Not what we were expecting. The hotel does have parking so you must go to reception before you pay for parking. Our mistake. However it was quite rough, old, and Kamloops is quite a worrying place in terms of safely. I don’t really want to say that but I can’t thing of another way to say the hotel is typical of the area, rough and poverty comes to mind.

Great location

Hotel is really old and it smells old There was a peculiar smell in the rooms maybe from the carpet. Though located in downtown the hotel itself doesn't offer much. Won't recommend staying here.

For the price it’s fine. So far it’s only surrounding area with many homeless. Staffs are nice and towels are clean .

The location was great and the stay was good as well. The only concern was the that the odor in the hotel didn't make us feel refreshing

Old looking hotel but have a good vibe to it. Love the pizza opposite the hotel.

The Plaza was such a lovely surprise. We were immediately impressed by the fireplace at the entry and the professional welcoming staff. The entire hotel has been lovingly restored. The room was absolutely spotless. The hot buffet breakfast was fabulous in a beautifully furnished restaurant. But the icing on the cake was the staff, who guided us through the history of this magnificent historical building. A highlight of our road trip.

老酒店，舊而不破，一樓有早餐、酒吧、撞球桌、高爾夫球練習場、美甲、飛鏢、設施非常的多，服務很好，只可惜沒能換零錢

冷房があまり効かなくて部屋が暑かったのと、水が流れる音がしてあまり眠れませんでした。古いホテルなので設備も古いのかな。場所はとても良いところにあるので、1泊くらいならよいかも。

在downtown，附近就是save on food還算比較方便。衹是設施比較舊了，樓道比較窄。

位置方便，位於downtown 屬於地標建築。周圍餐廳酒吧便利店非常方便。酒店擁有甘露市最古老的電梯，快一百年了，速度慢，空間小，最多容納兩人兩個箱子。 房間老破小，算乾淨。落基山沿途休整一晚也就湊合了。 提醒，酒店外側停車場有不同顏色的畫線區域，停錯了就是70塊的罰款哦。

朝食がついていて良かった。

這次的房間有點小，而且衞生有些問題，衞生間的門上有污漬，枱燈、桌子上一層灰塵，酒店的前台服務員很貼心，協調了一些事情，這點很滿意

晚上有點恐怖 白天小鎮很温馨
