Piscina grande, 2 saune e piscine. Camera per sedersi fuori nel giardino. Il cibo era buono. Un buffet di colazione davvero eccellente e un buffet di cena è stato sorprendentemente buono, anche se poco costoso. La sala da pranzo non ha affascinante. Il personale molto zelo che pulisce tutto rapidamente. L'hotel era abbastanza vuoto così tanta stanza. Se si può sentire pieno di ricco. Il parcheggio è un po' costoso ma poca scelta vicino. Il centro è 10-15 min passeggiata. Mi sentivo bello essere in grado di lasciare l'affare dietro, ritrasferire la collina all'hotel. Un trattamento per rimanere qui, sentirsi come un parco fata nelle colline.

A malicuore devo lasciare una cattiva recensione per 2 ragioni, la prima quella più significativa. 1. All'interno di tutta la struttura non ci sono regolamenti di distanziamento e utilizzo di dispositivi anti covid. Trovo la situazione assurda in quanto, dopo la riapertura delle frontiere, i clienti dell'hotel arrivano da tutta Europa. Pazienza se il governo ceco non ha ancora emanato regolamenti di questo genere, ma un hotel a 5 stelle così blasonato dovrebbe innanzitutto pensare alla sicurezza dei propri dipendenti e clienti. La cosa assurda sono poi i clienti stessi, ben consapevoli di quello che accade all'interno dei propri Paesi di origine, se ne fregano altamente di tutto cercando la ”zona franca” e ti guardano pure strano quando ti vedono girare per le aree comuni con una ffp2 indossata! La zona buffet per la colazione era stracolma di gente con tutte le pietanze in bella vista e pure con i scalda-vivande da aprire e chiudere con le proprie mani. Camerieri indaffarati che si stipano nell'area di preparazione delle bevande calde per portarti poi il caffè/cappuccino con le tazze toccate da più persone. E non parliamo dell'area SPA che ovviamente non sono nemmeno andata a vedere. Tutte queste situazioni hanno creato un forte disagio e non permettono alle persone che tengono alla propria salute di vivere l'esperienza di questo fantastico e storico hotel. Sono già stata lo scorso inverno e avevo nella memoria un bellissimo ricordo, quest'anno devo dire che non soggiornero' più all'hotel Pupp. Ritengo inoltre che tante persone, come me, hanno sempre e comunque l'intenzione di viaggiare e continuare a vivere esperienze anche nell'era ”Covid” , basta però farlo con le dovute attenzioni, cosa che l'hotel Pupp non ha assolutamente. 2. La nostra porta della camera non si apriva con le chiavi magnetiche, nemmeno dopo aver fatto fare il reset più volte, quindi ogni volta che dovevamo entrare in stanza dovevamo passare per la reception e un addetto doveva venire ad aprirci la porta con un passepartout. Trovo assurdo che un hotel di questo calibro non abbia manutentori h 24 per risolvere tali situazioni e soprattutto che un hotel a 5 stelle non offra immediatamente un cambio stanza e non si prodighi nemmeno a trovare una soluzione. L'hotel è sempre molto bello, ben tenuto e pregno di storia, ma, per l'esperienza personale che ho avuto, credo che la gestione stia vivendo di rendita per la maestosità della struttura e stia però perdendo quello che è l'abc dell'Ospitalità e Cura del Cliente. Peccato!!!!

I visited this medical Spa without a hotel reservation, in order to get some relaxation, treatment and other possible activates that may be beneficial for the body and health. it was June 2023 after I found the castle Spa closed. I spoke to the reception who told me that they don't have any medical offers like the castle spa, but they only treat the patients that staying at the hotel depending on the condition they came for. Anyway, they allowed me to enter the medical spa and see what possible procedure I can have. They choose for me 6 procedures as per the availability and don't need a doctor consultation. I remember 3 of them which were… Thai massage – Oxygen therapy – Bubbly Magnesium bath.. In additional to use the Sauna, steam and swimming pool. I really thank you all. Treatment, or let's say procedures – activities. Etc. - the ones I got were very ordinary and neither I nor my body needed them. I regretted not getting the two-hour Thai massage session available in the designated Thai shops within the town, along with all the other services attached to it. it will be better, comfortable and satisfaction.

Loved our stay! Comfortable bed and pillows and nice spa area. The hotel gives huge Overlook vibes (if you have ever seen The Shining), with extremely wide and long corridors. All very tasteful, very impressive marble staircase, but still has an authentic behind-the-iron curtain cold-war feeling. Excellent cocktails in the piano bar in the evening, very much recommended. Breakfast was plentiful, but could have more vegetarian/vegan options.

