This was the second time I stayed at the Capital on Bath and the first time, a week ago, I left my hair curlers behind. No ordinary hair appliance but a Dyson AirWrap and I only noticed when I packed on Sunday evening. Never in a million years did I think I would get it back, but I was wrong. Housekeeping had carefully packed it and kept it and it was returned to me this morning. Hats off - we sometimes think that honesty is lacking in South Africa, but not by this team. I've found the staff very pleasant, the rooms clean, the breakfast good. Nothing to complain about - but this piece of service is outstanding, anywhere in the world. Thank you Team Capital on Bath.

Holiday Inn rosebank hotel is located at the center of rosebank and there is a gautrain station just in front of the hotel entrance and also you can access to the rosebank mall directly from the hotel. The entire team on this hotel was super friendly always willing to welcome the guests with pleasure. Breakfast on the 2nd floor served by variety of food selection of which including a cheese plate and an egg station was just enough to boost energy to start up the day. The food served from the hotel restaurant was with a reasonable price so that I could enjoy delicious food without going out for dinner. I would definitely say that it's worth the money to stay in this place. Although I had a concern about the city Johannesburg before the trip but at least in this rosebank area which was totally safe to hang out and walk around the streets with no stress. I had such a great experience in Johannesburg and willing to come back in the future. Thank you once again to leave this beautiful country with good memories. It's was such a pleasure to stay here.

There can be a lot improved. It wasn't all bad but many aspect require work. their customer service failed where there was no communication given that repairs will be done in my room. I returned at 16h00 to find my room looking like a construction site, only to find they were trying to replace the blinds, they could have communicated firstly, then I was subjected to having to change rooms as they had ordered the wrong part. I had plans at 16h30 and had to cancel a pre booked appointment needing to move my belongings between 2 floors, the hassle being I was already unpacked and had arranged my things properly. The 6yh floor I was moved too had a foul unbearable smell which just made one loose their appetite. The cleaning staff decided to clean at around 23h00 while we tried sleeping, which I couldn't understand, they were never around to assist and when requesting an iron, you'd wait over 30 min before it came. I won't even start on the point of them not having the option of smoking rooms for guests.

Il servizio è stato ottimo. Il personale della reception è super cordiale e molto disponibile in tutto. Basato in una posizione perfetta con quasi tutto a pochi passi di distanza - molto comodo. Anche l'appartamento reale era fantastico. Molto confortevole e vale il soggiorno.

Mio marito e io abbiamo viaggiato per la prima volta a ZA. Il nostro primo arresto era presso l'ospedale Ashford. Questa era una scelta perfetta! :-) Mi piacevano davvero i loro accessori e mobili in tutta la proprietà. Tutto era così bello! Abbiamo soggiornato lì per 4 notti. Il personale è stato incredibile grande, anche! Poiché siamo vegani, è stato difficile trovare l'alloggio giusto. Ma il personale dell'albergo è aperto per creare un colazione vegano ogni mattina. Era delizioso! La situazione dell'ostello è buona, perché avete la possibilità di camminare al Rosebank Mall vicino. Ecco, si può trovare molti negozi e ristoranti. In generale, si raccomanda definitivamente questo posto! Poiché non lo faremo al Kruger NP questa volta, dobbiamo certamente tornare e prenotare questa casa di nuovo! :-) Grazie per tutto!

Soggiorno estremamente confortevole. L'albergo è piuttosto bello, ben tenuto, con una terrazza con piscina all'ultimo piano. Il personale oltre che gentile, riesce ad accogliere le piccole richieste. Inoltre si può camminare (con la luce del giorno) fino al centro commerciale di Rosebank ma l'albergo si trova su una strada silenziosa che permette di dormire meglio la notte.
