È davvero un hotel fantastico. La posizione è perfetta e quasi tutte le attrazioni possono essere raggiunte a piedi. Le camere sono pulite e i letti sono morbidissimi. Puoi anche trovare alcuni articoli da toeletta (che in realtà è buono perché alcuni hotel non ce l'hanno). La colazione era deliziosa e in realtà una scelta piuttosto ampia di piatti diversi. La sera in realtà non c'è bisogno di cercare qualche ristorante o bar perché lo trovate già al primo piano dell'hotel (ma se ovviamente è abbastanza in camera quindi non preoccupatevi). Ritorneremo sicuramente in questo hotel.

The bad: we went on a hot day and the air con is very very weak in both our rooms. Was 25 deg in the room even after running air con over night. Duvets were way too warm so we all slept with sheets. The ceiling fans helped but we couldn’t figure out how to make it work for the first few hours—finally my husband stood up and physically pushed the blades the get it going. Dust flew all over the rooms…. The good: very charming decor. Excellent location with everything at your finger tips.

It was a nice central hotel. But doesn't look at all like the pictures. It's very old, they are still renovating it. So i was actually chocked when we arrived there. But the staff was very kind, the good thing with it all was that it was super central.

駅からも近く観光地にも徒歩圏内で移動できるいいところにあります。内装も可愛いいです。隣にはスーパーもありとても便利です。

Position parfaite à côté de la grande place, chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner suber bon et varié. On a passé un bon moment en cer hotel

酒店所在位置很好，出門就是大廣場等熱門景點，離中央車站也是步行十分鐘可達。唯一非常惡劣的是服務員工極其惡劣，第一次戴頭巾服務員帶一個男的不敲門直接開門進來了，反映情況後最後一天還是擅自開門進來未經同意。沒有一點歉意。垃圾服務員，

衞生還可以，就是第二天被安排住一樓，光線不是很好

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, da esigenze legate al soggiorno a consigli su come muoversi in città. Camera molto bella e curata, nonostante alcuni dettagli (es. porta del bagno rovinata). L’hotel è in un ottima posizione, praticamente in centro e a pochi passi da tutti i punti d’interesse principali. Altro punto a favore è il punto ristoro in cui era possibile fare gratuitamente the e caffè a praticamente tutte le ore del giorno è sempre rifornito con tutto il necessario. Molto soddisfatta!

You can hear outside noise from the room. Lots of noise especially on fri/ sat night. Hallways are dark. Wish they had a coffee/tea pot in room instead of on 1st floor.

Amazing stay! Such a cute, well decorated hotel at a reasonable price. Perfectly located near Grand Place. The hotel staff are kind and accommodating. The only issue we had was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom pipes and drain. Maid staff do a great job cleaning and freshening every day, but the smell of the pipes indicates the entire system probably needs to be cleaned out. I would absolutely stay again though. Go find the speakeasy bar!

Key card always had issue had to change few times. AC not working, mentioned reception few time to get AC checked - no action taken.

It took a while to choose a hotel for a long weekend in Brussels, after reading reviews we decided to choose this one. The room was perfect for the weekend, as was the location. You could hear some noise outside, but that was if you really focused on it and it never interfered with our sleep. Easy to access from the Eurostar on the metro. The staff were extremely helpful and we also were lucky enough to be checked in early. Luggage storage was great. The breakfast buffet was great too for the price.

Craves was an interesting Hotel due to the unique design choices and colours. Made it a touch more fun compared to other hotels in the area. Front staff were kind and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in advance of our check-in. The size of the room was very nice. While the room was pleasant and the bed was big and comfy, the shower sprayed water everywhere and did not drain properly. We also did not have hot water to the bathroom sink on the second day.
