La piccola città di Jackson, che non mi aspetta, l'hotel è al bordo della piccola città, un po'di distanza dal centro della città, ma la decorazione dell'hotel è anche un stile di piccola città, vive molto comodo e tranquillo.Dopo aver giocato a Yellowstone, la piccola città deve rimanere per qualche giorno, e gli occhi dei ricchi americani sono ancora molto unici. Prenditevi un suggerimento. Dopo aver finito di giocare a West Yellowstone, andare al Grand National Park di Titton. C'è un hotel dentro. Se non puoi prenotare, devi andare come punto d'attrazione. Devi andare a vedere, aspetta un po', assicurati di filtrarti.

A Jackson Hole, è considerato un hotel molto conveniente. Il personale della reception è molto entusiasta. La colazione è al ristorante accanto all'hotel. È a pagamento. È aperto solo fino alle 14:00. Le strutture sono un po' datate, ma sono semplici e pulite. anche il wifi è buono. Il telefono in camera non poteva essere utilizzato a causa dell'epidemia, quindi ho usato il mio cellulare per effettuare una chiamata. Dista 2 minuti in auto dal centro della città e 18 minuti a piedi. Non è un'autostrada deserta. La città è bellissima, c'è molto cibo e intrattenimento e ha molta storia.

Stavo qui per il 40° anniversario di spurgo e sono stato così felice! L'ubicazione è perfetta per esplorare tutta la città deve offrire senza bisogno di una macchina. Il personale dell'hotel è stato sempre fantastico e utile anche quando abbiamo chiesto un altro tipo di cucchiaio. Siamo rimasti in un King Prem con il fuoco a gas nella stanza e mi piaceva disturbarlo mentre leggevo il mio libro prima di mattina. Non potevo più ragnare su questo posto!

La città di Jackson è molto bella. L'hotel rurale Erk è l'unico hotel che siamo arrivati alle quattro di questo viaggio di auto-conduzione, quindi gode di cibo delizioso nella città e andai al Grand Teton Park nel tramonto. L'hotel ha le caratteristiche di una piccola città, la colazione è anche buona, la ricetta è molto calda, la stanza è anche grande, pulita e pulita, è che mi ha dato il secondo piano, il trasporto del bagaglio è molto stanco!

UUtente ospiteI'd probably rate this closer to 2 stars, versus the 3 stars we were shown when booking via Amex Travel. The staff was generally polite and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was okay (nothing special). There's a lot of inconsistent information floating around the property. Like different advertised rates for underground parking on the website/mobile app/check in (is it 18 or 19 dollars?), or the info sheet says that housekeeping will come every other day by default (kind of gross)... But then you find out that they don't come *at all* unless you request it. Stuff like that. But the main detractor is the rooms. The hotel is only a few years old, but the rooms were built cheaply and they're already showing their age. Some highlights: - Terrible lighting. Some of the bulbs are comically dim, and the side of the room opposite the window is perpetually dark. As soon as I asked the front desk staff, they knew exactly what I was referring to (and sadly, said that there's nothing they can do). - Very little storage. We came to hike, take tours, do outdoor stuff, etc., which requires a lot of gear. There's one coat hanger on the wall, two undersized dresser drawers, and a very tiny closet. Nowhere to keep shoes, and most of our room was covered with clothing all week. - Uncomfortable furniture and bedding. The ”West Elm” couch is hard as a rock, while the ottoman is lighter than a cardboard box. And I've never actually had back pain after sleeping on a hotel mattress...except for this trip. - Outlets throughout the room are unusable. The plug just falls right out, as they've been so worn. Bubbling wallpaper near the window, loose or damaged fixtures, awful shower head was par for the course in this room. - Terrible infotainment options. No way to connect my phone to the TV for streaming. There were 3 TV apps... Netflix, Showtime, and YouTube...and that's it. On the 5th day, Netflix disappeared from the TV completely. The one bright part was that the 'premium' internet was decent... I don't know about the free stuff, as I long ago just quit trying to even use free hotel wifi due to awfulness. The hotel was an okay base of operations for a week, where we spent almost no time in the room. But I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.

