Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist made the daunting task of checking in a breeze. The lobby itself was a delight, with a vibrant atmosphere infused with a refreshing essence that hinted at the tropical paradise just outside. My room was spacious, tastefully appointed, and bestowed with breathtaking views of the city skyline. Imagine waking up and being greeted by the soft glow of the sunrise spilling through your windows - that’s what I experienced each morning. The bedding was plush, making it the perfect haven for lounging after a day of exploration. Now let’s talk about location—KSL Hotel is poised perfectly for both frenetic activity and tranquil exploration. A stone's throw away, KSL City Mall was my go-to for picking up local souvenirs, sampling tantalizing street food, and snapping countless selfies in the vibrant atmosphere. I couldn’t resist indulging in the aromatic local dishes and treating myself to some window shopping; all within easy reach! One noteworthy experience was my visit to the hotel’s swimming pool complex. The lush surroundings were inviting, and I spent hours sunbathing and sipping on a float in the lazy river. I made delightful conversation with fellow travelers while soaking up the sun, which eased the lonely times of solo travel. It's nice to know that in shared spaces, strangers can quickly turn into friends. The on-site dining options were simply amazing, with menus that fusion flavors of local and international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the buffet, where surprises were tasted with every bite. Pro tip: don’t miss out on dessert; the durian mousse is a singular experience not to be overlooked! While my stay wasn't without minor hiccups - some Wi-Fi connectivity issues and a brief hiccup with room service - the quick responses from the attentive staff ensured any frustration was minimal. Overall, KSL Hotel in Johor is a gem for solo travelers looking for a delightful blend of luxury, local flavor, and accessibility. I walked away not just with memories of the beautiful sights around Johor, but with a heart full of appreciation for the warm hospitality I received. Good hotel worth visiting. Stayed one night, not a bad choice except it is pretty out of central area (eg KSL, city square). Take about 30mins of car ride to reach from city square. Hotel is surrounded by many food options. Durian booth nearby start at 6:30pm but we sadly missed it. Also got loklok and char kway teow at evening which is quite good too! Room is not very sound proof so can hear people walking down corridor at night. Otherwise huge room and cheap for a night stay

Il personale è amichevole e utile durante il check-in. La stanza è molto pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta. Ho prenotato la stanza per celebrare il compleanno di mio marito e si è sorpreso di vedere la nostra stanza essere decorata con palloncini di compleanno e un asciugamano fatto “cake di compleanno” e una carta di compleanno con i desideri di compleanno scritti a mano. Grazie! 🥰

Direction from Woodland custom to Opero Hotel: Duration: abt 30mins w/o traffic or less. 45mins with traffic Upon Arrival/Departure - Check in/out was hassle free & smooth - Check out was easy as well. - Size was reasonable 8/10 - Cleanliness 6/10 - Bed comfortability 8/10 - Bed & linens cleanliness 6.5/10 - Safe is available - Basic toiletries are available in the room (eg: Shampoo, condition, body wash & etc ...) but better to bring your own if you are very particular abt it - Fridge available - Electric kettle is available / coffee & tea provided - WiFi is available 🌟Important Note🌟 - 5-8mins or so to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey - Surrounding, shops are mostly closed at night. - Complimentary parking is available Summary: - Good price (when on promotion) for a good location.

Excellent hotel to stay in. I guess the hotel just newly renovated but the air conditioning in the room a bit old and not well maintained. The air conditioning too cold at night even though we set up 27 degrees celcius. The surface of the air conditioning was frozen. Breakfast wise very good. The quality was excellent. You will have warm croissants and warm danish pastries. Come with local dishes as well. All the staff starting from the front desk staff, the parking guard, the F&B teams was friendly. Overall stay was pretty good.

Il mio primo soggiorno a Holiday Inn JBCC. La camera è così confortevole, ma il colazione era buona, ma forse più prodotti proteici saranno grandi. Il sito è COMTAR JBCC. È così conveniente per cibo e shopping. Dovrebbe aumentare la pressione dell'acqua per la mordita di tubi in bagno.

Situato a circa 10-15min passeggiata dalla piazza della città di JB, il mercato notturno è a 5 minuti a piedi. Relativamente accessibile, ma la zona intorno all'hotel è ancora in costruzione, in modo che la strada possa essere piuttosto ineguale. Protezione del suono non è molto buona, l'aria condizionata è piuttosto debole.

Just a little bit pricey for walk ins, but it’s reasonable if purchased online because their services were excellent from the moment i checked in into the hotel. The staffs were friendly and responsive. The room was in excellent condition. They even cleaned up our room daily without being requested. Now i know why they received quite high rates and reviews from their guests. Will surely repeat again! Sorry i forgot to take more pictures for reviews

Abbiamo controllato a mezzanotte. Tutto era pulito. La stanza era pulita, non c'era abbastanza odore di fumo e aria condizionata. È quello che mi piace!

Posizione: - Individua la pace dei nemici e la frenetica città lontana. -Molti giardini e spazi aperti, parco con bellissime sculture, fontana, vista sullo yatch, parcheggi Servizi: - Infinity sul tetto anche se non grande, ma ottima vista, con piscina anche per bambini. Panche e divano letto creano un luogo rilassante. - Molti altri che non abbiamo considerato come soggiorno per 1 notte. Menu colazione - Deve migliorare poiché hanno un sapore scuro secondo i piatti etichettati. (Es. Nasi Lemak, ma il sapore del riso era riso bianco) Camera - Monolocale completo di tutto quello che serve in una casa. - Ferro da stiro, frigorifero, angolo cottura, tv, divano, tavolo bar, ottima illuminazione, pantofole, bagno ben arredato e pulito. Personale - La maggior parte sono srilankesi e amichevoli con faccine sorridenti dalla hall fino al ristorante. Servizi. - Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e proprio accanto all'hotel sono aperti 24 ore su 24 MANA MANA EATERIES. varietà e posto fantastico per cenare. - Comodo negozio dall'altra parte della strada - Cibo arabo dall'altra parte della strada. - L'HARD ROCK è a soli 5 minuti di viaggio dall'hotel PINETREE. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza fantastica e ritornerei.
