The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

Excellent hotel to stay in. I guess the hotel just newly renovated but the air conditioning in the room a bit old and not well maintained. The air conditioning too cold at night even though we set up 27 degrees celcius. The surface of the air conditioning was frozen. Breakfast wise very good. The quality was excellent. You will have warm croissants and warm danish pastries. Come with local dishes as well. All the staff starting from the front desk staff, the parking guard, the F&B teams was friendly. Overall stay was pretty good.

Situato a circa 10-15min passeggiata dalla piazza della città di JB, il mercato notturno è a 5 minuti a piedi. The stay was really comfortable and it is easy to get around with Grab. However, the walk to Aeon Tebrau might be a little challenging in the evening due to the high traffic flow. The staff are really friendly and they even whatsapp me to check with me constantly on my check-in time :) Overall, a great stay!

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di compleanno. Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Renaissance è stato molto confortevole e il personale è stato estremamente pensato a preparare un'immersione nella nostra stanza - completa con palloncini, un messaggio di compleanno stampato con anche poche forme di cuore, e una bella tazza di torta di compleanno e carta scritta a mano! Siamo stati molto colpiti da questo gesto; grazie tante! Il loro buffet di colazione era anche meglio di quanto si aspettavano - grande varietà e buon gusto!

Abbiamo controllato a mezzanotte. Tutto era pulito. La stanza era pulita, non c'era abbastanza odore di fumo e aria condizionata. È quello che mi piace!