Stayed here for a few nights for work during the 57th Karlovy Vary Film Festival. I liked this hotel although it was pretty hard to judge it properly as the entire place was PACKED due to the film festival with all areas and many floors of the hotel being used by companies and displays. It is a bit of an oddity in Karlovy Vary as it's a modern 15 floor tower / conference centre in a town full of Czech old world buildings (I can only imagine the uproar when they planned it). So it's a hotel that also has Spa / Medical Treatment / Swimming pool, thermal pool / pool party / conference centre and restaurants. It seems to be modern by local standards - I was in a superior room with a balcony on the 13th floor with great views. The room had all the mod cons available in most decent hotels, good wi-fi, USB Power outlets, nice firm bed, good regular housekeeping. One thing I noticed was that the beds didn't have a separate sheet, only a fitted sheet and then a throw over dooner - no big deal, just different. Downstairs restaurant doing breakfast / lunch / dinner with a lot of options and really good wait staff. There's a large separate building (accessed by hill climbing elevator) that has an outdoor heated pool, thermal pool, saunas, change facilities - there was also a Pool Party with DJ, bar etc on the weekend days / nights (I assume that's just in summer or just during the film festival). I believe you get complimentary access to the pools /saunas for a couple of hours every day of your stay - I used it every morning for laps, it was great. In the pool complex there's also a decent restaurant with amazing views. As I said, the place was packed and the staff all seemed to handle it well. Everything you could want outside the hotel is a short walk away and there's SO many restaurants / bars etc to choose from. Karlovy Vary wasn't on my list of places to visit, but now that I've been there I'd consider going back.

Abbiamo pagato una prenotazione all'Hotel Petr il maggio 2020, ma covid-19 e frontiere chiuse non ci hanno dato l'opportunità di venire a KV. Money Hotel Petr rifiutato! Nella primavera del 2021 le frontiere erano ancora chiuse. Su richiesta di trasferire la nostra prenotazione in un momento conveniente per noi - MAGGIO o estate 2022 - Hotel Petr ha anche rifiutato! Solo fino alla fine del 2021. Ma è impossibile! Ho prenotato il maggio, e in autunno e in inverno non posso andare a riposare! Tutti i servizi aerei e gli hotel prenotati ci hanno restituito i soldi. L'hotel a Praga ha trasferito la nostra prenotazione fino a dicembre 2022. Solo l'Hotel Petr non vuole andare alla riunione e non solo non restituisce i soldi, ma rifiuta anche di trasferire la prenotazione alle date convenienti per noi! Booking.com rifiuta anche di aiutare i suoi utenti permanenti. Male e vergognose, Petr Hotel!!!

Siamo entusiasti della bella posizione unica dell'hotel a Karlsbader Schlossberg, l'eleganza e la comodità dell'hotel. Le camere sono molto generose, spaziose, accoglienti e pulite, hanno una bella vista sulla colonna più bella del mondo con le fonti di cura. L'intero hotel è molto pulito e ben gestito, tutti i dipendenti sono molto professionali, di aiuto e amichevole. I parcheggi molto grandi sorvegliati direttamente in casa non sono spesso trovati in questa posizione centrale di cura zone e anche per le persone con disabilità di camminare è in e per gestire molto bene l'hotel. Questo hotel romantico è BESTENS consigliato. Siamo stati un piccolo gruppo di 3 camere e siamo stati tutti molto impressionati e soddisfatti. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti di questa favolosa casa per giorni meravigliosi con voi :-)

Ho prenotato una camera singola. Questo è raro oggi. L'Hotel Romania ha anche offerto alcuni di essi. La stanza è molto piccola, ma perfettamente sufficiente. Mi sono sentito bene. Si è visto che si sta facendo un grande sforzo per mantenere tutto pulito. Purtroppo il mio letto aveva un punto indefinibile e alla fine mancavano letto circa 30 cm. Pertanto, anche ”solo” i 4 punti di valutazione. Queste sono cose che non mi spingono a chiedere un cambiamento, succede una volta. Il personale è stato molto gentile e la posizione dell'hotel è unico. Il colazione era molto buono, con una vasta selezione. Il soggiorno ha fatto piacere tornare a Karlsbad. Purtroppo non si può parcheggiare direttamente all'hotel, ma deve cercare un parcheggio libero lontano o un parcheggio pagato in distretto. Posso solo desiderare che il parcheggio sia reso più economico o che i parcheggi decentrati siano offerti con servizio di navetta. 300 Kc / notte non è davvero un prezzo accettabile. Ma l'hotel non può fare nulla per questo. Tuttavia, credo che l'elevata spesa per il parcheggio abbia per effetto di ridurre il numero di turisti provenienti dall'ambiente più vicino (Sassonia) di Karslbad.

Wonderful stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room that was clean and smelled fresh. Simpel but tasty breakfast. English speaking receptionist/staff. Short walk to go down town for dinner and shopping. We were even offered help with our luggade when leaving, there is about 20 steps to reception. Fine by us but good to know.
