti e siamo contenti di non essere rimasti più a lungo. È più probabile che l'hotel sia 3 * per i seguenti motivi: 1. Dipendenti. Fin dall'inizio, la guardia di sicurezza non mi ha fatto entrare in hotel per il check-in, perché non ho portato valigia e braccialetto quando sono arrivato, il che è semplicemente impossibile nel suo mondo. Parla solo turco e non abbiamo modo di risolvere questo problema fino a quando alcune persone che parlano inglese e turco non ci aiutano. Proprio come gli asciugamani da bagno, non ha dato pass per tutti i giorni di permanenza. Una volta siamo dovuti andare al bagno turco con lui perché ci hanno fornito i teli mare e lui non ce li ha dati fino a quando non abbiamo prenotato il bagno turco. Quando abbiamo deciso che era meglio sdraiarsi sui nostri asciugamani, si è degnato di darci una camera d'albergo. Poi, ad ogni riunione, chiedeva quando venivamo e faceva un commento sull'ultimo giorno, come ”Perché sei andato lì con così pochi soldi?” Un tipo molto disgustoso. Dopo aver parlato con lui, non vorrai nessun hammam. Avanti: Cameriera. La nostra porta aveva sempre un'etichetta ”Non disturbare”, ma ciò non ha impedito loro di bussare 3 volte e di irrompere nella nostra stanza due volte, una volta nel pomeriggio e una volta alle 9 del mattino. Abbiamo dormito entrambe le volte ed eravamo molto svegli. 2. Cibo. Perché c'è un buffet covid con consegna a domicilio. Non solo il cibo è oggettivamente poco gustoso, ma bisogna comunque fare la fila davanti ad ogni ”bancone”. Di conseguenza, stai in 2-3 file per ogni pasto, con in mano un piatto, proprio come le razioni. L'alcol viene diviso in due metà e versato in piccoli bicchieri, quindi spesso bisogna andare al bar per fare la fila. Ha chiesto un bicchiere pieno di vino, e il barista ha mormorato qualche parola a riguardo, ma non ha chiesto molto. 3. Intrattenimento. Dopo le 21:00, ogni sera ci saranno spettacoli di musica dal vivo. Feste con più di 50 anni. 4. La spiaggia. La spiaggia è molto bella, puoi sempre trovare lettini e il mare è pulito e caldo. Il bar della spiaggia è a pagamento. In una parola: a loro non interessa molto il servizio e l'ospitalità. Altrimenti, per soldi, un hotel è come un hotel. Ma non ci torneremo.

What can I say that I haven't already said before about this fabulous hotel, it never fails to live up to expectations. We arrived late in the evening and were quickly checked in and had our cases whisked up to our beautiful room where was a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us. We quickly freshened up and then went down to the lounge bar for a drink before heading down to the restaurant for a bite to eat as it is open 24 hours which is great if you have a late flight. The next day we booked ourselves into the spa for a Turkish bath and massage and it was fantastic as usual. The whole experience is so relaxing and the staff there are so welcoming and friendly whilst being very professional. It was lovely to catch up with our friends in the animation team who always recognise us and make us welcome. We loved going to the Luna Bar where Ferit, Fatih, Emine and the rest of the team took very good care of us before finishing the night off in the lounge bar. The lounge bar also had some very good performers on most nights and there was some very good entertainment on each night around the pool area.......spoilt for choice really! As usual the hotel was immaculately clean and the food in the main restaurant was excellent as were the a la carte restaurants which we were able to book quite easily. The quality of the drinks is amazing and the choice of premium brands is exceptional. We had a fabulous holiday as usual and we can't wait to return in April/May 2024. The staff are all a credit to this hotel and work so hard to make it such an enjoyable experience to be there. In conclusion, I have no hesitation in recommending the Akra Kemer to anyone looking for the ultra all inclusive experience.

