Generally an excellent hotel. Some staff members would still benefit from further customer service training however it’s absolutely vital that I mention and praise Mr Amro Bin Malih. An excellent Manager of the hotel who Swissotel should be proud to have. Great approach in dealing with people and a great person in general.

As soon as you pass the extremely slow checkin process with the unprofessional rude attitude of the reception guy, everything else is fabulous; the location, the room, the view, the amenities, the food, the cleanliness, ..etc.

The best hotel I have ever stayed and seen.. will come back again soon with my family.. sooo much in love with this hotel .. breakfast was super.. many kinds of bread and cheese you can choose.. we stayed at ka’baa view was super popular..

Please read some the negative reviews because there true. Oldish hotel with damaged furniture in the rooms (both of the rooms I stayed in was the same). Awful service by most staff members. When I mentioned the poor service to the management (really slow room service/house keeping) I was told that I ‘haven’t spent a lot honestly one of the worst check in and service I’ve ever received. Location is the only wow factor for this hotel

Recommended for families. Hotep has its own designated lobby so we dont have to deal with the crowd from Clock Tower's hotel guests.

Choosen for location close to haram, surprised with poor condition of the hotel. Photo on website for booking from the opening day of the hotel not up to date, furniture old worn out with dirty carpet poor ventilation dusty smell in the room , poor service, poor customer relations despite my complaint, I book premier room but i think i got below standard roon. Very good hotel, best hotel in makkah, only 5 min to Haram Sharif, breakfast is 10 out of 10, staffs are 10 out of 10, check in and out is express, mall access through hotel lift. Inside clock tower

Concierge needs to be more helpful to the guests requiring wheelchair assistance. Reception staff needs to further increase their speed of Check-in. Thanks to Mr.Abdullah (Property Manager) for arranging Wheelchair assistance for my mother.

Very nice hotel, good location. And all staff are really helpful. Breakfast also awsome there are many food local and international. Very recommended hotel if you want to perform umrah since its very close to haram you can just walk down the hotel to haram within 5 minutes only.

The staff are not good, eating is frequent every day, the rooms are small and old, entry and exit to the chape is difficult, and the big elevators are always dirty and late. It was a bad experience and I will not return permanently to this hotel, although I paid a large amount to book.