UUtente ospiteHorrible... keys don't work EVERY DAY and the gentleman downstairs (said his name is Craig) on Monday at 7pm-7:45pm is very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful... we had to visit the front desk many times a day because of this issue.... have been staying in Hilton since 25 years ago but never like this in fact. Digital key? Doesn’t work, physical card keys? None of them work (we initially got 2). This is ok. We just need to visit the front desk for help as the Hilton app suggests , right? Wrong!! First, no one was there at the front desk on Monday at 7pm when I first approached. Imagine after a whole day of trails and no one was there to help. Then after trying all my keys again and again running up and down (none of them work), I went to the side of the front desk shouting many times “I need help!” Eventually there was this guy coming out from a secret room to the front desk. This was where the whole nightmare started. Very rude. Very rude when a customer is asking for help many times in person but is ignored. It has nothing to do with my profession or the room rate (expensive, being $800 or $900 a night). It has a lot to do with his attitude when their system is broken or at the very least bothering customers to run up and down like this. They should try that 10+ times for trying to get into own rooms then being treated by this guy like this! . Horrible. How many times did I tell the guy, ”I need help”? More than 3 times probably. But , he just kept ignoring and questioning me back with do you need help?? how many times did he question me back, ”Do you need help? ” maybe 3? 5 times? I’m already showing the cell phone screen!! Of course we needed help! Or why would I be at the front desk? ; Then, how many times did I try to pass the guy the Useless key card but got ignored ? 4? 5? Better check that video recording! lol. Maybe their management can see and count better. What’s worse, with his unwillingness to help, the digital key was still not working after I left the front desk … but only shortly. I had to come back again since it was still not working!! … geez very good workout after a tiring day. Then, even after I showed him my cell phone screen (saying no work, contact front desk) and told him, “this is not funny” , he kept saying many times “do you have a problem?” “What’s your problem?” WOW , this is so unprofessional to its extreme. What really surprised me was his attitude. Seriously, thinking back, maybe it should be me asking, “What is your problem??” Guess what? The digital key still didn’t work after him saying he fixed it, sending another code whatever. Next morning, no, still didn’t work. But this front desk person’s ill-mannered attitude is what really pisses me off. To be fair, the room is okay and other staff members are nice. But if factor in how you may be treated rudely like this with a small issue of malfunctioning keys … I guess I’m only glad that I advised my friends to stay at a different place for this trip.

UUtente ospiteThere was the sweetest young lady at the check in desk! 24 hour available coffee was a very nice surprise, and we were told it is made fresh every four hours. The location was convenient for the float ride down Snake River and to return our vehicle at Hertz on our way out. The room was fairly cramped for space, but the beds were very comfortable and service was excellent. The fire pit out front was very nice feature we enjoyed. We stayed two nights and did not get to experience breakfast because we left so early each morning, but were surprised when we received a bag to go with fruit, juice, water, a granola bar, and sweet bread. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

JJeaneSono stato a Jackson molte volte, molte volte e ho guidato in passato questa proprietà più volte di quanto possa contare. Ho sempre pensato che fosse un piccolo posto, senza un vero ”appoggio a curvatura”, ma tornando a Jackson nella stagione estiva, per una notte, pensavo che lo controllerei. Ero molto piacevolmente sorpreso! Prima, permettevano cani- bonus! In secondo luogo, è una grande proprietà con molte attrazioni, e un super bel caffè per colazione (non incluso) dove ho potuto ottenere una tazza di avena di notte, e una latte di caca per la strada. Il letto era molto comodo, il check-in era amichevole e veloce (molto apprezzato dopo un giro di 500+ miglia) e si trova perfettamente vicino alla piazza che è a 5 minuti a piedi.

Il tappeto ha bisogno di aggiornamento nelle stanze che renderebbe più luminoso n cammino dovrebbe avere il tappeto rimosso w piano piano. Ogni giorno circa 5 hanno gratis popcorn n tè n cookie. Hanno avuto una cattiva tempesta di pioggia n hanno lasciato alcuni dei motociclisti uscire dagli elementi sotto la canoa. . Questo era molto pensativo! Sì, mi fermerò di nuovo. La colazione era grande.

UUtente ospiteAvrei quasi fatto un punteggio più alto dopo aver visto quanto la stanza fosse pulita, nonostante fosse molto più piccola di quanto previsto, ma dopo aver preso una doccia ho capito quanto discriminano verso persone di meno di 6 piedi. Non solo le stalle di doccia sono praticamente claustrobiche, ma per qualcuno con una statua più breve sono ridicole perché non si può regolare la testa del doccia e si punta solo sulla parete! Sono solo 5 piedi e questa è la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto in un hotel e la quantità di acqua scarica è stata pazza a causa della mancanza di regolabilità per la testa del doccia. E anche se potrebbe essere bello che una persona possa fare la doccia mentre l'altra usa il bastone, si potrebbe volere un po' più privacy per le altre esigenze della vita, così una porta/slider per separare la zona doccia/toilet dal bastone sarebbe grande. Spero di non restare mai più in un Motel 6 se così è il modo in cui sono creati specialmente per quasi $200/night.
