The hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.

Easy access and near to the airport if you are looking for a place to sleep which is affordable and clean.

it's a good hotel but the main problems it's the low frequency of the bus

I lost my plain so I stayed here; room is very clean, but we couldn’t get any coffee, or Soda. You can pay extra time is your flight is late so you don’t need to go so early to the airport

服務：前台服務很好！機場接機司機也很熱情，就是要早點打電話讓酒店派車，否則要在機場等一會。早餐時間，前台還主動問幾點送機場。 房間：比較乾淨，設施還比較新， 缺點是，WIFI 密碼是動態的，需要開電視，斷電後沒WIFI了，怎麼設想的，上網就要開電視。 早餐：早餐不錯，有幾個品種熱菜，咖啡是現磨的，比較正宗，喜歡喝咖啡的最愛！

1）抵達目的地發現酒店四周都是施工垃圾和灰塵，路也被施工工人擋住了，必須繞道尋找酒店，還差一點找不到酒店 2） 前台工作人員在處理我的登記時接電話處理別人的事物，隔壁的住客比我後來卻比我早拿到房卡；我跟前台工作人員説不可以插隊的，她旁邊的**事説因為我是護照需要慢慢輸入；我説如果她不接電話就不會耽誤我的登記；前台工作人員沒有道歉覺得自己沒有錯還理直氣壯地説是有在處理我的登記；建議酒店查一下監控 3） 房間Wi-Fi需要多此一舉打開電視機去尋找，號碼應該是8開頭四個號碼但是打電話給前台説是房間後面三個數字，結果弄了半天才找到Wi-Fi，讓我在網上會議遲到！ 4） 深夜開完會需要洗澡發現沒有熱水，前台説要來房間檢查；我説我已經脱了衣服準備洗澡不方便，對方説衹是到洗手間檢查（我想到浴室就在門口邊，於是答應了，就用毛巾包裹好自己坐在最裡麪的床上等； 工作人員進來後不顧我語言上的阻止，直接進入房間裏面説要把一份宵夜放桌上； 讓我覺得自己的私隱被侵犯！ 員工應該直接去浴室檢查熱水而不是給我帶宵夜！員工如果真的要送宵夜應該在我的語言阻止下把宵夜放房間前面而不是在明知我沒有穿衣服處於弱勢時不管不顧地把那所謂的宵夜拿進房間侵害了我的私隱！ 請看圖片員工所謂的宵夜！ 請看圖片房間的位置！我已經大聲吆喝不要進來，員工不理會，還看到了我半裸的情況讓我覺得非常憤怒和被羞辱！另外，工作人員在調好熱水後説是因為我把水調太大所以沒有熱水，請看圖片，所謂的熱水水量也就那麼一點點，而且衹有非常熱或非常冷，沒有任何調温度的選擇！ 員工沒有承認酒店熱水出了問題，而是説我調太大了才沒有熱水！ 請問這是什麼邏輯？請看圖片上的熱水冷水顯示 整個體驗非常非常非常的差，酒店員工把所有問題都歸咎於我，而不承認自己的過失！ 強烈譴責這樣不專業不尊重客人私隱的酒店！ 以後堅決不選擇全季酒店！

非常棒！前一天白天本來很累，定了這間，睡了一晚之後感覺完全休息好了，床墊很舒服！早餐也不錯！

房間乾淨衞生，寬敞明亮，服務好，早餐好吃

酒店服務周到，環境優雅，設施完備。地理位置靠近機場很方便，總體而言，是一處商務、旅行的理想選擇。

地點雖然很偏挺荒涼，但酒店一如既往的好，全季的配套一成不變，乾淨整潔，停車比較方便，不用去停花錢的停車場，但服務不夠貼心，小朋友沒有提醒給小童用具，油送了一遍

很棒，服務周到，可以接送機。準時準時，早餐也很符合乘機需求，環境衞生也很好，體驗比較好。👍👍👍