Amsterdam Butik Otel Kemer is a perfectly clean, efficient and up-to-date budget hotel. It is located in the city but only 5-10 minutes away from the main beach. We liked our bright room with balcony, the small but clean swimming pool, and the fridge next to the reception where you can get all your drinks at very cheap prices any time of the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very calm when we were there, but the hotel across the street turns on loud music on some evenings. If you are looking for a clean budget hotel in Kemer, this is your best choice. Thank you, Amsterdam Butik Otel Kemer! : )

We stayed in a ground floor room with balcony. There wasn't much of a view other than greenery and the path way was used by the staff. But it didn't bother us as we very rarely sat out. The room itself was very spacious with a double and single bed, a TV and fridge that was stocked daily with bottles of water. Air conditioning was good but only works while the patio doors are closed and the hotel key card is in the electric slot. There was a large bathroom with toilet, a powerful shower, hairdryer and shaving point. The fixtures and fittings were a bit tired looking and could probably do with updating. But all worked well overall. The food was ok. If you are a fussy eater, you might struggle to find something to eat. Also, none of the food is labelled, so it is anyone's guess as to what it is you are eating. We didn't starve, but felt the food was quite limited and very repetitive. Across the way from the restaurant, there is a hut where at breakfast, you can get fresh pancakes, omlettes, fried eggs. Next door is also a hut that serve gozlemes (pancakes filled with potato or cheese). There are a number of coffee machines, fruit teas and juices. On day 4 I discovered there was a tea urn that had something resembling English tea, but is very strong. The entertainment was on twice in the week. It was Turkish night on Saturday which we really did enjoy. There was also entertainment on Tuesday which we missed due to going on an excursion. The pool, you get the usual suspects that put their towels down at the crack of dawn but there appear to be plenty of sun loungers. There is a slide (although the water that runs on it, get switched off at certain times of the day, which makes it unusable). There is a pool bar where you get your drinks throughout the day/night. Alcoholic drinks are very limited on the all inclusive. One type of beer (tuborg), red/white wine, vodka or gin. Soft drinks were soda water, pepsi, lemonade or fizzy orange. After 10pm there is an option to buy your drinks which I am guessing are branded, but not too sure. The town centre is a 20 min walk away with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars. Not too sure how far the nearest beach is but there is a mini bus that takes you to both the town centre or local beach free of charge. The hotel arrange excursions. We only did the land of legends night show which was very good. Wifi is chargeable in the rooms. If you try the WiFi around the reception area or pool, it is extremely slow. There are no room safes, you can hire one at a charge. These are located in the reception area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all worked extremely hard and very long hours to keep the hotel clean and tidy at all times. Even when they encountered rude customers, they still managed to keep a smile on their face. Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday at the grand viking hotel. The positives for this hotel, out weigh the negatives.

Un hotel bellissimo e pulito nella migliore posizione. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, negozi e ristoranti disponibili a piedi. Personale responsabile, pulizia della stanza. Riparazione fresca, comoda letto, letto e asciugamani spesso cambiano. Il colazione è incluso nel costo. Migliore scelta per ☺️

Hotel is kind of new, all furnitures and facilities are new. Very clean hotel and staff is always helpful and smiling. Breakfast is good and products are fresh. Don't except luxury brunches from a pretty and small hotel but all of the options are sufficient and enough to be full and to enjoy. They don't sell alcohol but you can buy and bring or order from market which is so close to hotel your alcohol and can drink in the upper garden at nights (I suggest that). They serve glasses, ice cubes upon your request. Hotel owner is a nice and talkative guy He always check the pulse of the customers and getting feedbacks. Reception is also so helpful they can communicate with you in 4 different languages which are Russian, English, Turkish and German. Housekeeping staff is very kind and they are doing good job. In every hotel you can find something if you put your negative glasses but ensure that even you put it you can find less there. We spent 1 week with my huge family and enjoyed there. Couples, friend groups and families can prefer that hotel.

Se preferisci un posto per le vostre vacanze esterne che non è troppo grande, essenzialmente nel centro della città, con accesso diretto alla propria spiaggia, molto ben mantenuto, pulito con personale utile, gentile ma non intrusivo, questo è il posto da andare. Ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo e si possono trovare buoni hotel ovunque. Quindi cosa fa questo hotel specificamente tra i buoni? ! Ho già menzionato alcune delle caratteristiche nella mia prima frase. Tuttavia, vale la pena sottolineare che questo hotel è mantenuto quotidianamente. Ciò significa che le persone si stanno sistemando tutto il giorno. Questo è raro. Esso è molto pulito e il personale lo rende pulito tutto il giorno. Un'altra cosa molto sorprendente è stata la regolare gestione e gestione del personale dell'hotel, soprattutto quello della cucina e del ristorante. Il momento in cui si gira la tavola dietro è pulito e pronto ad essere utilizzato da un altro ospite. I custodi e i supervisori sono qui se ne avete bisogno. Potrebbe essere decisivo anche per voi sapere che l'inglese è parlato in questo hotel, gli ospiti sono di diversi paesi (non solo la Russia) e la musica è varietà di pop locale e internazionale.
