Stavo qui con una famiglia di 5 nella suite familiare con una camera separata con letto regine e un'altra camera con una regine e un singolo.. Perfetto per noi e hanno il tubo più profondo che abbia mai visto.. LOL. L'edificio esterno non riflette le camere interne, quindi non lasciate che stupidi. Il personale frontale era gentile e l'aria condizionata fuori ogni rumore esterno che poteva esserci stato così abbiamo avuto un buon sonno. Molto consigliata!

Il nostro albergo è stato molto pulito e divertente, e il nostro compleanno è stato un compleanno per i nostri figli, e il personale dell'hotel è stato così pensato a creare palloni e segni e un piccolo trattamento per lui. L'hotel dispone di tutte le strutture, una grande piscina, un fantastico colazione e le camere e le aree pubbliche sono così pulite e esteticamente piacevole. Anche le finestre erano pulite e senza spot! 10/10 Molto consigliata per le famiglie.

I stayed at the Kelowna Super 8 for a longer term stay as we have just moved to Canada. My stay was pleasant and the beds were comfortable but I wasn't overly impressed with the property or some of the policies that I faced during my stay. The rooms were VERY dated and although they were clean, the property is definitely in need of an upgrade. The state of the property unfortunately is not the reason for my poor rating. When I checked in, my experience started poorly as I was told that instead of the typical $200 room deposit, the property was going to charge me $500 instead because I was going to stay there longer term (10 days) - 1st negative Then I was told that if I wanted to change my linens, I would PERSONALLY have to ***** my bed and bring the towels and linens to the front desk where I would then need to collect new linens and MAKE MY OWN bed. For the cost of my stay this is unacceptable! - 2nd Huge Negative I fully understand that it is important to minimize contact in order to protect your staff from exposure to COVID but, there are other ways to manage this in a property of your size! I offered to let the front desk know when I was going to be away from my room during the day (I have just started a new job with Interior Health with BC Cancer.) but was told that if I wanted my room cleaned while I was staying onsite I would need to pack up and move to a new room. - 3rd negative As I mentioned, I have just arrived from Australia to start a new job and had 3 bags with me while waiting for our temporary accommodation to become available in October. Moving rooms was not only a huge inconvenience but completely unacceptable given that I was staying for a long term in the hotel. Lastly, I was charged up front for my entire 10-day stay. While this in and of itself is not a massive issue, I have travelled globally and have NEVER been charged for a 10-day hotel stay until the end of my visit. I was made to feel like a degenerate instead of a valued patron as I was told the billing was made in case I didn't pay my bill at the end of my stay??? Your team, along with all other hotels in my booking experience took a copy of my credit card and identification when I checked in, additionally, you have my address, phone number and email contact information from my reservation. How is it that I am purportedly not meant to pay for my stay if you have these personal details on file? Again, my complaint about this is based more on principle...

L'edificio di acqua che vive oggi è grande. La stanza è molto grande. Ci sono più bagni nella stanza, e le persone nel bagno sono buone per non interferire.C'è un piccolo frigorifero senza microonde, ma il suono è molto cattivo e il punteggio è ridotto.Il confronto tra l'edificio principale e la valutazione domani, il rapporto prezzo è ancora alto

Molto bene. Tutto organizzato e la stanza era eccellente. Helena si è manifestata molto orgogliosa del suo lavoro. E' sempre grande quando si presenta in un luogo e tutto è in posto senza alcuna preoccupazione. Sicuramente rimarrà qui.

Don't leave anything behind in the room because you likely won't see it again. I left two expensive medications behind by accident and was basically accused of being a liar when I questioned why they weren't turned in by the housekeeping staff. The man I spoke with at reception was unhelpful and unapologetic, going so far as to tell me it was my problem since I left the medications behind. I know they were tucked out of sight and that's how I forgot them, but he said his housekeepers are very thorough. If that's the case, they should have turned the medications in. A bit of compassion goes a long way and is better than calling your customer a liar.
