Abbiamo controllato a mezzanotte. Tutto era pulito. La stanza era pulita, non c'era abbastanza odore di fumo e aria condizionata. È quello che mi piace!

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di compleanno. Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Renaissance è stato molto confortevole e il personale è stato estremamente pensato a preparare un'immersione nella nostra stanza - completa con palloncini, un messaggio di compleanno stampato con anche poche forme di cuore, e una bella tazza di torta di compleanno e carta scritta a mano! Siamo stati molto colpiti da questo gesto; grazie tante! Il loro buffet di colazione era anche meglio di quanto si aspettavano - grande varietà e buon gusto!

Questa è stata la mia prima esperienza al St. Giles nella Mid Valley. Volevo provare qualcosa di diverso dai soliti hotel del centro città. Questo hotel è ideale per coloro che sono interessati allo shopping, ai ristoranti e alle attività ricreative, con un cinema convenientemente situato all'interno del centro commerciale. La mia intenzione era principalmente quella di cenare e rilassarmi. L'hotel è pulito e situato proprio all'interno del grande complesso commerciale, offrendo un concetto di soggiorno. Le camere sono leggermente più spaziose rispetto a quelle del centro città. Una differenza notevole è che non forniscono acqua in bottiglia gratuita per motivi ambientali. Tuttavia, offrono un barattolo di acqua disinfettata per la comodità degli ospiti, consentendo loro di riempirsi presso un distributore di acqua situato fuori dal piano dell'hotel. Ho semplicemente usato il bollitore per far bollire un po' d'acqua nella stanza e lasciarla raffreddare. Sono stati forniti la maggior parte dei prodotti da bagno, ad eccezione del rasoio mancante. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza piacevole e piacevole. La colazione offriva una buona varietà di cibi da gustare al 6 ° piano.

One noteworthy experience was my visit to the hotel’s swimming pool complex. The lush surroundings were inviting, and I spent hours sunbathing and sipping on a float in the lazy river. I made delightful conversation with fellow travelers while soaking up the sun, which eased the lonely times of solo travel. It's nice to know that in shared spaces, strangers can quickly turn into friends. The on-site dining options were simply amazing, with menus that fusion flavors of local and international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the buffet, where surprises were tasted with every bite. Pro tip: don’t miss out on dessert; the durian mousse is a singular experience not to be overlooked! While my stay wasn't without minor hiccups - some Wi-Fi connectivity issues and a brief hiccup with room service - the quick responses from the attentive staff ensured any frustration was minimal. Overall, KSL Hotel in Johor is a gem for solo travelers looking for a delightful blend of luxury, local flavor, and accessibility. I walked away not just with memories of the beautiful sights around Johor, but with a heart full of appreciation for the warm hospitality I received. Excellent hotel to stay in. I guess the hotel just newly renovated but the air conditioning in the room a bit old and not well maintained. The air conditioning too cold at night even though we set up 27 degrees celcius. The surface of the air conditioning was frozen. Breakfast wise very good. The quality was excellent. You will have warm croissants and warm danish pastries. Come with local dishes as well. All the staff starting from the front desk staff, the parking guard, the F&B teams was friendly. Overall stay was pretty good.

Il personale è amichevole e utile durante il check-in. La stanza è molto pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta. Ho prenotato la stanza per celebrare il compleanno di mio marito e si è sorpreso di vedere la nostra stanza essere decorata con palloncini di compleanno e un asciugamano fatto “cake di compleanno” e una carta di compleanno con i desideri di compleanno scritti a mano. Situato a circa 10-15min passeggiata dalla piazza della città di JB, il mercato notturno è a 5 minuti a piedi. Relativamente accessibile, ma la zona intorno all'hotel è ancora in costruzione, in modo che la strada possa essere piuttosto ineguale. Protezione del suono non è molto buona, l'aria condizionata è piuttosto debole.

What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.
