Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

房間很乾凈，但設施比較老舊。由於天氣原因我們航班被取消，遲了一天入住酒店。理解他們的退房政策，但是與酒店的交流過程很痛苦，前台經常沒人，也遲遲不回郵件。 酒店位置很好，早飯也美味。

房間風格很美式，早飯質量很好現點現做點太多了吃不完，就是有一間房怎麼開了暖氣晚上沒空調被熱死了，晚上沒有前台可以諮詢，前台有熱水咖啡完全自助自己燒

房間有老鼠🐭有蟑螂，馬桶🚽是壞的，前台沒有服務員，早餐等半小時以上人才來做，房間空調還是壞的，5000塊錢一晚上快捷酒店都不如，千萬不要來這個酒店住，垃圾中的垃圾，説好的評論都是騙人的，三個晚上一起15000人民幣，住一晚上第二天打電話到攜程投訴，要求退後兩晚上房間，攜程讓先退房後協商解決處理，結果到現在都沒有處理。
