Menu colazione - Deve migliorare poiché hanno un sapore scuro secondo i piatti etichettati. (Es. Nasi Lemak, ma il sapore del riso era riso bianco) Camera - Monolocale completo di tutto quello che serve in una casa. - Ferro da stiro, frigorifero, angolo cottura, tv, divano, tavolo bar, ottima illuminazione, pantofole, bagno ben arredato e pulito. Personale - La maggior parte sono srilankesi e amichevoli con faccine sorridenti dalla hall fino al ristorante. Servizi. - Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e proprio accanto all'hotel sono aperti 24 ore su 24 MANA MANA EATERIES. varietà e posto fantastico per cenare. - Comodo negozio dall'altra parte della strada - Cibo arabo dall'altra parte della strada. - L'HARD ROCK è a soli 5 minuti di viaggio dall'hotel PINETREE. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza fantastica e ritornerei.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

Excellent hotel to stay in. I guess the hotel just newly renovated but the air conditioning in the room a bit old and not well maintained. The air conditioning too cold at night even though we set up 27 degrees celcius. The surface of the air conditioning was frozen. Breakfast wise very good. The quality was excellent. You will have warm croissants and warm danish pastries. Come with local dishes as well. All the staff starting from the front desk staff, the parking guard, the F&B teams was friendly. Overall stay was pretty good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di aiutare la mia sorella a vivere all'Hotel Crystal Crown a Johor, in Malaysia, e non posso dire abbastanza buone cose sulla nostra esperienza! Il sito web dell'hotel è facile da usare e ho trovato facilmente tutte le informazioni necessarie relative ai tipi di camera, ai prezzi e alle strutture. Quando arrivarono, la calda ospitezza del personale ci fece sentire immediatamente benvenuti; il processo di check-in era rapido ed efficiente, che è sempre un sollievo dopo un lungo viaggio. Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di compleanno. Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Renaissance è stato molto confortevole e il personale è stato estremamente pensato a preparare un'immersione nella nostra stanza - completa con palloncini, un messaggio di compleanno stampato con anche poche forme di cuore, e una bella tazza di torta di compleanno e carta scritta a mano! Siamo stati molto colpiti da questo gesto; grazie tante! Il loro buffet di colazione era anche meglio di quanto si aspettavano - grande varietà e buon gusto!

Abbiamo controllato a mezzanotte. Tutto era pulito. La stanza era pulita, non c'era abbastanza odore di fumo e aria condizionata. È quello che mi piace!
