Excellent hotel. Very clean and a convenient stop from Guiyang if you want to visit the Miao villages nearby. Great service and the price is very reasonable!

Super fast and easy check in, good access to public transit and Didis to anywhere else. Rooms were big and comfy!

Good place to stay and also very popular among travellers of the area. Good breakfast, better than an average Hampton’s. Though as the hotel was full the staff of the restaurant had a hard time to keep up with the flow of the people in the morning. Overall a pleasant stay. Too bad they didn’t send a robot to bring us our takeaway to the room, our son was really looking forward to that 😆

Very warm welcome from the team. They have supported me with a lot of enthusiasm thus making my stay in Kaili a real pleasure during this Covid period. They have for example helped me in finding a forwarder to ship my bike back to Shanghai (could not get it on high speed train). All hotel guests were graciously invited for a mid autumn festival dinner with the team. I highly recommend the hotel and want to thank the team. Olivier

總的來講，在如果去凱里沒有旅行，沒有更好酒店選擇的情況下，衹能相信希爾頓，如果這個酒店都不行，我相信凱里也沒有更好選擇，朋友們，將就一下也挺好。畢竟服務會比其他的酒店好，不是嗎？#早餐吃得很好，小孩吃的很飽#

希爾頓三個字從來不會讓人失望，這就是酒店品質的保障，凱里希爾頓歡朋也不例外，房間很大沒有異味，房間裝修佈局非常人性化，設施用具齊全，早餐豐富可口，前台人員熱情周到，最大的亮點是寵物友好，前台人員看我們帶了小狗貼心安排了1號房間，在拐角端頭裡麪不影響其他客人。世界頂級品牌的連鎖酒店能夠善待寵物必須點贊，而且酒店的性價比也很高強烈推薦，今後有希爾頓旗下酒店就不住別的酒店了。

酒店設施很好，房間面積大（35平），佈局和理，舒適度高，衞生，乾淨整潔，環境温馨，特別是電視機旁的小裝飾很可愛。早餐品種多味道好，服務標準，工作人員的素質高，總之是讓人會再次選擇的酒店！也會推薦給朋友。衹是忘了多拍幾張照片，下次會多角度多拍幾張

設施：有健身房，特別棒，器材還挺齊全 衞生：很乾凈，廁所啊房間都很乾凈 環境：交通很方便，打車去哪裡都可以，下司古鎮也近，附件就是風情園 服務：前台小姐姐服務態度很好，很熱情很禮貌，餐廳工作人員也很好很有禮貌

不得不誇讚這家酒店~各方面都打滿分！房間衞生乾淨整潔無異味，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務周到，非常熱情又專業，環境安靜好打車，19年開業的但設施設備保養都不錯，看着還很新，我們在這感受到了超級好的住宿體驗，極力推薦，不管是商務出差還是家庭出遊這裏都是很好的選擇!

凱里希爾頓歡朋酒店非常值得推薦。 前台服務小姐姐態度温和，辦理入住效率高。 房間寬敞，因為給的高層，風景極好，房間衞生也很好。所以，在下一站的貴陽又訂了希爾頓歡朋的機場路店。

自己先到酒店看房的，前台小哥哥熱情接待還帶去看房，介紹各種房型，有可以抽煙的也有不可以抽煙，還有早餐，健身房、洗衣服，因為自己帶了很多東西，還能寄存東西；住得很舒服，早餐很好吃種類繁多，服務非常好，停車場停車方便衞生乾淨，下次還住希爾頓。
