The hotel is very clean and offers great service. The laundry facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast is mainly Asian, with limited Western options. Overall, I had a great stay here.

This hotel location is superb. Very near to local restaurants, market, convenience stores. It's also a short walking distance from metro station. The breakfast is adequate. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was full when we checked in. I asked for extra pillows to release back pain. The reception staff was not friendly. They said will check if there are spare pillows they will give me. I dont think thry actually checked. Very fast they tell me no have. Breakfast is very basic.

A recent refurbished hotel st Ciangin district, just a stop away from Formosa Boulevard station, front desk statf was very helpful to call uber taxi, call up local line for restaurant reservation....also reserved me right required room, tranquil, smoking free, and not down corner end... surprisingly providing us room with 50 square feet podium, very good!!! Breakfast is simple and good for everyday

Pros: Bed and pillow are very comfy No odd smell in the room The air con in the whole hotel is really cold but it might be due to the cold weather too Cons: The light switches are kinda wonky and really difficult to press The bathtub is kinda small making showering in the tub kinda troublesome The water from the tap and shower takes quite awhile for the temperature to change but it might be also due to the cold weather too (the typhoon just left when i was there) The wifi in the room is really bad and also not wifi 6 Small issue but the switch for the mini fridge is funny cos it is off when there is light and it is on when there is no light on the switch. And you cannot tell whether the fridge is on or off from the fridge itself

Hotel location was convenient. Room was cleaned and fresh. Breakfast was simple but delicious, the pickles for porridge was nice. Overall we like the hotel and worth every cents .

Good room with good staff, also with a good location which close to train station

The staff are very helpful, I have a problem with laundry, they helped me a lot. I wouldn't recommend using their laundry service. The dryer is shitty, basically can't dry anything.

The hotel is spacious and breakfast is good. No swimming pool. There is a mall near hotel and can walk to that shopping mall in 8 minutes. The hotel provides public washing machine & drying machine. They also have a kid’s play area thought very small.

Value for money. Bed is comfortable and the receptionist are polite.

Good position. No hot water when showered. Parking is 300TWD per night. Breakfast buffet style was ok
