Or stay in this hotel is quite decent, the overall service and quantity is good. Location is quite convenient, close to BTS, breakfast buffet is not bad, but a decent view . Thank you again for the birthday treats .

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is perfectly located in Sukhumvit Soi 24 with 5 min walk to Prong Phom station and the Emquartier. One thing that I have to mention is that the hotel have not cleared the rubbish bin in the toilet for three days. Also the cleaning lady has not cleaned the table and wash the cutlery.

This is my 5th visit since 2023. - 1 minute walking distance to BTS Phrom Phong Station - 7-11 just next to the hotel - Good value for the money These are the main reasons of choosing Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 again and again! Also, most of the staffs are professional (accept 1 at Concierge) Would consider booing a suite for next time visit.

Pool is quite small. Service is pretty good and fast. Great rain shower with good water pressure. Walls are super thin though. Give it a knock and you’ll realize it’s literally made of wood. A weird smell coming from the drain in the shower.

Curtain sunblock is the worst hotel I had stayed so far. Curtain did not have overlap in the middle and fabric is not 100% sunblock. The curtain pleated is s-fold…… should not be happened in a bedroom…..light come from the top. Unfortunately the weather is super sunny during my staying. I had to get up 0530 in the morning! When I complained to the hotel, the staff told me nothing they can do cause the whole hotel room will be the same. I can only blame myself being bad luck n picked the wrong hotel. If all Mercure hotel are the same, I will highly recommend DO NOT STAY at Mercure! Super bad experience!

Really handily placed & a lovely fresh hotel. Pool on the roof is lovely and we found it to be quiet. Not far down the metro.

Clean and spacious room. Easy access to train station (1 min walk from Phrom Phong, green line) There’s 7-11 downstairs too. There’s rooftop bar and swimming pool.

1) Fantastic Location, just a few minutes walk from BTS Station with a number of Shopping Malls nearby. 2) Hotel atmosphere is fantastic, feels very welcoming the moment we stepped into the lobby. 3) Housekeeping staff is amazing. Ladda did an amazing job looking after us during our stay, especially preparing us adorable surprises as it was my birthday. 4) 7-11 is conveniently located on ground floor. 5) I appreciate the hotel’s sustainability efforts. Amenities are available upon request. 6) However the sound proofing in the room could be better, can hear the noises coming from another room. 7) Still, we had an amazing time with this hotel! Thank you. 🥰

3 min walk away from Phrom Phong BTS station, lots of massage and eateries options nearby. Walking distance to the EM’s shopping malls, in fact you just need to walk across the opposite road to get into the Emporium, there are also shuttle service sending guests to all the 3 EMs. Love the big 7eleven mart next to the hotel entrance. Hotel breakfast not bad. All staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel location is great with many massage shops and a bigger size 7-11 just downstairs. It is just 5mins walk from BTS and Emquartier so it is not so noisy with the vehicle sounds on road at night and very near to shopping place (Emquartier, Emsphere) and drinks place (Tribe @ Emsphere) . Gym is small but functional and has very nice view out from the swimming pool. Water pressure is great and lobby always smell very nice. Will definitely recommend to friends for their trip to Thailand.
