Everything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service. In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

by late arrival easy to miss the elevator activation procedure (press activate & call- to connect with reception) and you have to climb up to the 6th floor. Next hussle the payment of 75€ deposit for the room payable by credit card but no amex 🙈🙈🙈 So it wasnt possible as with my german debit card it never worked in france too 🙈🙈 Finally after messaging the boss n waiting his reply it was possible to pay cash for the deposit…..and dont forget you are in france so tourist tax have to be paid as well 🙈😬😬 lets see how the breakfast will be tomorrow morning. clean room but no fridge, glasses or any nice complimentries/ greenery in the steril room.

It gives eveything you need, free and nice parking, clean room and bathroom. However it is very basic, very small room size and no shampoo and shower gel. All in all, good quality for its price.

Clean, with Parking, big rooms, the only negative poor English but c'est la France.

Hotel sympa

Accueil chaleureux, Chambre propre et climatisée. Je ne parlerais pas de la literie ( trops dure,trop mou etc...) car cela n'est qu'un ressenti par rapport à nos habitudes. L'important est que nous avons bien dormi et franchement pour le tarif on est largement comptant du séjour. Nous y reviendrons lors de notre passage sur THIONVILLE

Het hotel is erg goed bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg en ideaal voor een tussenstop. Qua hygiëne kon het wel iets beter (veel stof) en de douchekop zou eens moeten worden ontkalkt. Verder wel prima verblijf gehad en het personeel is ook vriendelijk.

hôtel sympa. j'étais seule et la chambre suffisait. grand parking. franchement assez silencieux alors qu'il est placé à côté de l'autoroute. personnels agréable juste un bémol, il y avait des problèmes de canalisations donc des odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain et la fenêtre ne pouvait être ouverte que par le personnel, ce qui est dérangeant lorsque l'on souhaite aérer la journée.

Le pire hôtel que j’ai visité .. refus de me donner ma chambre pour une raison absurde Hygiène à revoir ; sol non récuré, poils et cheveux encore présents dans la douche, tâches de saletés sur les murs + linges pliés sur le comptoir de l’accueil par le personnel de l’accueil devant les clients … Lits superposés non utilisable manque 3 vis + fissures partout Les chambres sont de réels congélateurs, il devait faire 15 ou 16 degrés maximum + air qui passe à travers la fenêtre et pas de chauffage … Et la manager qui se prend pour le chef d’établissement … A fuir

Hôtel à éviter de nombreux points négatif et tres peu de positif dans l’ensemble.

Très bon séjour malgré un problème de réservation
